Huge home that checks all of the required boxes for a successful stay. We had more than enough bedrooms and beds to accommodate 3 families of 4. If we vacation in the Poconos again, this property would be at the top of our list.

We have decided to make this an annual trip all thanks to John and his hospitality and beautiful property. There were 10 of us and we had a ball! We were minutes from the outlets, minutes from the resort. It was the perfect getaway.

we had a mix of freinds and young kids. the location was great and the house was incredible. we had so much fun skiing and snow tubing during the day. great kitchen and family room for everyone to enjoy.

100% On every level! Beautiful house with lots of space for activities. Pool table, multiple TV areas, lounge area and Hibachi table! Great property with Hot Tub and fire pit next to a gorgeous river. Plenty of parking space. Best of all this home is literally right next to Camelback mountain Ski and water park! Immediately book this location for a large group. We will definitely be staying with this property manager again.

We stayed in this house multiple times with friends/family. Look no further in you have a large group and want to be close to the mountain. It is the best option out there! This house is equipped with everything and suitable for both adults and kids.

Very relaxing stay in the Poconos. The property is close to many attractions. The house was able to accommodate my large group for the stay.

This property was great for our family to get together. Lots of room and things to do for multiple generations. Loved the 2 large refrigerators and Hibachi grill. Had some issues with air conditioners and hot tub but these were quickly corrected after contacting the property manager.

Wonderful property in great location near Camelback. 4 kids and 6 adults had a great week there. Lots of room and fun. features in the house. Fireplace worked great with lots of wood available. Hot tub was used by all and was great touch. Lower level fun room worked great for the kids as did the "bunk" room with bunk beds. Owner easy to contact, but had no issues for him to address during our stay.

Our multi-generational group loved our stay in this beautiful log home. Spacious with the most comfortable beds. Gorgeous finishes and decor. Perfect backyard setup by the creek. And so convenient to attractions in the area. Only word of caution for others with young kids like us is that it’s located on a busy road (part of being so convenient!)… the campfire is set in a corner of the backyard so peaceful and secluded. Just need to stay on top of young runners!

The house is beautiful. The location is great. I was disappointed with a few things, the overhead hibachi exhaust fan was dripping grease I assume from previous use. The pool table down stairs only had two pool sticks, both were not in the best shape. The trash bin outside was FULL when we arrived. One reason that I ended up choosing this house was the hot tub. The hot tub was not fully functional, only a few jets were working. I contacted the owner the second morning of our stay and he responded by the end of the day saying he would get a technician there as soon as possible. Technician came as we were checking out and even mentioned that they were aware of the jets not being fully functional. I paid a lot of money to stay at this property for 4 nights. I was expecting everything I saw in the photos. Again, the house is beautiful and the location is great. I would definitely stay here again as long as everything was working as stated in the description.

A really nice property! Manager was available to answer questions rapidly on line. Very clean and we enjoyed the built in grill and great cooking pans in the kitchen. Only negative issue was we had several (4) families come into the house thinking it was a Hibachi restaurant as there is signs all over the property on trying the Hibachi restaurant that is down the road. I can only assume that it is owned by the same people. We actually had 2 families walk into the house while we were eating. We explained that the restaurant was down the road 4 or 5 miles but this needs to be corrected in our opinion.

Overall, we had a great time at the house, both adults and kids. The house is just a few minutes from Camelback, restaurants, the outlet mall, grocery stores, etc. and we took advantage of all of them. The bedroom layout gave us lots of good options of where to put people, and the deck was great for eating and hanging out. Everything was as described and in good condition. The owner was responsive and friendly when I had a question. We would definitely go back. A few small suggestions for the management: * The cookware was nice/sturdy but didn't have a flat bottom - with an electric stove that meant it took a very long time to boil water or cook food. * Lighting at night could be somewhat harsh due to bright lights & high ceilings - some lamps in the common areas would be a great addition.

