The property was beautiful. Communication with the owner was superb. They are so welcoming and lay out a guide of expectations before, during, and leaving. This house is perfect for large families with something to do for all ages. This was our first time in Oklahoma and wasnt too much to do in town, but the house makes up for it.

We had 3 couples out for a few days and everything was awesome. The property was perfect. Great communication with hosts. Fully stocked, we didn't need anything other than food. Will definitely be back!

Overall this is one of the best cabins we have stayed at! We’ve been to Broken Bow for the past 6 years and have stayed in different cabins, this one has been #1! We loved everything about it!

Awesome cabin. Perfect size & setup for my family. My kids & grandkids loved it.

This property offered a great option of spaces, indoor and outdoor, in which family could hang out and visit. There was plenty of things to keep kids entertained while the grown-ups chatted or cooked. Plenty of seating for meals. Bedrooms were comfortable. The deck was incredible, especially since the weather was pleasant. Tankless water heaters made sure everyone always had plenty of hot/warm water. Owners willing to make accommodations with renters at last minute regarding pets - appreciated that! Issues: water pressure in the pretty bathrooms wasn't the greatest, and the shower design did not keep the water contained within it - lots of splatter and spillage outside. Water filter in fridge needed to be replaced, so trying to get filtered water to drink took forever. Pathway leading to front door looked flat, but had stairs; they need something to indicate the steps so people arriving after dark don't fall down them. If you know there is a lot of poison ivy near the creek on your property (and there is), do something to kill it so guests can access the creek without having to worry about allergic reactions or not being able to enjoy that aspect of the property fully. Citronella candles on deck would have been nice; wasn't super buggy, but there were some out there. Pictures on rental site did not accurately portray how high up deck was in relation to the playsets and activities on the ground level in backyard.

We always tried to take family vacation when our 3 boys were young. Fast forward 30 years and add daughter-in-laws and grand babies and it is harder to find a Perfect place. This house had everything I was looking for. King beds and private bathroom for each couple plus a bunk room. Enclosed large deck and outside play area gave the kids 2 areas to play. House was beautiful inside and we all loved the showers. It is a long stairway down to the outside area but the landings made it easier to navigate and the exercise means you can have another S-more.

This home is beautifully decorated with quality and is so comfy and homey. We could feel the love. It is huge and looks even better than the photos. We were fortunate to have a rainfall and sat on the deck in our rocking chairs. ♥️ We played games and dined indoors and outdoors. We hope to return soon!

It was our first time to Broken Bow and we were extremely pleased with the entire trip. Our expectations were blown away and couldn’t be happier with being able to stay in this incredible home! It was perfect for our 6 adults and 2 young kiddos! We will absolutely be coming back!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The property is extremely well kept with so many little touches to please any guest! The hosts were amazingly responsive and helpful during our stay. The outdoor amenities including the HUGE back porches were incredible with every possible outdoor game for adults and kids, a beverage frig and ice machine, and full outdoor grill station. The furniture was so well maintained, you can tell ownership takes pride in keeping the home like their own (or better). I have stayed in 5 different houses in this area and this is by far the BEST one by a huge margin. The listing pictures don’t do this house justice. We loved our time here and will be back! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this luxury cabin over the Christmas holiday. The cabin is well appointed with beautiful decor, yet comfortable at the same time. The furnishings inside and out are welcoming. . There are many spaces on the property to call your own. Upscale decor and special touches grace the property throughout. If you choose to cook, you will enjoy the fully stocked kitchen. However, do not hesitate to try one of the host’s recommendations, as they are on point. Our first trip to this area was special and memories were made.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday and had family and friends with several couples, this house had more than enough space and everything was as described plus more! Home had plenty of deck space and the yard provided an excellent opportunity for a photo shoot.

I will never be able to say adequately how much we loved this cabin!! We came for my son’s engagement and needed a really large table for 15 people to have a sit down dinner. Holly and Reed brought in extra tables and chairs AND had white linen table cloths waiting for me! they even had a treat for us when we arrived! I felt like Holly and Reed invested in us as a family and truly wanted us to have THE BEST experience! The pictures do not do this place justice! It is a beautiful cabin! The creek was stunning! we saw deer in the evening! The kitchen was fully stocked since we love to cook while we’re in Broken Bow. The beds were so comfortable! We had kids ranging in age from 3-20 and they were all entertained with the toys to the basketball court!! We all, even us big kids, enjoyed the outdoor yard games! Don’t let the connect four game fool you….it had all of us captivated! Lol. We will definitely be back, as Holly and Reed feel like family now!!

