It was clean, comfortable, modern and convenient. I especially liked all the little things provided that were useful. Very well equipped. Easy access and had a lovely stay. Thanks for everything

Clean modern apartment with everything you could possibly want Dishwasher and Washing machine a bonus So close and central to a wide range of places. Off street parking excellent
Stayed on top floor so two lots of stairs made carrying suitcases a bit annoying

The central apartment location is perfect. Super market really close. 10 minute walk to shops. The apartment was spotless, sunny and comfy. The overnight temps dropped to 0degrees with frosts and we didn’t need to use heat pump it was so warm. Spotless bathroom, superb facilities. 💯 recommend this apartment.

Very close to city loved it was on the top floor and it was clean and tidy and just great. Choccies and lollies and milk provided. Comfy beds and wash powder as well very quiet and the countdown is right over the road.... loved it

Good location. Countdown is just few minutes walking distance. Room is sparkling clean. Everything we need are all there in the apartment. Thank you so much to let us check in early for my baby to settle down and nap(appreciated!!) Will come back again.
I'm quite sensitive to smell. Bedding has strong laundry powder smell for me. But it didn't affect my partner and baby.

Lovely, sunny, quiet, comfortable place to stay. Modern and exceptionally clean. Not far from the center and so we walked to most places we visited.
Zero complaints. Although a pair of kitchen scissors would have been handy and a note to future guests that there is no lift and to pull the lock box face forward when accessing the keys.

Great location as a base to travel to Waitomo caves, Rotorua and Hobbiton. Quiet and very clean apartment. Short walk to supermarket. Lots of nice touches including slippers for guests and plenty of good-quality shampoos and soaps.
