The breakfast was good and the rooms were neat and clean.Everything was working in good condition.But most of all, the staffs were amazing.I really want to thank Receptionist Mr Nidhin for all his help during the stay.He is very polite and respectful.As a solo traveler I wasn’t quite sure where to go and find good places, he always helped and ensure that I have a safe trip. The manager Mr Amanda Kishor is also very kind.

it was neat and presentable

the shower water did not drain fast enough as a result the water was clogged in the shower area. and the smell of the bathroom was little bit odd.

Proximity to Wonderla Amusement Park, Relatively New Building, Staff

Bit of noise from some mechanical or other activity like air conditioning. Not too loud but noticeable

The location is just opposite Wonderla which is really good after spending long hours in the park. The room is of decent size with keycard entry. We will get a small table with two chairs and the WiFi is free. Restaurant service is also available so that we don't have to wander around for food.

The beddings were not clean. I got confused about whether the bedsheets are washed or not. I can find stain marks all over the pillow cover and the blanket. The room cleaning is pathetic. I requested for cleaning the room and they didn't replace my bathing towel. The water mug in the toilet was broken and the bucket was dirty. The food was expensive with limited choice. Sunday evening, we got only vegetarian items. A bar is also working in the same hotel, I am really doubtful this hotel is suitable for a family- however, we didn't experience any problem though.

Breakfast was tasty. Special mention to the restaurant staffs to have a smile on their face all the time. It was very warm feeling. I felt really welcomed. It was a good experience. Will definitely visit again. Thank you so much Hill Heights!
