This was a great stay and great experience for me and my family. House was very new, clean, and spacious. Owner was very easy to work with and had direct communication. I highly recommend this property if you are visiting Nashville !

I went for a bachelor party and there were 7-8 of us there. We had a slight issue and the host and their manager Scott was super communicative and helpful. The house is great and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here and of course Nashville is awesome!

Amazing! Only a 5 minute drive to Broadway. The house was perfect and clean. The managers were accommodating and responsive.

Everything was nice and easy with this house. Easy check-in & check-out, clean & tidy, quiet... It was everything we needed for a place to relax after a long day working a tradeshow.

Lynn provided an amazing property. We took full advantage of the yard and it was super close to downtown and the pedal tavern departure. 9/10 overall and would recommend to all!

It has a cool Industrial Farmhouse vibe, the kitchen is well stocked and plenty of room for 4 couples. It has a nice area in the backyard to hang out or if you want to listen to good music, it only takes about 5 minutes via Uber to get to Whiskey Row. I've stayed at a lot of VRBOs over the years, but this was hands down the cleanest property ever!

We had an amazing stay!!! It was nice and roomy, close to everywhere we wanted to go and the beds were comfy. My favorite part of our stay was the prompt responses and the ability to accommodate our early arrival. The alarm system made us feel comfortable and safe. We will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable had the little extras . 6 women from all over the US. The bunk room had comfortable mattresses. Nice everyone had a double bed room for 3 of us to spread out and get ready. . Not a bed to sneak any nookie in, they squeaked when moving around. $17 Uber to Broadway and $35 way back. It felt very centrally located. We drove to the farmers market and centineal park. Would stay there agai .

Stayed here with friends and family and had a great time. Only a 12 minute ride to Broadway. Communication with the owners was on point and they were very accommodating.

This was my first experience renting a vrbo and to Nashville. Great experience. The house was very clean and well maintained Unfortunately our excursions didn’t allow us to spend much time at the house, but it was very welcoming and a great place to gather while we were there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed.

This house was beautiful! The outdoor area, though only used once and for pictures, was great. Love the Nashville sign on fence! The owners were very accommodating and responsive to questions and requests. The location is a little far so we had to Uber to downtown. You can walk to two small convenience stores but definitely go with a buddy and maybe not after dark. A farther walk will bring you to Walgreens, some food places and a grocery store. Overall our time in Nashville was great! Would stay here again!

This house was a very good set up for a bachelorette party. There was plenty of space for sleeping arrangements and a good amount of bathrooms as well as yard space for games. We liked that although there were two sets of bunk beds, they were a larger size bed and not twin size. They did have some box fans in addition to ceiling fans in most of the bedrooms which was nice. They also have a Google play for music in the house which was nice. The manager was quick to communicate and we were able to get in touch with a team member on multiple occasions very quickly (once to fix the AC and once to get more garbage bags and ant bait) and he was very helpful and friendly. We stayed during late April and were unable to find firewood and it was not provided so I wouldn’t depend on a bonfire as an activity. We also couldn’t get the grill to work due to no propane. The one thing that could be improved was cleanliness. I wished their cleaning team had done a true deep clean including bathrooms. Things like hair in the showers and sinks, clogged shower drain on main level, ants in the kitchen and some used tissues under the upstairs beds weren’t caught upon arrival. They had a problem with ants so that made it tough with food on counters and stuff in the drawers. The main level bedroom had some ants as well. I know that’s something that’s hard to control and their team did bring extra ant baits we could set out when we asked. There was a nice alarm system that made us feel better about the neighborhood. It was a $9 Uber to Broadway during the day and $35 at night after surcharge goes up so that was a nice distance. Overall it was a nice stay and the management was good with communication.

Our group of 4 couples had a wonderful time! This place had plenty of room for the 8 of us and was great for hanging out and relaxing when we weren't exploring downtown.

Great house. Brand new. Fire pit is awesome. But needs wood.

The house was perfect. We had the entire family for a week. Super close and convenient for downtown. The downstairs bedroom/bathroom was perfect for elderly grandparents, Outdoor space and back parking was a huge hit. House is beautiful and stocked with all necessities.

We had an amazing time staying at “Our Favorite Place.” We we’re visiting with our 3 children and in laws. My mother and father in law are elderly so the room downstairs was perfect and my kids loved the bunk beds. The home was close to downtown, easy access to the stadium and not far from the Gaylord Opryland. Thanks Lynn for being such a gracious host!

We rented this property for a bachelorette weekend with 10 girls. Everyone fit comfortably. The house is a great size. It’s not too far from Broadway and convenient to get to and from. The inside is beautiful and the backyard was a nice additional. Would recommend !

This house was very nice and clean on the inside, we had a total of 8 people staying and we all had plenty of room. The back yard could use a little weeding and touch-up but other than that we had a great stay!

The house was very clean and was great to stay in for a few days. Foosball table was great, and we liked the outdoor grilling area. Parking was a little tight but we managed and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. Owner even helped with finding the beer cupcake place in town for birthday cupcakes. Thank you!!

We had a great time and the Nashville home was great. Even with 8 guest we were never in each other’s way. Plenty of space. Definitely a good place to stay in Nashville.
