Nice House, Comfortable Beds, and Conveniently located - Just book it and stop looking. Tyler was great to deal with making sure we were good our whole stay.

My group of 10 women loved this house. It is beautiful and was very clean. All 10 had a bed to sleep in, and we could have hosted more with the pull-out couches. The kitchen was well-supplied with cooking and serving items, and there is plenty of seating in the living/dining areas for large gatherings. There is a downstairs half bath, and three additional bathrooms on the second and third floors. For out-of-town planners, it was extremely helpful to have Tyler, a very responsive owner. Additionally, the lock system (a code, rather than a key), made this an easy place for multiple arrivals and departures to come and go. Finally, the location is convenient to East Nashville and downtown. No cab ride exceeded 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this home for any group looking for a beautiful home to stay with plenty of space for fun.

Very clean...close to downtown...quiet area...had 16 for a bachelor party and everyone was very pleased with the property. Having 2 garage spaces and 2 spaces in the driveway was very helpful. Tyler and his team were very helpful before and during our stay. Overall, a really great choice for bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Tyler was a very accommodating landlord who helped in any way he could. The house is clean, new and well stocked. The neighborhood is in transition but quiet and a short Lyft or Uber ride to the downtown. We had a great time in Nashville and would certainly stay at one of Tyler's residences again.

My group of 16 ladies enjoyed our weekend stay. This is the perfect home to host a large group. I will be booking this again ❤️

This house was so nice! We had a group of 14 come for new year's eve weekend and it was perfect – there are so many spots to sleep. Tyler answered any of our questions immediately, and even greeted us when we arrived. Hopefully we can come back in the summer!
