1.. masa saya stay aircond bilik rosak (lampu blinking2 dan xsejuk) saya komplen kepada owner... n the owner keep asking me to wait... to on off the aircond...repeatedly bila saya suruh hantar technician dtg tgk.. bg alasan technician kena covid plak... sy siap hantar personal wssp to the owner... tmpt u mmg ok.. almost perfect... tp sbb aircond u yg rosak ni saya xpuas hati... saya harap owner dpt fix the problem immediately.. sbb masalah ini ja yg akan menyebabkan u dpt bad review from the customer.. 2. pillow a little bit hard 3. serounding area mcm scary sikit di waktu malam... tp xdak apa2 pun... Not much to say about this property. I am disappointed with the “fabulous “ rating given to this property.

Far from city centre. The lagoon was ok but dirty. Not strict on attire while in the swimming pool. Some people even wear polo t shirts. Too poor on the hygiene aspect.

We were asking to change the apartment in a different location when we are already on our way to the apartment that we have booked. it was so confused and we decided to stay where we have booked. disjointedly, we found there are only a thin sheet in each beds and there was no blanket or duvets. when I called them asking for some thing to keep us warm at night and they told us that they have fully booked and we will only have some thing warmer from next day. I though this was not reasonable. There was also no wifi and they only delivered wifi box next day. The host is very firm and stop the communication with me as there was nothing they can help. they suggest me to cancel the booking, it was about 8pm. I went to the front desk of the hotel, which has a different management from this private host, the hotel manager lend us his own duvet, that was happened for out first night. I tole they that the kitchen bench and dinning table have ants and there was no responses from them. The apartment is really dated.

With booking.com, we're able to get the place with an affordable price. It's really worth it especially with free pass to the waterpark for 4 people (since we get the one with 2 bedrooms) and even the self check in procedure is easy.

I love everything there but the tv channels is a bit challenging.

The location, the price and the stay were all good and comfortable.

Location wise, easy to access. Spacious apartment.

The toilet has this smell. Many corroded metal pipe and stains. The balcony is a bit dirty. The shop is super expensive. The swimming pool is dirty and the theme park is not well maintained.

The apartment is very clean, all the room are spacious & free water park tickets.

I like this HomeStay because it inclusive the entry to the Water Park, especially it is multi entry. Meanwhile, the condition of the room overall is OK, hope can continue keeping this standard

If can allow checking a bit earlier then it will be perfect coz we no need to wait until 3pm onward so that my kid can enter the water park earlier, understand this is their policy, thus, this is suggestion & not a complaint
