Check in was basically nonexistent. Facility was not clean, no pillow case first night, one towel in bathroom, no explanation of where to find linens, smelled of dog and tobacco. The floor was strewn with sewing pins, paper towels and awifter along with considerable dirt and debris. I formally request a refund.

Cooper & Eve have an absolute treasure in Auburn. The house is full of character & charm. We truly enjoyed getting to know Cooper, Eve and their friends. The garden and the bonfire area were perfect for entertaining. My husband would have stayed at the bonfire all night. One of my favorite spots was the observation deck with the view of Samford. Our Hosts went out of their way to make sure we had everything that we needed. Can’t wait to stay again. Hotty Toddy & War Eagle!

This place is in a great location, very walkable to the campus. Cooper seemed to be trying very hard to help us out. However, we do not know what was happening the days before. Things were not ready for us when we arrived at 4:30 p.m. A lot of clean-up and work needed to be done on the apartment and yard. We left for 1-1/2 hours and came back. The apartment was straightened up. It didn't look quite like the photos, but it was okay for what we needed it for. Cooper did decide on his own to refund us 25%, which was fair. Overall, it worked out fine and that is why we are rating our stay a three star.

We stayed in this hidden gem for 10 days when we moved our daughter into college. She arrived early to participate in sorority rush and the location was perfect! Everything you need is within walking distance... if not, Cooper and Eve are on hand to help! They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Always quick to make a recommendation for a cup of coffee or a bite to eat... southern hospitality at its finest! It rained almost daily so we did not get the chance to enjoy the gardens as much as we wanted to but luckily the sofa was the perfect place to get cozy and binge on Netflix. We will definitely be back!

Cooper and Eve are wonderful hosts! Their home is such a great location and has wonderful accommodations. We stayed in an upstairs apartment and Cooper and Eve went out of their way to make our weekend magical. The accommodations were comfortable and there was a bonus fire pit in a beautiful backyard. We spent the evening with my daughter and her friends roasting s’mores and hanging out by the fire. We will definitely plan to be back soon!

Cooper and Eve were the best hosts! We received the warmed welcome that lasted the entire stay and their local recommendations on restaurants and things to do were always on point. The apartment was clean, very well stocked and charmingly decorated. Would definitely recommend as THE place to stay in Auburn!

This was the BEST SEC experience EVER! Cooper and Eve are 100% the best hosts one could ask for. The house is so quaint in the cutest little neighborhood flanking the university campus. The upstairs apartment is great and has plenty of room to spread out and get comfy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'd need to prepare foods hot or cold, coffee in the mornings and there is even a washer and dryer if you need it! The back yard is amazing! Tons of space if you want to hang out by the firepit or even have a private party...Cooper will get you hooked up! We were in town for a football game and had the full SEC tailgate experience! A great tent, a fab location, tons of food by Jim N' Nicks, tons of drinks, (2) TV's to watch other game that day, gorgeous floral arrangements by Jess at Frou Frou and lots of friends and family - It couldn't have been better! We truly had an amazing time and will be back for sure to re-connect with our new friends and hosts with the mosts! Thank you again Cooper and Eve!
