We loved it!!! We definitely will be back. The tiki bar was the center of attention. We didnt get a chance to use the kayaks but we will next time

The property is amazing, there were 12 us and there were as plenty of space. We spent most of our time at the tiki bar.

Great property minutes away from beach- about 30 mins from Pleasure Pier- fun time fishing - plenty of space for a party of 14 Recommend a toilet at tiki bar area and mini fridge - would have been nice for more than 1 tv but again we spent lots of time doing other things it wasn’t a big deal Communication with Kathy was great a few hiccups but nothing worth mentioning everything was resolved AC works great - beds are comfy Love the fact house comes with basic supplies in case we forgot them (detergent-tp-shampoo-etc) Overall great stay! Thanks a bunch

Your property is amazing! We loved every minute of our stay. Some of us were looking forward to crabbing but didn't find the crab traps as described. Also, a refrigerator downstairs would have been great. With a house that sleeps 17, more than 1 fridge is needed with all the food.

House and amenities were exactly what was needed for a weekend getaway.

This year we chose Galveston as a site for a family vacation. This was the perfect house for us. Their is easy access to Charter Fishing, fishing/crabbing on the back dock. The tiki bar was definitely the focal point of our stay as we love to be outside. There was plenty of shade if you didn’t want the constant sun. The flies got pretty bad, but we set up a fly trap which helped. The mosquitoes start biting when the sun went down but that’s to be expected, it’s Galveston. The only thing I would recommend outside by the tiki bar is include a small refrigerator, so we could also keep drinks outside instead of having to go upstairs in the house each time to get a drink. Inside the house, the kitchen had plenty of room and everything you need. All the bedrooms were spacious and slept everybody comfortably. There were no issues with the TV or Internet access. Our cell phone service was not great but then again, we’re not there to be on our phones. Overall, it’s a beautiful house and a great place to stay.

We had our annual family vacation get together here. Ages ranged from 4 to 50+. For our family of 15 we had such a fun time and plenty of room. Only thing I would say is maybe having an extra fridge somewhere. With so many mouths to feed we only had the one fridge and had to move things around constantly with storing 3 days worth of food.

Where do I start?? The spacious home itself, the outside upper deck space, the outside lower patio, the absolutely beautiful sunsets directly across the street over the bay, or my absolute favorite...The Tiki Bar! This home is setup perfectly for entertainaing and wad a nice getaway staycation for my group of friends and or family. All of the different games and water toys for the kids to play with in the canal was great as we spent majority of the time at the Tiki bar watching the NBA Eastern Conference Semi-Finals and Astros games. Kathy was a great hostess that responded immediately to any questions or issues. I highly recommend this property and will definitely book again in the future!

The family had a great time at the Tikki Breeze home. It is a comfortable place, clean neighborhood, enjoyable, great location, and very large for big families. I will return. The host reply’s back quickly and respectfully when I had questions on anything. Loved the fishing, kayaks, and Tikki Bar down stairs. Thanks for providing a place of comfort away from home.

Tikibreeze had a lot of amenities to keep the whole family busy with the weather being not the best. So all the games,kayaks,corn holes & Tiki bar made it nice during our stay

This property had everything we could have needed for a big family trip. The kitchen is well stocked, there are tons of outdoor games and the kayaks and tiki bar kept us busy at the house. I wish we would have know the pool wasn’t open until Memorial Day before we got the final check in instructions. The description of stores and the house were exact. Beach is directly across the street and easy to access. We would definitely stay again!

We loved the place! We enjoyed the tiki bar and spent most of our time on the patio. The only complaint that I have is the internet service is absolutely horrible and we couldn’t get any of the tv’s to work and the remotes didn’t have working batteries in them. The guys were really upset that they couldn’t watch the football games on the patio tv.

The stay and location was good. The amenities need to be upgraded. There was only one working TV in the living room. The TV in the sunroom upstairs we wasn’t able to plug it in to the wall outlet because the card couldn’t reach so we had to buy an extension cord. Once I was able to get the TV on there wasn’t a remote control. The TV in the Tiki Bar did not work and I was told the TV was streaming via Roku but there was no power cord for the Roku device which was another area we couldn’t watch TV. The one bedroom that had a TV that remote didn’t have batteries. My suggestion is these things should be checked before being rented. They advertise 4 restrooms but there were only 3 and an outdoor shower. With all that said the house was still nice, I just wanted to watch Football on Sunday

We really enjoyed our stay. We comfortably slept 13 people. Parked 5 vehicles (3 trucks and 2 cars). The guys really enjoyed kayaking and the green light fishing. We cooked 3 meals in the kitchen. I would recommend bringing your own big bowls (like for chips or salads) if you plan on eating at the house. The owner is a wonderful and speedy communicator and is quick to answer any questions. She is also very accommodating. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and nice!! We would definitely love to come back again in the future!

Location of property is excellent if you are looking to get away from all of the noise and traffic. Perfect for private family gathering.

Muy bonita la casa nos la pasamos increíble todo estába muy limpio solo hubo un detalle que no nos gustó no había espejos en los cuartos y llevaba chicas adolescentes que se la pasaron molestas porque no podían maquillarse solo hay espejos en los baños y estaban ocupados, estaría bien que pusieran más en otro lado

Two families with 4 boys stayed for 4 nights and we made good use of the great downstairs setup and all the games and toys. We fished and caught lots, kayaked, paddle boarded and enjoyed the comforts of the house and the beach across the street. Kathy was responsive when we reported the green light in the water was out and got it working again for us quickly. 5 stars!

Location was great. Other than than we had several issues. Communication was difficult and we received very delayed responses for check in and sometimes no responses. Place was average on cleaning. Hand rials for the stairs are super dirty. Also the trash was over flowing from last guest and we had to smell trash. Some guest would gag with the smell. Trash was full for almost two days of our visit. Charcoal buckets was full and never emptied. The main reason we got this unit was for the fishing. Every guest we had loves to fish and were super excited for the night time fishing with lights described in the title and description. However lights did not work and a lot of the fishing pole holders were broke. Also one of the chairs on the tiki bar is broke. On a good note it was a great location, plenty of room, tiki bar was very nice and lights added a great vibe for entertaining. Would I come back yes but only if these things were fixed before our next visit.

This was our second time staying at Tiki Breeze. It was just as enjoyable as the last time. Check in was easy and there were some added amenities that we enjoyed. We had an excellent time finishing with the kids and there was plenty of room for the 4 adults and 9 kids. We would definitely recommend this house and look forward to booking another stay in the future.
