Our group enjoyed our trip - The main thing (and why we chose the place) the location is outstanding. The accommodations were solid. As has been said before, the noise is an issue but we ran a portable speaker with white noise and had no problems. Our friends had more disturbance - Great location = more noise.

Great location for a quick business trip to Nashville.

Not a very convenient location, hallway bathrooms shower not working well. Closet door broken in guest bedroom. Very noisy at 3 am.

Great location we walked to Broadway every night and saved so much without having to pay to park. Only thing to consider is the location is right next to a bill bond and on the first floor so you will hear everything going on outside.

Really love the place, rooms are quite big, very good location, three blocks from Broadway, totally recommend. The only downside is a bit traffic noise in the morning , other than that, it was perfect.

Great location and plenty of space for 6 women. Communication with owner was fast and easy. Beds were comfy.

This was the perfect place for our friends getaway. Everything was clean and organized. The digital book provided about the house was very detailed and useful. We had to refer to it a couple of times and all of our questions were answered. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The only suggestion I have is for hand soap in the bathrooms and/or soap dishes as well as a place to put things in the shower without having to put things (especially soap and razors) in the floor. The location was perfect! Being on a busy corner be aware that you can be disturbed by noises and light at night outside the windows. Thank you so much!

It was the perfect size space for 6 adults. When we needed more coffee mugs they came right away. And they also replaced a speaker that was not pairing. Perfect distance from Broadway. Definitely got a nice workout walking up the hill. Everyone ordered the same Nespresso machine after our stay. I broke my arm 12 hours before our flight and a shower caddy or bench is needed in the shower. I’d want one even without a broke arm. Overall stay was pleasant. I’d stay there again.

Loved it

The three bedrooms were the big draw for us with this apartment and the walk ability of Broadway, Nissan Stadium and surrounding areas. Location was perfect. Printers Alley was fun and super close. However there were a few less than clean areas in the apartment including the kitchen counters where we were treated with a nasty chunk of dried meat. Also thought that there would be coffee pods available, but there was only one. The memory foam beds were comfy. Good place overall, great location.

For our group it was perfect. Great location, securely locked. Clean and nice decor. Could use more coffee mugs (only 4) and luggage racks.

It was ok there was a concert at Live On The Green every night so the noise was loud and it was hard to get even to our car at the parking garage because everything was blocked off!

Stayed 4 nights with 4 “kids” in 20’s - condo was clean and as advertised - easy walk to Broadway - only issue was proximity to homeless across street - no issues but tried to avoid walking in that direction at night

This is property is centrally located to all Nashville has to offer! Our host had to relocate us last minute due to unforeseeable consequences, but was very communicative through the entire process, and got us situated in the other unit. I would recommend reviewing instructions on the shower before using it, to ensure you can get the correct water temperature for baths/showers. There are ample items to cook light meals in the kitchen. Would recommend to anyone looking to be central to all things in Nashville!

I felt like I walked into a HGTV show. Very clean. Could use a toaster but everything else was awesome . Great taste in decor

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have a homey feel rather than more hotel rooms. A perfect spot for our family to connect in Nashville.

Adjacent to everything

We had a great stay at Union 1/Riverside. The property was very clean and perfect for our family visit to Nashville. We would definitely stay here again - it was close enough to all the sights and attractions, but far enough to be quiet at night. Some notes and updates based on others comments and reviews: We really never heard the people in the adjoining space - that was not an issue. The elevator mechanical room is in this space, and you will hear that as the office upstairs opens early - but otherwise, aside from the street noise (this is a street level apartment with active roadways) it was very quiet. We felt safe - no issues on that front. There were some homeless sleeping in the park on the river, but well away from the unit. Parking in the courthouse garage was very safe - it is full of police and court vehicles all day. Overall a great choice for us and a great week in Nashville.

So I ended up not going due to a death in the family but my friends went and they said the location was great and it was a very cool property. Only complaint was no parking so you had to pay for a garage which is advertised as at a discount but they did not have a discount for the weekend we were booked so don't count on that for your costs. Overall my friends said it was great and they would stay there again!

We stayed over New Years weekend and couldn’t have been more pleased! The location was perfect for all of our needs, everything was walkable and felt safe! The space is as it is listed online, very cute and clean and we loved the attention to detail! We will definitely be back and will stay here again!

Nice, clean place to stay near Broadway.

Can’t beat the location, walk to Broadway and Stadium. View of stadium and river outside. Clean and nice modern set up. Only complaint is the internet was very poor. TV was in and out, couldn’t connect to Sonos and phones very slow on WIFI. Overall very nice place, just need to upgrade internet.

The location of this property was fantastic, close enough to downtown to walk but far enough that you are out of the thick of things. When we arrived, the property was clean and as prescribed. I would stay here again.

Good location for downtown bar hopping and walking distance to all of the really good restaurants- small rental- wish there was more seating in the shared living area but we weren’t there that much anyway so it fit our needs for the weekend!

The location is prime for enjoying yourself on Broadway without having to deal with Ubers

We took my daughter and 7 friends to celebrate her 21st Birthday along with another couple for moral support! :) We rented both apartments that were across from each other and it was the perfect arrangement. This is a great location in perfect walking distance to Broadway and Painters Alley. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was spot on as advertised. It was very clean, nicely remodeled and decorated. We had all we needed; linens, paper goods, etc. the kitchen seemed well supplied- we didn’t cook. Location was perfect; within walking distance of Broadway and all the downtown spots. It is on the outer border of these areas which helped with traffic noise from outside. Lisa was extremely helpful and accessible with anything we needed. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and champagne! The only thing to know is that you can hear the happenings from the other condo across the entryway: it comes from being in an older building. For us, this wasn’t a problem. The other guests were not terribly loud.