Beautiful home and great location.

We celebrated our 18th family Thanksgiving at Beavers Bend. This home provided something for everyone, inside and out. Great place for families of all ages. Hosts were awesome and quick to respond to any questions.

This is a very special property. It is full of activities at the home and nearby. The home is a great get a way.

Four families representing four generations (18 months to 70+ years) enjoyed this amazing home for our first multi-generation, multi-family vacation. The four master suites were ideal for accommodating the four couples and the bunk room easily housed seven children. The amenities are top-notch. A brief list of the "extra" features does not do justice to the property (HUGE multi-layer deck with hot tub, basketball court, playground & treehouse, commercial ice-maker, an extensive guidebook, etc.). We were amazed when we walked in and were still in awe when we left. The hosts were helpful with our pre-trip questions and provided the extra touches that made this a remarkable experience. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone and we would rebook, on the occasion that this combination of folks were to convene again.

We booked this getaway to have one last family weekend before school started back up. This house was everything shown on the website and more. It comfortably housed 4 families with a total of 15 people. My husband and I hosted this for our grown children and their families and it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect in every way! Better than described! Very clean, well stocked, delightful treats waiting for us upon arrival. Layout of the house is great. Hot tub worked and was spotless. We loved the decks and spent lots of time outside. Last night there we built a fire in fire pit and had s'mores. Everyone loved the time together and can't wait to return! Bonus: the roads were the best we've seen in Hochatown!

This house - inside and out - was perfect for our 3 generation family getaway. We all loved the big decks with hot tub, games, plenty of comfortable seating and more. All of the rooms are spacious. Everything was very clean. Love the town too.

A+, 3rd stay. Easy to get ahold of the property owners, personal, and pleasant. Always a pleasure to deal with. I had no significant issues that I could complain about. This being our 3rd stay says it all - we enjoy the predictability of a safe, secure, well appointed stay when in Broken Bow. We look forward to a 4th stay later this fall!

We loved the house, it was very clean and had everything we needed. Having a restroom in each bedroom was very important for us. We will go back again.

We travel to Broken Bow a lot and have typically stayed at new places each visit. We have spent the last two spring breaks at “Who left the gate open” and it is now an annual family tradition. It’s the perfect cabin, perfect location and the owners are absolutely focused on making your time in their home perfect! 10 out of 10 for this cabin. We’ve rented in Broken Bow a couple dozen times and have finally found our home.

We absolutely loved this property! We are regulars in Broken Bow and this is our new favorite. The property has the best compilation of amenities with the basketball court, creek access, and porch games/activities. Communication with Holly and Reed (owners) was fantastic. Very responsive, engaging, and helpful. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Love the setup and floor plan as well. A++ all around!!

Four families stayed at this property for New Years and it was perfect! Plenty of room for all 8 kids and 8 adults. The outdoor space was amazing with a huge deck, plenty of activities for the kids, a fire pit, basketball court and playground. The hosts were so nice and responsive and they even provided us with a welcome basket. We will be back!!!!

We stayed at this house end of December and had a fabulous experience!! The house was not only beautiful but very functional. It had everything you could want and need! Thankfully we had beautiful weather for December so we were able to enjoy all the beautiful grounds! The decks were fabulous and the kids loved the basketball court and play set. Even got to enjoy the creek area and woods. We would definitely consider staying here again. Also wanted to mention that the hosts Holly and Reed were so good about responding to questions before our stay and even during when I had quick questions. We have stayed in many houses in the past at broken bow but have never had owners that were so approachable and easy to contact! That was so nice. Being around holiday time we were left a welcome and thank you gift as well as a hot chocolate bar and craft basket for family. It was such a great treat. Thanks for a super stay!!

The cabin and its amenities were perfect for our family’s Christmas vacation. The owners were very responsive and they decorated the cabin beautifully for the holidays. The property is amazing and had everything we needed for a Christmas away from home.
