There is nothing you can think of that this home doesn’t provide. I couldn’t believe the level of love and detail this home offered. Incredible stay, comfortable, and meticulously maintained. I didn’t want to leave! Visiting my son, who is a student brought our dog along! Even our dog was pampered with amenities for him. I guarantee you will not be disappointed

This was our first trip to Morgantown and it was for my daughter to attend Decide WVU with myself and my oldest daughter along with her. Needless to say it is a YES! When I say that this place is the MOST PERFECT place you could book for your stay, that is probably an understatement. Every single thing you could possibly want is provided in the house as well as providing a place that truly feels like home with love and care shown everywhere. It is extremely clean and very comfortable with perfect beds and cloud like pillows. I am booking our second trip as we speak and cannot wait to come back and stay again in Murphs Landing.

Enjoyed our stay! Very clean, well cared for property with easy access to WVU. We appreciated that the owners labeled everything and provided the little things (well equipped kitchen, coffee, shampoo, washer and dryer, etc )to make our stay comfortable. Best part it is that we could bring our pups to visit with their brother who attends WVU! We will definitely stay there again!

Great cozy home on campus. Everything about it is themed around WVU and athletics. Well equipped and the owners are in regular contact to ensure you have everything you need. It’s a close walk to the football stadium and short drive up the road to Kroger. Highly recommend

Stayed at the Murph, again. Super easy check in and out processes. Very homey feel. My pup enjoys the fenced in back yard and play area. Haven't experienced any issues with either of my 2 stays. Definitely would recommend this place to stay.

The property was very clean loved the fenced yard for dogs. The most complete stocked kitchen of anywhere I have ever stayed. Very nice cookware and sharp knives! Provides so much more than anywhere I’ve ever been. All I had to do was get groceries. Morphs Landing had it all, plus a wonderful history of the place. I will definitely rent Murphs Landing again. Very honey feel and the owner Joseph was wonderful. Friendly and so accommodating. Super owners and super place.

The house is in excellent condition, well-maintained, clean and very thoroughly organized and clearly labeled. Fans of WV football will especially love staying here: it was owned by a beloved former cameraman for WVU games, and there are many tributes to him throughout. The place is dog friendly, has pleasant outdoor space and is very comfortable.

We stayed at the property with our 3 kids and two dogs while visiting family in Morgantown. The house is adorable, very clean and the kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. My kids loved swinging on the front porch swing with their grandma. We will definitely stay at Murph Landing again when we visit Morgantown.

Joe and Karen have a beautiful home that isn't just well maintained, it's truly loved and it shows. From the artwork and photos on the walls, to the newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom-- no detail has been spared. The home was spotless upon arrival, check-in was extremely simple, and Joe was communicative and accessible during our stay.
The cozy bungalow is conveniently located near WVU, the hospital, and the football stadium, with a large shopping center less than a minute down the road. It was an easy drive to Cheat Lake, Cooper's Rock, and the WV Botanic Gardens. And I can't forget how awesome it was to have a fenced in backyard for our two pups to run around. If we ever find ourselves in Morgantown again, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere other than Murph Landing!

This cozy, cute house had all the amenities needed for our lengthy stay and provided the perfect location to access the hospital in Morgantown for the expected early delivery of our first grandson. The owner, Joe, was super friendly and easy to communicate with. We definitely would recommend this place if you are ever in Morgantown and need a great place to stay!

We had been to Morgantown many times but needed something bigger for our daughters graduation! The pictures do not do this charming home justice! It was immaculate, fully stocked and organized! So cutely decorated and you could feel how much this family loves this home! It's a perfect location and dog friendly too! (newly fenced yard) All of the beds were so comfy which is so important. The bathroom is big and beautiful as well. We had the joy of using the adorable electric fireplace and the power recliner was perfect for my mother in law to lay and relax in after a long day. We wanted for nothing on this stay. We would highly recommend and actually hope that we get to go back and rent again next year for a football game! The hosts definitely put alot of personal touches to this experience, well done!

A 5 star rating isn’t enough. This home is at a great location, central to many restaurants, shopping, and the University. The owners went out of their way to make sure we had everything we would ever need for our stay. In fact, we were able to cook an entire Thanksgiving dinner using the very well-appointed kitchen. The owners’ special touches were second to none. One of the best homes we’ve ever rented. We will definitely be back!

Murph's is my go-to place when visiting my Mountaineer and this last stay was just as wonderful as the last...and all the other ones before that! This charming house is always sparkling clean, cozy, and conveniently located to everything you could need when visiting Morgantown! I especially love the well-appointed kitchen which makes it easy to make special meals for my daughter and her friends. Love that there is a grill to use as well. I was ready to extend my visit the day I first arrived. It is an older home that has been completely updated with the respect that its history deserves! There is a story of Murph and a nod to the WVU Mountaineers he held dear. The house is convenient to the University, the football stadium, and to shopping. I found a lovely morning walk through a nearby neighborhood was the perfect way to start my day! Would highly recommend to all!

This charming home is so well kept and equipped for a stop at West Virginia U. Our 3 day stay was perfect.
The owners have taken so much pride in this property. Joe the owner reached out to us a few days before our stay and was very welcoming. The charm of this home is indeed the story of Joe's brother a WVU videographer of over 38 years. The decor is set up as a dedication to WVU and Murph. The home is very cozy and the location is perfect to downtown WVU.
