Needs improvement - kitchen appliances (coffee maker old school drip, would be nice to have a pod machine). Oven doesn't seem to work or only works on broil. Dishwasher doesn't run when you think it should, instructions would be nice, eventually figured it out.
Gas stove works good.
Is there no recycling? Please explain if cardboard, glass, paper, plastic etc all go in same place and where outside.
I would stay here again because of location and the space.

The woodwork is amazing and everything is well-coordinated. The bathrooms are fabulous and the ones upstairs are spacious and luxurious. The beds were comfortable and everything was as pictured! We definitely recommend this home and property management company!

Spacious, well renovated house a couple of blocks off the main commercial strip and a few blocks from the beach. This was plenty of space for two families. Lots of really interesting details. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect family vacation- the house was beautiful and location to the beach was amazing. We were within walking distance to all shopping and dining - we chose to rent carts to carry all of our toys which made it super easy The beach and water were calm and so peaceful

Kim and Christi came through heroically at a time when I thought no one take a call. The place was not a 10x upgrade, but 20x. We walked the three floors pinching ourselves. The owner did an incredible ten year restoration job, adding his own handiwork from England. The British flair is top notch. The entire place is a class act: well constructed, tastefully decorated, many surprising additions and features. Take care of this place!
