We really enjoyed our stay it was perfect for 9 of us. The kids enjoyed the yard and the game room. We didn't have major issues except for the tub being a little dirty but the property manager sent someone and it was taken care of right away. It also gets pretty hot around summer it would of been awesome to have A.C but at least they had fans for each room. The beds were not as comfy could use an upgrade Everything else was great!

This property is amazingly beautiful lots of space,quiet, far away from all the city noise. Me and my family loved it thank you.

First off I need to say I think the home looks better in person than photos which is not normal for vacation rentals. Loved the house! We had 3 kids with us and they all loved it, whether it be fooseball, hot tub, or the yard. It was a good time for all. They now have a can opener! Which in prior reviews was noted more than once. still don’t have a decent spatula for flipping pancakes or making eggs. Thank goodness we packed a few essentials based off the past reviews just incase. We found only one extra blanket in a closet and the pillows were mostly flat and their was like one extra for each room. It would be nice to have a few extra blankets or throws for the upstairs living room, the masters shower head is not the best, and it seems they have disabled the extra wall shower heads and the hand shower wand has been removed, the tub though amazing. Never tried the jets so can’t report on that. The house was slightly farther than I would like but still 8 minute drive to Safeway, 15 minutes to stateline casinos, and 20 minutes to round hill pine beach. Overall would definitely stay again, Also when we arrived the house was spotless, major kudos to the cleaning team and management

We were really excited to continue our annual Tahoe trip this year and glad we were able to get a place. This house was just okay though. For the price I was expecting better quality and more things inside the house. Kitchen is stocked with random plates and bowls but not enough for large groups. Pots and pans are all scratched. No spatula for breakfast. I liked that they labeled the drawers but the drawers had sparse stock. Also for the price you pay your expect there to be enough dishwasher pods, but we had to buy more, more paper towels, and more trash bags. The home has potential but it looks like they did the bare minimum to get the house on vrbo. Master bathroom toilet kept running, internet speed was very very slow. The game room upstairs was a lot of fun for the kids but there were no board games or anything for people to play. This place has potential but if you’re just looking for a basic place to sleep to go skiing then this place would work for you. Location was also great, although the neighbors are pretty loud early in the morning each day. Also there was no manual for the house which is common for vrbo or Airbnb’s.

Suggestions, not critisims: This is a beautiful home that met and exceeded our expectations in many ways. I had read in a previous review that there was not a can opener, there is still no can opener. This needs to be provided. Master bedroom shower - the hand held shower head sprays all over the place, we had to be very careful not to soak the entire bathroom with it. You cannot put it in the holder, had to hold it between our legs. One of the dining room table chairs is about to break like the one in the garage and the chairs are very cumbersome. You could get twice as many chairs if these current ones were done away with. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels were available for 10 people. It would be nice to have more adult dinner plates. We had 6 adults and 4 children 7, 6, 5, and 4.

We all had a great stay. Kitchen had everything but a can opener but we had one. Overall was a great experience. The master bathtub was used once and seemed to have a leak that dripped in garage. Did not use t after that time. My guess is that it’s coming from a jet hose. Other than that we thank you for a great stay

Big, beautiful home in a great neighborhood. The house had fun activities for adults, teens, and kids. We made some great memories in this spacious, family centered home.

The home was great, the location was great, but this home was missing many hospitality details that a family rental of this value should have. The house felt like a staged model home - there were no board games/books (huge bummer for my kids), all drawers/cabinets outside of the kitchen were empty (not even a pen could be found!), the single ply toilet paper and paper towels were disappointing, no tissue and the microwave was not working. These are all things that made this potentially 5 star rental a 3 star for us. Little efforts on these things make a huge difference!

Very easy experience renting the property, had a couple small issues with appliances and furnishings but would definitely go back again.

This property was just as it was described stunning! The property managers went out of their way to make sure we had a fabulous time. The coffee maker was missing and they brought one to the house with coffee and filters that night at 7:30 pm! The kitchen is a cooks dream! If my family was social distancing and needed remote learning this would be my choice! The master bedroom and bathroom made me want to stay forever! I can't wait to go back. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!
