The house was perfect with two rooms with two sets of bunk beds for the kids. The kitchen had everything that was needed to cook a large family meal. My favorite thing about this house is all the beach wagons and toys in the garage that we did not have to transport to the property. The property manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The pointe west community is the kindest and cleanest in Galveston. The beach club was fun! We will definitely stay again.

We loved this house! We come to Pointe West every summer and this house was one of our favorites. We loved the balcony/porch off of the kitchen that overlooks the pond and beyond to the ocean. The kids room was huge! The kids loved the bathroom too. Highly recommend! We rented golf carts… so fun to drive to pool, lazy river and the beach. Communication with the owner was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dreamy Beachside! The property is very spacious, beautiful, and had anything you could possibly need for cooking, entertainment or relaxation. The beds were very comfortable. The views were gorgeous! Danielle was very quick to respond with any questions we had. We all agreed we’d love to come back!

Nice-sized home in the heart of Pointe West. Close to dune walkover, beach club, and short jaunt to bayside amenities. Well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, lots of room to spread out. The game room with the pool table was a huge hit with the teens! They had their own space on 2nd and 3rd floors, leaving the downstairs for the rest of the family. Weather too cold to really enjoy the decks, patios, and porches, but they are bound to be a huge gathering space in warmer weather. This home is made for families, well-loved, and it shows.

Beautiful property with a lovely unobstructed view. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, dining table for 10, the large decks and close proximity to the beach. This is a very comfortable home.

First, we were happy with so many things, especially the responsiveness of the owner, Danielle, when I had questions before the trip. She was just lovely and helpful, and that is such a bonus when renting a property. The welcome gift was only our second one in all of our VRBO trips, and it was just perfect, so thoughtful! The house is filled with accessories not always found in rentals. We had multiple throws in the living room - perfect for our little ones who snuggled up to watch movies after a long day at the beach. Plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, etc., for all of our meals through the week. Laundry detergent taken care of, extra toilet paper, paper towels - items not always provided in rentals. There were a few hiccups. In the king bedroom off of the kitchen, there is pretty constant pipe chattering in the sink pipes, loud enough we had to close the door at night so we could sleep. In the upstairs bunkroom bathroom, the shower door was almost impossible to close, and eventually the handle to the door came completely off. We also had an infestation of ants in the upstairs king room that eventually came all the way down the stairs. They got inside bathing suits and clothes that people were only finding once they put them on - pretty painful! Obviously a problem impossible to predict, but might need some pest control. We did take advantage of some of the beach items left in the garage, although several were already broken. The back patio was a nice space for the kids, as was the back yard. The charcoal grill had some issues, according to the cooks - mostly uneven cooking, I think. This is a great house for a big group, lots of stairs, a little crowded at times for our group, but the big table was perfect for meals. The littles loved the bunks on both floors, and created a lot of play time there. This is a well-loved and often-used house, and you will most likely love it, too. .

This house is truly amazing from the moment you drive up, to the moment you leave. When you walk inside the home you immediately feel happiness and right at home. The rooms are decorated so nice, and you have everything you need in the garage to enjoy a day at the beach. My greatest part of the house was the top balcony at night. The stars were breathtaking!!! If you book this place you will be beyond satisfied because not only will you get an amazing home, but you also get an amazing host. Thank you so much Danielle.

We had 7 adults for a long weekend at Blue Paradise, and the property was everything we expected. The furnishings are very nice, the location is great and the owner was very easy to work with. I would stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

one thing about the description is there are 2 king beds and not a queen. there was no bath soap, but we usually bring our own. also no washing powder--the container was empty we left the beach toys cleaner than when we arrived and also the grills were left dirty. previous folks didn't read the ck out list. In this specific home, we had 12 people and everyone fit comfortably!! The amenities for the POA are SO impressive that we will be re-booking in the future!!! We got to send the teenagers down to the pool and rec center to play, while us old ladies sat on the porch sippin' coffee/wine and listening to the Matriarch tell us all the stories her siblings and parents never wanted us to hear! We made so many memories that weekend. The owners (I dealt only with Danielle) are AMAZING!!!!! There were a few VERY MINOR things that were addressed immediately (minor as in "where's the trash bags"- nothing extreme). I have taken MANY MANY a vacation through homes I rented on VRBO, this one TAKES THE CAKE!!! We will be back to Pointe West POA!!! THANK YOU DANIELLE!!!!!!

The house was big enough for all 10 of us The grandkids loved the pool table and playing pool The owners communicate was awesome and very friendly, you have access to a garage with beach umbrellas, beach toys, beach chair, wagon ect. You won’t be able to drive on the beach but it’s a short walk or drive to the walkover Our family rented golf carts to get around during our stay

House was located away from the heart of Galveston so it felt more peaceful. It was a short walk to the beach. House was very well equipped. I would book again.

This was a great house for a 4 day weekend with kids and grandkids. Ages ranged from 2 yrs-63 yrs. There was something for all ages! I especially liked being able to cook a meal in the well equipped kitchen, and then having a dining table big enough for all of our family to sit down and enjoy the meal together. The views were nice and getting to the beach was easy. Nice to have private beach without vehicles. Lots of fun crab hunting at night ! Thanks for a fun time and opportunity to make good memories!

Loved the way all decor is beach themed down to the lamps. The balcony/porch swing was so relaxing. Plenty of games and pool table for added fun! Will definitely stay here again!
