This house was amazing amd was perfect for all 7 of us!! Very clean and well maintained! We would definitely stay there again!!

We thought this property was very nice! It was super convenient to Broadway and East Nashville.

Amazing property. Clean with accurate available amenities. Plenty of room. Short ride to Downtown. Lyft and Uber drivers prompt and helpful with navigating as a first timer.

Overall, had a wonderful stay at your home. The whole process was super easy to navigate. The house was clean, stocked and organized. The only issue was the traffic noise from the highway. We did see white noise machines in the rooms but weren't exactly sure how to use them? Excellent stay, thank you so much!!

Stayed at this cute little house for my sister's bachelorette trip in early November. Such a great spot that's not too far from Broadway. Easily fit 7 women comfortably. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Interior of house in great shape and very comfortable. This house might have the most comfortable beds of any rental we have stayed at. Property owners were quick to reply when needed.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was very tidy and roomy. Very close to downtown area. Perfect for a relaxing weekend!

We were warned by multiple Uber drivers about the neighborhood but we had no problems. Door lock is a little lose and could use a bit more cleaning but overall a very cute place to stay! Slept a lot of people comfortably, was bigger than pictures made it look. Communication with the housing company was amazing! Responses right away and we’re very helpful

House was very clean and had plenty of enough room for a big group. The house was great, however, the location not the best. We had no issues, but I would do your research on the area. Location to downtown and airport was a short distance and convenient.

Door code was very long and unable to just be memorized. We did have ants in the kitchen however this could have been due to the amount of rain. Overall it was a nice house.

This house was a great fit for my small group! Everything was very clean and labeled well. They had everything we needed. Property manager was very easy to get in touch with and answer all questions. We were told by several Uber drivers to be careful in this area and not go outside alone. We had no issues!

The house was nice and the beds were VERY comfortable. The neighborhood is still up and coming, so there isn’t much right near by. The location is a short car ride to downtown. I’d stay here again!

Overall the property was great. The open space was perfect for our group of 10. Getting rides were super easy and close to downtown. Neighborhood is not the best but did not feel uncomfortable at any time. We had a blast here!

This house was beautiful and very comfortable. We used Uber to get us around and from the time we ordered to be picked up and dropped off on Broadway it was only 15 minutes. This place was really in a convenient location. Everyone in our party said they would definitely stay there again.

We booked this house for a surprise 50th birthday trip for our friend. Six of us stayed; the house was perfection! There was a problem with a couple of the lights, however communication was excellent and the problem resolved quickly. We would definitely book this house again!

Had everything we needed to enjoy our first trip to Nashville. Close enough to downtown and a very clean, nice facility.

The house is nice and clean and easy to access. We had a wonderful time until 5:30am the last morning we were woken by a thief busting out our car windows and stealing items. Out of 4 cars 3 had at least one whole window busted out. The whole side street was hit by these people. Nothing against the owners of the property because the house was great and fit 10 of us comfortably. Huge showers and plenty of places to sleep and hang out. I would like to point out that the house is right by the interstate so it is pretty loud with cars going by, but there were sound machines in every room and the sound didn’t bother us at all.

This property was beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well-labeled. The house is in a neighborhood that we were told by multiple Uber drivers is sketchy. I didn’t know the area so we were a little concerned, but since we had pickup service to and from activities, it was fine. I would also suggest white noise for the bedrooms, the highway noise is definitely noticeable in the bedrooms to the point of affecting sleep for some. The beds are comfy, and I could see how the backyard space would be nice. Overall, a very nice home for a larger group.

Pros: -Very spacious and open layout great for group hanging out/cooking together -Easy check in process/keyless which is nice -Quick uber to Broadway/downtown -Kitchen was well labeled and stocked with dishwater and cooking things Cons: -Not as clean as expected, lots of dust, baseboards looked like they hadn't been touched in forever in some areas -Needs a paint job, dirty walls all over -Neighborhood was sketchy -Wifi wasn't working, hosts did try to help but suggestions did not work and eventually we didn't have time to sit at home and troubleshoot on vacation -Leaking water into the living room when using master shower one day. The host did come and fix this problem fast...but it caused a lot of stress and wasted time while trying to get ready for brunch plans and spending time contacting them

This made it possible for everyone to sleep in a bed and not have to use the sleeper sofa in the living room. The location was great, pretty central to all the places we wanted to go to. We had a few questions about the place and got really quick responses. I would book this property again next time I’m in Nashville.

We had a mix of adults and teens and there was plenty of room for everyone.... the great room and patio set up was perfect for our large group. The neighborhood is being renovated, so the immediate surrounding area is a mix of old and new, industrial and SFR..... right off the highway, so definitely a convenient for location for anything Nashville..... about 10 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from Opryland. The only issue we had during our stay didn't really turn out to be an issue, as the property managers remedied the situation very quickly!! On the day of check out, we had gone out for the morning and returned a few minutes after 10am to grab our belongings and head to the airport, only to discover that the door lock combination had changed (it does this automatically on check out day).... I texted the number that had texted me during check in, and someone texted me, then called within a few minutes and gave us the new combo.....whew!! And they were super cool about it! Great space for family or large groups, well appointed and stocked with kitchen items, towels, and extras! Would totally stay here again.
