Es maravilloso!! Todo perfecto. Habitación muy grande, cama cómoda, cocina, refrigerador, tina muy grande. Todo para una estancia maravillosa. Fuimos con un niño Pequeño y el camino desde el MGM se nos hizo corto y agradable; nada de que preocuparse.

Nice hotel, decent view, spacious bathroom, and good location for the new attractions in town. Host communication was amazing too!

Was expecting a bigger bedroom area and/or two full beds. The sofa is not comfortable to sleep in. Also, wish cleaning was included in the price for a 4 night stay.

I loved my suite; the look was classic and very chill, the washroom was large and very clean. And my view was amazing for what it had to display. Overall it was a very nice place to rest my head after my travels through Las Vegas.

The rooms were spacious and clean with nice amenities. Walking access to the MGM and the monorail made it easy to access a lot of places with the rest just a taxi/uber away.

Only one shop in tower 1 when we were in tower 3 but not a big deal

Having a microwave and fridge was the best. The shower water pressure and water staying hot any time of day was amazing!!!

Nothing was terrible customer service - committed fraud by charging me extra for a high floor room and then losing my reservation to where I couldn’t check in don’t get any upgrades from this company. It’s a total scam. It’s not even the Signature at MGM that rents this room. It’s a whole other company that is a scam. They charge me extra for a floor room 35 floors they put me on room 14 after not finding my reservation for hour and a half. I can test it on my credit card and the credit card found in my favor. make sure you take screen recordings of all your bookings with Booking.com and with any third-party companies that display their bookings on Booking.com or they will try to commit fraud on you. I’m so thankful that I have all the screenshots for the credit card company or I would’ve never got my money back.

The pool was a little more concentrated due to urine or chemical as some people bathing suit color was being stripped and becoming two toned.

Loved that the property is near the strip and is gated. The staff was also very kind.

I did not like that when I needed to call concierge to ask for a later check out time I was told I had a “complimentary late checkout fee of 12pm” and the following morning I was rushed to leave the room by 11am due to the room being “privately owned” didn’t make sense to me to have a concierge that arranged things a certain way but didn’t write anything down? It just seemed unorganized. The room floor also had stains, the shower drain was plugged and would flood & the shower head had green build up. These are things we shouldn’t have to call about and should be cleaned and maintenances on a regular.

I like that the property itself was gated and came with valet and assistance with our luggage.

When we first arrived the room we were given was not clean and there was no way to get in contact with the host and then it took a very long time for them to help us get a solution as the host were not offering any

I love the fact it has a mini kitchen area. Many of the hotels around it does not. It was very comfortable as well and the valet parking was the topping on the cake! It was also in walking distance and my husband and I were able to explore so much just in the area!

I wish the room would've provided a menu for the restaurant inside the hotel.

Beautiful studio apartment, who is the nice view. Kitchen with kitchenware and silverware, Extra large bathroom with Jacuzzi. Quick check in and check out, valet Parking24 hours. 2 pools and 4Jacuzzison a premises. You can even use the laundry room with new machines.

In the studio apartment, unfortunately you cannot open any window and, if you cook something, you can smell even next day))

Acces to monorail and access to mgm grand pool

No housekeeping cause room was privately owned (I didn't realize that when I booked so that's my bad...), pullout bed not very comfy (but main bed was good).

Great location at a low price.

Be aware of what you’re booking!! This “property” is not operated by MGM Grand and you have to work with an offsite management company for anything that may come up during your trip. Unfortunately, the A/C unit inside our room completely broke, despite the “owners” of the hotel room being notified that a specific part needed to be replaced. Context: According to MGM Grand, the “owners” of the room/unit are required to approve repairs before they can proceed. Permission was never granted during our stay and the A/C kicked the bucket on our last night. We weren’t able to stay in the room on our last night since it was so hot in the room. Our only options were to come out of pocket for another room on our own dime…or drive home early. We literally drove back to San Diego at 2am.

The key collection was fine. But, I received confirmation email and then at the desk I was told booking was cancelled. However, after a few minutes phone call all was resolved. My only issue is the price to clean the room. I'm not sure why I'm paying a resort fee and the a cleaning fee on top? This is the only reason I wouldn't personally book again.
