Our 2nd straight year staying with JKRentals! We’ve already decided on the way home we’ll be back for a 3rd. Apartment is perfect. Location is just right. And the owners are great!

The property had all the accommodations we needed, bedding, kitchenware, towels were replenished daily, it was very clean, and any inquiries we had were responded very quickly. I highly recommend for families.

Every year my sisters and sister in law get together for a girl’s weekend. We chose this spot after our weekend last year in Boothbay Harbor. The owners of this property were wonderful and we were able to chat with them a bit during our stay. They were very nice and accommodating. Thank you.

Rental was clean, very comfortable , walking distance to down town and events that were going on. Communication with owner was a text message away once you check in she answered as soon as you sent her a text !! Will rent this location again !!

Our stay with JK Rentals was great! Awesome communication and excellent location. Arcade and amusement park was just a minute or two walk! The rental was clean as a whistle and the checkin process was seamless, we even were able to check in early, which we appreciated! The only thing we were bummed about is having to go to Walgreens down the street to get toilet paper - because we were only left with a half a roll for a 3 night stay. We assumed there would be an extra roll lying around but there wasn't and we didn't want to bother the owners at 8:30 pm. Not a big deal at all, just wanted to point it out. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Very nice clean place, full kitchen, living area, two bedrooms separated by bath. Narrow deck running along whole apartment. Hosts responded quickly and courteously to questions. We would definitely come again.

Perfectly perfect beach cottage!
This place is adorable! Impeccably clean and has everything you need! Karen (the host) was always very quick to respond to the few quick questions I had. Quick walk to the Pier and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great location to the beach and restaurants. It's also a nice drive to light houses in the area. The property is clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. The owners are great too.

This property is in an excellent location in OOB.
I would stay here again. Clean place and wonderful owners. The location is great , 1.5 blocks from the main street of OOB and 3 blocks to the wonderful beach.

On a vraiment aimé!
Tout était bien. À quelques pas de la plage et de toutes les activités! L’endroit était propre! Le seul bémol, et ce n’était vraiment pas grand-chose, c’est qu’il manquait d’accessoires de cuisine; une seule coupe à vin, aucun accessoire pour le homard par exemple...
Mais sinon, nous le recommandons! Nous étions 4 amies avec un enfant de 1 an et demi et nous y retournerions sans hésiter!

Best place to stay with your family in OOB!!!
My family and I have been staying at this property for several years. It is very clean and the owners are exceptionally nice and helpful. Last year my son had locked us out of the bathroom on accident. We called the owners Karen and Janet and they came quicker than I ever anticipated. They had to remove the door knob and install a new one. They laughed about it and was understanding. I would recommend this property for everyone interested in staying in OOB! It is located close to all the entertainment as well as the beach.

Pretty and perfectly located!
Excellent location for walking to all attractions, yet quiet enough at night to sleep. Beds comfy but a bit tight for 4 adults. Great kitchen space and lovely hosts. We will be coming back!!

Gorgeous! Clean and cute!
Karen and Janet were great hosts and the accommodations were immaculate. The place we stayed was very cute and everything was perfectly clean. We especially loved the beach cart that they left for guests to use! Would most certainly stay here again!

Last minute get away!
After having to cancel our 10 day vacation to the Keys we decided to atleast get away for a few days. I came across this adorable cottage rental and booked it!
It was clean, comfortable and convenient. Walking distance to the main road which offered plenty of cute stores, restaurants, bars etc.
Owners were super easy to correspond with and we'd love to rent from them again and would recommend to anyone heading to Old Orchard Beach.

Morgan's Way: What an awesome place to stay.
Upon arrival we found the cute cottage to be very clean and everything was there that we needed. We enjoyed the fact that we were just a 5 minute walk to everything that a family would enjoy doing including the beach, midway and all the cute shops. Karen and Jan were so accommodating and I had the pleasure of meeting Karen. Thank you so much for helping to make our vacation a memorable one. Cannot wait to go back next year.
