Place was very clean and great location. Owners were very quick to respond and provided good information.

Place needs a refresh, especially the bathroom area.

It's a self-check-in location which worked great for me as I had a late flight into Miami. The room was wonderful, it had the comforts I needed for my short stay. The shower had strong hot water and shampoo/conditioner are available. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a champ. There is a small fridge and TV. The room is spacious and very private because it is located outside the house, so there's no noise from other guests except if they park or are talking outside.

I arrived past midnight and I couldn't get in for over 40 minutes. Someone else had closed the property gate and when I tried to open it but I couldn't (it slides but I tried in the wrong location). Because the room is inside an adapted garage, and there was a car parked in front, the double doors were not easily visible late at night. I had two other guests helping me find the room and we spent 30 minutes roaming around the house trying to find this room. I recommend getting clearer directions that the room is outside the house (where it looks like a garage) and increasing outdoor lighting for when guests arrive at night. I had a rental car, it isn't easy to park as it is first come-first served. I parked about 1.5 blocks away on the first night. On the second night, I found a closer spot but I did not go out late.

Felt like i discovered a gem close to calle 8. It was just perfect! We loved it and would definitely book this one again!!
