What a wonderful property. From the decor, to the comfy beds, to the stocked kitchen, to the view - everything was SUPER. And did I mention it was pet friendly? Not just pet friendly … but all the things you need for you pet too. Everything was a short golf cart ride away - but you may not want to leave. GREAT entertaining space outside. There was always a cool breeze and lots of places to sit and relax. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️

This property was absolutely perfect! From the communication with the owners, to the bedding, to having all the water toys you could need and being a great spot to take the dogs! We loved our stay here and will certainly be booking again!

This was, without doubt, a 5-star home. The pictures are accurate, which is not always the case in a rental. Standout features were comprehensive kitchen supplies, top-to-bottom cleanliness, a wide variety of water "toys" available to be used in the canal, and, my personal favorite, a wonderfully comfortable deck. We've rented quite a few vacation homes in the past, and the online pictures of the outdoor areas (including furniture) often look wonderful but then turn out to be dingy, dirty, and uncomfortable. This home, from the dockside area to the stairway to the deck area to inside the home, was top notch in both furniture and cleanliness. In spite of heat advisories, we were complete comfortable in the downstairs area even in midafternoon, and once the deck was shaded, that was very comfortable as well. We spent two or more hours on that deck every evening of our stay. Owner was also very responsive to all of our questions, which is always a big plus. Wonderful stay - highly recommend!

We had the best time at this property!! We usually stay on or within walking distance to the beach but decided to try a canal house this time and we are hooked! We had the best time kayaking, paddle boarding, and playing on the water carpet all right outside the door. The mattresses and bedding were so comfy in every room. And the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need to cook with. Brian was very communicative and responsive. We will come again and next time stay longer!

First of all I was amazed at how much attention they put to the small details. The location and the house itself was perfect for our family getaway. It is a relaxing and peaceful place. We are very grateful as well that we could bring our dogs and that they were kept safe inside of the gated property.

This house is exceptional! The inside is beautiful and has everything you need away from home. The deck is awesome with very comfortable couches and chairs. The green light in the water at night is really cool to watch the fish!

We rented this house to stay in Sea Isle Easter weekend. The house is awesome! It is comfortable and well stocked. It felt like we were returning to our own beach house! The owners were communicative, accommodating and thoughtful. They wanted to ensure we enjoyed our stay and WE DID! The kids loved kayaking in the canal while the Astros game was on downstairs on the TV. We will definitely be back!

The home was excellent. It was thoughtfully supplied with all of the essentials you need for a family getaway. Downstairs area was great for our kids and family dog to run around. Inside of the home was clean, organized, and spacious. Would definitely rent again if available.

We rent a lot of properties through VRBO, this house was by far one of the best we’ve ever rented. The owners have thought of everything. The beds are extremely comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with top of the line items. There isn’t a long list of “how to turn this and that on” everything is just wonderfully thought out and ready to use. Having a bathroom down stairs to use while your grilling or fishing was so nice. You can really tell from the moment you get there the owners want you to enjoy your stay. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks. We most definitely will rent this property again. We brought stuff for s’mores but they even have that out for us. If your looking at this house go ahead and book it, you won’t regret it. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

This home is spectacular, very clean. The amenities are wonderful - doesn't feel like a rent house. Plenty of plates, cups, coffee mugs, staples, dog water dishes, etc. The dog friendly attribute was a bonus. Our dogs are like family and this host and home is clearly a dog friendly home. That said, you must take care of your animals - pick up after them, don't let them on the furniture - this is how you are "invited back". This is the first dog friendly home that we have rented that didn't smell bad, or where we could tell it was mostly used as a rental property. The home is on a canal with great water views. The outdoor area has ample seating that is comfortable. We were there during a colder snap so we didn't enjoy the outside as much but that said, the inside was perfect. Great TV with Netflix and other options. Games. This home will not disappoint. The host is very responsive and helpful - one of our best VRBO experiences.

This property and hosts are the most amazing we have ever worked with. They have truly thought of everything you would need to have a weekend vacation with your family. Not only is all the linens and beds so comfy they have fully stocked kitchen with all you would need. The amenities are endless. fishing off the dock, kayaks, large entertainment areas and the hosts even left us s'mores. We most definitely will rent again

We have stayed at many houses and condos in Galveston through the years but this was definitely the best one. We were looking to get away and relax and do some fishing. We had a bay fishing trip booked but wanted to do more fishing so we booked a canal house. This house is amazing! The beds are wonderful, the kitchen is stocked full of all the items you could need, there are Keurig's on both floors of the house and the furniture is super comfy. The outside area is more than we could have asked for, plenty of room to fish and a TV outside to watch the Astros win the World Series while we were fishing! There is everything needed to fish and all the toys for getting in the water. Neither of us brought our dogs this trip but if we would have known how it was set up, we would have. This home is made for having your pets with you, with the doggie door, bowls and such, and a fenced yard. I don't think they have missed one thing! We will definitely be back!

We have rented many canal houses in Galveston and this one by far was the best! It has everything you could ever need and lots of fun extras to make the stay even more enjoyable. Owners were super accommodating and helpful! We tried to think of what the house could possibly be missing and we could not think of one thing! Again, PERFECT canal house rental. We will continue to rent this beautiful home!

I've stayed at several houses on the island over the years and I have to say this home was the BEST! The communication with the owners was great. The house was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. The pride the owners have for this property shines through in the home. The beds were comfortable you don't usually get that in a rental. The kitchen was stocked not only with utensils but coffee pods, creamer, two Kerigs to enjoy coffee in bed upstairs. There is so much to do at the house, you never have to leave. There is a pad to play in the water, kayaks, paddle boards, games inside, corn hole. They have thought of EVERTHING!!! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Keeping it Reel and we will surely be back again!

We absolutely loved the house. The property manager provided everything we needed for the weekend. The house was just as described and we had a great time. I would recommend this house and we would love to come back and stay again.

Wonderful location and excellent host!

Second time we have stayed here in the past year. Love the layout and amenities. Lots of activities for all interests. Outdoor seating, covered and open with views are our favorite. Stocked with Everything you need to relax, cook, grill or takeout and just have fun. Close to beach access and the benefit of being in the marina on the water to fish and kayak. Plan to make another trip later in the Fall!

The home is beautiful and inviting! We celebrated our mothers birthday and we all enjoyed our stay here. Everything we needed was provided! Our dogs enjoyed every minute on the canal!

We had an amazing time while staying here. It had everything that my family needed to have fun. The property owners were great with communication. The house is everything that they said it would be. Great place for pets as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall, this property was fantastic. It was clean, well prepared for our arrival, and had many amenities such as board games, kayaks and tubes, shower products, and much more. The deck was delightful and the dock allowed for kids to enjoy the water. I really enjoyed it. My only adverse comments would be that while it says it sleeps 12, it likely assumes many married couples in this group. We had a bunch of high school students. But we made do and had a great stay. Would highly reccomend

The house was very clean and came with a lot of little perks. Owner had all kinds of toys for enjoying the canal, lily pad, kayaks, tubes for floating. Kitchen is stocked extremely well. We would definitely book with them again! It was a great place to stay!

As a family of 6 plus a huge dog we couldn't have found a better place to stay. The Sea Isle was the most accommodating vacation home we have ever stayed at. From the house having everything you need plus extras to the fact that they aloud us to bring our English Mastiff with us we couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely be back again!!!