After after difficult year associated with Covid, we wanted a venue to reconnect with family and spend quality time together. This was an idyllic home set next to the calming sounds of Pocono Creek and was centrally located to rafting and hiking adventures. Sunsets atop Camelback were breathtaking. It made us reminisce of family vacations long, long ago…fire pit, jacuzzi, billiards, games in the yard and good company…well appointed, roomy, clean etc. left us needing or wanting nothing…perfect family setting. Thank you for proving us with a perfect venue for a family reunion…

Had a great weekend here. Plenty of sleeping spaces to accommodate a good size crew. Great location with plenty of parking and privacy. Great size yard for plenty of lawn games. Huge deck as well, very welcoming hang out spot. Very scenic and peaceful with the stream running in the near distance. Awesome size fire pit with plenty of seating. Very accommodating. We enjoyed out stay and would certainly return.

Everything was perfect, check in process, cleanliness of the property, the location. John was available when we needed help with WiFi and other questions. The property was well equipped and accommodating for 10 adults and 6 kids. The creek by the house was a huge plus for our dogs and kids playing. We are already planning our next stay here. Great house for large groups. Lots of bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms. Kitchen was awesome with a built-in flat top grill (like for hibachi), which was surprising but really elevated the cooking experience of our trip. Location was very close to stores and attractions (tubing). Owner didn’t send the code to enter at check-in time, but was very responsive when contacted. Overall great experience, definitely would recommend

We had our 14th family reunion and had a great time in this home creating memories. The hibachi stove was great for making breakfast and lunches for the family. The kids enjoyed lots of hours playing pool, corn hole, spike ball and the boys challenging each other at a game of chess . The large dinning table gathered us for game night along w lots of laughter. The deck provided lots of hangout time for the adults. We definitely enjoyed our stay and look forward to a winter vacay in this home soon.

The house was phenomenal and location prime to Camelback. Wish we knew the outside/yard of the property was not complete yet. Even though it wasn’t, we were able to adapt and still had a great four days. You can visualize the yard being finished and the potential of the property. One thing we noticed is with the signage and bus for Desaki restaurant on the property, potential patrons believe the house is the restaurant. To the extent, several parked in the driveway, exited their vehicles and approached the house before intercepted by us. Overall, 4 stars only due to the yard not being completed. We will certainly be back.

This beautiful (newly built) home was everything my group of friends could have dreamed of and more for a girls weekend! It has a charming log cabin feel, with plenty of rooms/ beds and space. The owner was very attentive and responsive making the experience amazing. I would follow what the other reviewers state and bring your own paper towels, trash bags, etc. but that’s expected for certain properties. All in all, a great stay!

This home is really spectacular and the location is truly the best . The owner really paid great detail to every aspect of this home when building it . Since it was so new , I'm sure they haven't had too many guests staying and leaving behind and cleaning supplies . So make sure you bring sponges to clean the dishes , dish soap, paper towels, etc. I'd suggest that you bring your own pillows if you have a favorite one at home, along with and extra blanket if you like heavier blankets to sleep with . You really wont be disappointed at all, this place is gorgeous and the hot tub was AMAZING ! Everyone had a fabulous time and a wonderful stay !

This is a great house for a big family/friends gathering. Clean, has everything you need! Location is super convenient! The owner is very responsive and helpful!

I rented the house to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. We had 15 adults in our party. The house was set up very well to accommodate our whole group. We all were very impressed with how nice the house is decorated and equipped to handle a large group. Everything in the house is band new and top of the line. The mattresses are also all new and very comfortable. I did have a couple questions when I arrived at the house, the owner John responded to all my questions right away and was very helpful and responsive to my concerns. We had a great time, I would definitely rent this mountain house again and I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-appointed mountain house.

I was looking for a house that was big enough to accommodate 16-18 of us and this house worked perfectly. The house was clean, the owner responded immediately to any questions I had and all of the bedrooms were nicely spaced out (main floor bedroom with a full bath, second floor has 2 bedrooms with a full bath and the lower level has a full bath and three bedrooms one of which has 2 queen size bunks) and there’s multiple tv/sitting areas. The location of this house was perfect. You can literally see CamelBack out the back windows and all lite up at night. If you’re tubing, you can literally walk to the tubing entrance. Someone from our group forgot something and walked back from the tubing area to the house and it took no time at all. If you need a break from skiing or tubing, the outlets are down the street. If you forget any warm attire, there’s a Columbia outlet store that’s perfect! We rented our ski equipment from Alpine Ski & Snowboard which is down the street and they were awesome. Make your reservation online and when you get there, you’re in and out and drop off is even quicker! I would highly recommend this house to anyone!
