The room, (NOT APARTMENT) had a lot of the general necessities covered
The host creates problems to not give the deposit back, on check out time he stood at the door and was angry cause my stuff was not put at 9:59 am sharp,!! Gives you a washing machine but no dryer, just a tiny portable airer...he yelled at me for getting two towels off the back Line, because he was to lazy to refresh ours... He was really nasty!! By far the most uncomfortable place ever... I cleaned the room it was the way we found it, and was made to feel like I done something wrong... all to keep the bond!!

Super clean (a must for me!), small space but everything you need for an overnight stay! Super comfy and nice quality linens, shower pressure was EXCEPTIONAL!
A little more parking room would have been great as we have a large 4WD but we managed to squeeze in!

The unit had everything we needed.

Could use another chair as there was only one for 2 persons.
Arriving at the address was a bit confusing as I expected a unit block.
The accomodation unit was at the back of a house yard which could have done with a bit of a makeover.

Bed was awesome . Repeat awesome bed very central location easy to get to using the google maps .Very quite situation we slept well .
Parking was tight and at a time
Not enough . Hanging space by the door made a narrow in and out . Although on a normal trip we would not have had so much luggage .The shower is cleverly designed but acess could be troublesome . A good room

Excellent value! Fresh modern decor, very comfortable bed and surprising amount of amenity including cook top and washing machine. Spotlessly clean; continental breakfast included. Quality fittings. Quiet location. Room was small but many benefits certainly made this a great place for a stop over.
Only two small things: an oversized chair could be replaced with a luggage rack for greater benefit and more space. We could have done with a can of flying insect spray to kill the mosquitoes.

Very convenient location not far from the airport and walking distance to Belmont forum shopping centre. Room was clean and tidy. The owner let me leave my luggage there for the day before going to the airport later that day which was a great help. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

This apartment was perfect for our late night arrival into Perth - close to the airport and after hours self checkin was easy. The apartment is compact (there is not a lot of space for luggage) however it has everything you need, including breakfast cereal. The location was very quiet, allowing a good night’s sleep.
