This home had everything we needed for a fun get away with our 3 teen/young adult boys and our dog! Plenty of room for the boys friends to visit us during our stay! The outdoor shower was perfect to clean up our pup after our beach walks with her! Steps to the beach, clean, and stocked with all of the necessities! Michelle was amazing and super responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

We LOVED the week we recently spent at this awesome beach house! It was the perfect home base for a fun but very relaxing family vacation with our teenage/young adult children. The house is located just a few steps from the beach and bike/running/walking paths; minutes/walking distance to cute local restaurants; and a short drive to downtown Ventura, the harbor, the freeway and all amenities (gas, grocery store, etc.). The house itself was super cozy, bright, clean, spacious and well appointed. Some “extras” that we really appreciated were the hot tub, outside shower (with hot water!), and multiple car parking spots (which allowed our children to bring their cars, and friends/families to conveniently visit for the day). The house layout was awesome too - while the kids had their own space downstairs, we spent a lot of family time together in the living/dining area (main floor), and the master room on the top floor was perfect for my husband and me. Last but not least, the property manager, Michelle, was very communicative, responsive and lovely to engage with from beginning to end. She provided detailed and helpful information throughout the process and was super quick in responding to questions. We are definitely looking forward to returning!

We had a great stay at Pierpont Bay over Thanksgiving. There were five of us in the house and there was plenty of room. The house was very comfortable and we enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and the patio and the kitchen was great for making Thanksgiving dinner. We made great use of the bikes and enjoyed riding to the pier several times and even did the bike ride to Ojai from the house. We did the two minute walk to the beach several times and if the weather was warmer would have made use of all the beach toys available. Michelle was a great host and very easy to work with. We would definitely stay again next time we are in Ventura.

The layout of this fabulous house was perfect for if you want a break from family 😊 or want to be together. Distance from beach was great. The beach was AWESOME! The property manager was exceptional thoughout. During booking and during our stay.

This property was beautiful. It was very close to the beach and slept all ten of us comfortably. My family has been coming to Ventura for as long as we can remember and this house was one of the best ones we have ever rented. We had a fabulous time.

This beach house has a great layout and allows peeps to get away for privacy, if you care to . Spacious back yard eating/ lounge area. The immunities that were provided were EXCELLENT ! eg. Shampoo/conditioner,body/hand soaps and lotion,plenty of TP and paper towels,bath towels laundry soap, baby oil for dirty feet. The garage had all needed for beach fun eg. Towels,chairs, boogie boards, Sand toys, even small ice chest! Awesome for those family members that flew in and could not bring much . Close to sand . Bike path close by . Such a wonderful place for our group !!

This house is stocked with everything you need for a vacation. We will definitely stay here again. Michelle made it very easy for us. Thank you!!!

Very nice home, very comfortable and as described. Great proximity to restaurants, park and beach. Neighbors are close and are not happy to have a vacation rental next to them, seem to watch for any disturbance.

Our group of 5 friends really enjoyed our stay! We loved being 2 doors from the beach, having bicycles and boogie boards ready for our use if wanted, and there was plenty of room for us to spread out on the main floor. Having all the deck space and outdoor patio complete with hot tub was awesome. Upstairs Master bedroom is a loft space, so it isn’t sound proof, but we didn’t find this a problem. Communication was terrific and our overall experience was fantastic.

This place has everything you need! Beach access, a fire pit, BBQ, LOTS of space and super close to all the great restaurants in downtown Ventura. We had a great experience!

Our first time to Ventura and we will definitely be back. Loved the location of the house, so close to the beach. Michelle went above and beyond for us. The house was great. Plenty room for 4 adults and 4 12 year olds. We loved having a short walk to the beach. We were sad to leave. We will be back.

Very clean and spacious beach house. A few steps to the beach , you can hear the waves breaking and enjoy the sea breeze. The house come fully equipped will all amenities: full kitchen, living and family room, beach towels, chairs, boggie boards, bicycles, fishing gear and TV’s in all rooms, outdoor patio with grill and hot spa. Also located close to the Ventura board walk and restaurants. Rent with confidence as Michelle, the property manager will answer all questions and personally take care of any need you may have. I give the house and the property manager 5 stars.

We had a great time and loved the house. The communication was fantastic, the house was amazing, and the location was a dream. We appreciated all the amenities the owner had on hand so we could take full advantage of the beach life! We hope to return next summer.

Property manager is amazing! Called the day before to make sure we didn’t need anything and to give detailed info. House was beautiful and fit us all well! We had 10 ppl. Beach was 4 houses away! So perfect!

We spent five great days in March with 4 kids age 17 to 20. The house was very spacious with comfortable beds and multiple place for everyone to relax. The large kitchen had everything needed to serve family meals. The beach bikes, bodyboards, chairs.... made it very convenient to relax by the water every day.. The very large garage was also very practical. The instructions and communication with the property manager MIchelle was outstanding. We will certainly come back.
