This is a very nice hotel, one of the better hotels I stayed at on this trip. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The only quibble was that TV wasn't working.

Room was very comfortable and clean. The front desk clerk when we were there was super helpful and accomodating.
We had to wash laundry but the dryer overheated. The staff allowed us to dry our laundry in the facility dryer.

Make the outside of the property, more tractive by picking some softer earth, tone colors. The colors that exist it were too strong with a high gloss appearance. Other than that, I like the facility I like the breakfast I like the room and the air conditioner.

The property is nice and clean and the staff is very friendly. However, the hotel is located on the highway, literally. If you choose to stay here, I highly recommend that you request a room on the NORTH side, away from the highway. We were placed on the south side and I should have been more concerned when I saw a note on the bed from management letting the guests know that they had ear plugs at the front desk and recommended letting the a/c fan run all night for “white noise”. Even with the box-fan I borrowed from the front desk, the noise from the highway was quite unbearable for myself and the kids. My husband wasn’t bothered by it 😉

Great service and a wonderful hotel with everything you need to stay in Alamosa. Only downside was an issue with the single elevator but the staff was on top of it.

The room cleanliness left something to be desired. There were hairs all over the room. The major road the hotel is on made it hard to sleep. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast options were excellent. The bathroom needs an update.

Extremely unfriendly personnel. Prepaid for the hotel upon arrival. When leaving they "accidentally" charged my card again for an additional $240 on top of the $193 I've already paid and the $100 incidental charge. Called them 3 times over the next 3 days to sort this out and they keep hanging up on me. Had to dispute charge through my bank for reimbursement.

Was unaware the hot tub and pool were down for renovations which was the main reason we picked this hotel to stay at in particular so if you’re looking for a place to swim, this is your heads up on that!
The shower when turned down to body temperature will go between body temp and then suddenly boiling hot.
We were woken up in the morning to the room cleaning crew banging on our door and then entering our room before we had even gotten out of bed.

The breakfast was amazing. The pull out bed was pretty bad. And the pool was closed for renovations which we had no idea about before we booked the place. So that was a bummer. But overall it was fine. The room did have 2 sinks so that was nice.

When we checked in we were told the pool was closed, and no discount would be given. I was disappointed that I was not notified before our stay, it was being retiled, so it was a planned closure. When I asked for a discount, the manager said she couldn’t. She told several people this. Then our sink dripped, our toilet continued to run, the chair was stained. Altogether it was not great.

This property was actually a nice stay. They are currently remodeling so things are not completed, however, they still maintained order and cleanliness. The upgrades look like they will be great once everything is completed! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was large and had everything my family needed. Appreciated the fridge size and microwave in the room. Would definitely stay again!

Terrible. Amenities broken, rude front desk agents, disgusting room, plastic covering only window. Terrible. Manager declined to talk with me, or do anything about it. Then I caught the front desk agent talking about me to the GM when I went back in to ask a question.
