Great place for the price. In need of remodeling though. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Love the breakfast spread choices, great for early birds like me!

Never had a worse time trying to sleep in a hotel. The AC makes this incredibly loud rattling noise that made it impossible to sleep. The bedding is reminiscent of something you'd have in the 80s, no duvet, and the pillows were square shaped lumpy things. if you move around when trying to get comfortable like I do, there was this stupid noise coming from the bed, which I can only explain like the wobbly sound of a piece of thin sheet metal being shaken. Cleanliness was a 5/10, definitely some missed spots on the hardwood and the bathroom shower area was pretty gross looking. I know it's this is an economy hotel, but very disappointed. I had driven four hours from Denver so I was exhausted already and still only got about three hours of sleep because of all these issues.

Affordable rooms with really friendly front desk staff. The hotel is a bit dated, but it’s clean, you get a lot of pillows, and the wifi is consistent. A lot of great eco friendly messaging at super 8 now too, which I love.

I checked in and room was dirty. I literally wrote "dust me" in the dust. The toilet had not been cleaned. I asked for another room and that one was cleaner, but had urine on the floor around the toilet. I checked out and went elsewhere.

The super eight hotel in alamosa Colorado has one of the hardest working and eager to please the customer attitudes of any hotel I’ve ever stayed that in my life. I have stayed at hotels from four star to no stars. That being said, Wyndham should reprimand the owner of this motel for keeping the building and the furnishings and the plumbing in such terrible shape. It is awful. But once I complained about a toilet that did not work, the eager kind, and efficient staff solve my immediate problem very quickly, and with the utmost courtesy. The service I received is worth a $200 plus a night hotel. The conditions of the hotel warranted a $40-$50 night expenditure. As it is, I spent $90 a night.

We like the king bed, the room in general had good lighting, except over the desk. The breakfast is good and was a hot breakfast. The staff was very polite at check in and with any questions.

Short drive away from The Great Sand Dunes. Covered all the basics. A little dated and above price with limited hotels in area. Overall good stay and near Walmart. Breakfast could be a little better for price.

Matt on the front desk went over and above to assist me during my stay. I was very grateful and would recommend this place.

The property is old and in very run down condition. The manager was very accommodating I had to have the tub cleaned it was filthy. He tried and it did look better but not clean. The pool and spa were very dirty it needs brushed and shocked. The room was decorated nicely ( clearly recently done ) the outside door didn’t stay closed, the screen on our window was torn the ice machine was empty until morning. Just needs help

This was a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is a little bit older, but it was spotless, the breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was extremely nice and professional and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Front desk clerk was pleasant and efficient initially. We discovered a large wet spot soaked thru all layers of the bed covers. Asked for new linens. The clerk has no access to the extra linens overnight and boss wouldn’t answer her calls. She tried to provide new linens from an empty room but alas it was a queen sheet, which won’t fit king bed. So she found a two-queen “pet-friendly” room and let us move to that. The new beds were dry but one made a loud clanging noise when its occupant turned over or rose from bed. Many gnats in the room. Microwave unclean inside. Bathtub either really dirty or badly stained. Sink sprayed water in all directions. The Hampton Inn was sold out, and would have cost lots more, but would have been well worth it! Discussed with manager next day- apologized but we got no inkling that anything will change in future. Do not book this place.

Older building, but clean. Good staff, responsive to needs. I stayed with my wife and kids, and the rooms were large, comfortable, and clean. I would stay here again.

Hotel was very gross and rundown. There was no elevator so we couldn’t use a cart to carry all our luggage upstairs and had to make several trips. The lock on our door was broken and left us feeling unsafe. The AC didn’t work well and our room was very warm, making it difficult to sleep. The only positive to our stay was that the front desk staff was very nice.

It was in a great location and a great area, however when we booked we let them know we had 9 people, they only had enough beds for us to sleep 8. When we asked if we could have a cot brought up to the room they said they didn't have those. We ended up having to go to the store and getting an air mattress. The did a poor job booking us and they did a poor job not having solutions.

Not a bad stay for the most part. Sadly they had no hot water. Tried to tell the desk for a partial refund, but was told in a rude manner by the front desk to talk with hotels.com for a refund since the purchase of this room was on that site. Sad how difficult it is to just have one night to relax when paying over $120 and you have to jump through hula hoops just to get reimbursed a little bit because of not being able to shower.
