We came here for our Honeymoon and this was the perfect spot to stay! The place was super clean, well stocked and overall great! Loved the hot tub on our private porch. We are already looking to book again for next January!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was a great find! Definitely recommend. Shuttle to the ski slopes, 10 min drive to the grocery, movie theater, restaurants, etc in Dillon and less than five min drive to keystone village area. Very clean and had all the things we needed for our stay!

The condo was perfect for us. The kitchen had what we needed to make some meals, bed and couch were super comfortable and the hot tub was great for after snowboarding. Would definitely stay again.

This property was exactly as advertised. Walking distance to Keystone slopes, with shuttle service as well. Very clean and cozy. The private hot tub was exactly what I needed to relax. I went in October after the leaves had changed, so not to much going on nearby, but I was able to find plenty of things to do and places to eat. Great condo in a perfect location! Everything was perfect, a very well stocked kitchen,with everything you need for cooking, even spices & coffee & filters. We really enjoyed our short stay, wish it would of been longer.

This property is beautiful, not only is it clean and comfortable, but it also has amazing views from the hot tub day and night. The walking trail is right off the back porch which follows the river. For my husband, myself, and our 10 month old baby girl this was the perfect weekend escape. We will definitely be returning.

Great stay. Highly recommend!

My husband and I loved this place! Very clean, beautiful and up to date. The bed was sooooo soft I slept like a baby while I was there! While the location is a good distance removed from the hustle and bustle of River Run Village, it was a quick shuttle ride or my husband and I also opted to walk it on the trails for some fun scenic adventures. The hot tub was amazing and overlooked the river and trees! We loved this place! It was just my husband and I this time but this spot had plenty of room that we could have brought our kiddos too!

I highly recommend this property. The condo was new and very nice and clean. It backs up to the river and we enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. Summit County Rentals was extremely organized and responsive to requests. We needed a humidifier and they dropped one off to us the same day. They were great with communication. We would definitely stay here again. It’s location is central to the Mountain House and River Run slopes and a short drive to Dillon and Breckinridge. Tons of stuff to do.

Worked well for our visit to the Rockies for a ski vacation. We were able to easily access Keystone and it was a great base for the other ski resorts we visited. Having private hot tub after day of skiing was spectacular.

Don’t use this space. The amenities do not work and there is no support from the property. Hot tub malfunctions. Fire place doesn’t work. There is no storage except in the living room.

Condo was exactly as listed. Great for my husband and I….would be tight for 2 couples but Murphy bed would work for a kid or 2. Bus to keystone picks up every 20 min or so. Pickup is right by the pool house….weirdly enough that info was not in the welcome booklet emailed from the management agency. Hot tub very well maintained. Kitchen well stocked with dishes,pots,pans,etc….bring any spices you need other than salt pepper. Plenty of paper products and dishwasher soap which was very convenient. Smart tv offered many options….also a nice surprise. Would stay again

The unit was very nice, and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with things to cook with. The televisions were very easy to use (not always the case). All of this was great, however, the unit was disgusting. There were pieces of food and dirty socks under the couch, mouse droppings everywhere, dirty clothes left by the hot tub, and a very dirty old and beaten up grill that i would never have cooked on. The hot tub also had a layer of brown bubbles and wads of hair that appeared when the jets were turned on. I checked the control panel and it said the water was 34 days overdue for a change, so Im guessing that's the reason for the brown bubbles and hair floating around. Also, the games they had in the unit were just thrown in a pile in the corner, along with some placemats, and other random objects. Although, the bed was very comfortable, there were so many things crammed in the closet, that it was completely useless. It wasnt a huge room, so we were very cramped with all of our luggage on the floor. The bathroom amenities included 3 unwrapped q-tips, a few loose cotton balls, and what looked like a dry facial wipe. They did provide shampoo, conditioner, and lotion however. Lastly, and most importantly, the fireplace didn't work. We called management who offered to send maintenance and house keepers, and we took them up on maintenance because the fireplace was really the selling point for us. As far as house keepers, i wasnt going to leave so they could clean again, and I had already cleaned it when we got in anyway. The maintenance man supposedly fixed the fireplace, but all it looked like was a small blue flame once he was finished and was probably just the pilot light. Oh, and he had to re-attach the fridge door handle because that had fallen off too. I went on this trip to get away from my kids and the constant cleaning, just so I could relax for a few days and do nothing. Instead I had to start cleaning the moment I arrived, so i could feel comfortable even sitting on the couch. Once, I cleaned the place, all I wanted was to sit by the fireplace, and that too wasnt an option. It was so disappointing and gross, and was such a shame because it really could have been amazing had someone taken the time to check the unit before we got there. Im certainly glad we didnt pay $10/hour to check-in early, like we were hoping to.

We loved our stay at The Seasons at Keystone #1819. From watching the snow fall while relaxing in the hot tub to making a meal in the beautiful kitchen while the fire place roared, we had the best experience and can't wait to come back in 2023. We appreciated the many pots and pans in the kitchen and the spacious fridge. We have severe food allergies so this kitchen was a life-saver in allowing us to cook meals just like we were at home. The ski locker was great for ski storage and the deep bathtub was nice for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The keypad entry was great, we never had to worry about losing or forgetting our keys. The Smart TVs were perfect for unwinding in the evening with access to many popular apps. A washer and dryer rounded out our great experience by allowing us to pack less clothing overall. What a perfect stay, we will be back! Thank you!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beautiful kitchen is ruined by the fact that the sinks faucet is broken. The button that switches the water flow from wide-spray to stream is gone and it's stuck on wide-spray which splatters all over you and the counter and anything on it anytime you put anything under the water. Also the hot water knob is defective, it spins round and round and you have to manually put it where it's off, it doesn't just stop as it should. It's cheap, annoying, sloppy and disrespectful to leave it like that for guests that pay a lot of money for a fully functioning kitchen. Half the time I would walk to the bathroom to use the sink because it worked right. Also there was long hairs from the previous guest in the bathroom, the comforter was not washed and still had what appeared to be crusty sex stains on it. The blankets underneath were cheap and also appeared to be unwashed. So we removed them and we had to buy a new blanket ourselves to get a clean one, luckily we were going to Wal Mart anyway and they had an acceptable cheap one. The parking is horrible. It's made for compact cars when most people that come there have bigger trucks. You can barely fit a truck in and then you can't open your doors all the way or you bash the vehicle next to you so you have to squeeze out of a partially opened door sometimes while in ski or snowboard gear. The shower only has half a door. Who's dumb idea was this? It lets the cold air right in and its uncomfortable as **** and lets water splatter all over the floor in the bathroom The fancy half-door just sacrifices function for looks and its ridiculous. No one wants to go on ski vacation and not even be able to get a decent comfortable shower. The guest experience is definitely not the owners or property manager's top priority here, to put it mildly. The hot tub was nice, the fireplace too, but with all the issues I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone, quite the opposite, my advice: Avoid.

My husband and I loved our stay here. It was clean and cozy. Conveniently located to ski rentals, slopes, food, and town! Only a 25 minute drive to Breckenridge.
