This house has been well loved and cared for, and a recent cosmetic update has modernized the look and feel of the house. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, right next to a large park. There was ample space for our family group, and I would recommend the property. After an initial hiccup in communications, everything went smoothly.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! Clean, easily accessible and close to everything you need, yet in a quiet, clean and safe neighborhood!

Clean place, comfortable stay that is close to Niagara Falls. Well equipped kitchen. Sergio was always available with a quick response. We enjoyed our stay.

The host was very responsive, check in check out was a breeze. Instructions were clear. We had a great stay. The property is at an ideal distance from the falls, takes about 10 mins drive. Nice safe neighborhood. Garage doesn't work and if it did couldn't fit a van sized car. Bathrooms and the kitchen don't have an exhaust, kitchen has one but without a fan but who does heavy cooking anyway on a vacation. Overall a great value for money deal.

Our party of 4 adults and 1 toddler had ample space. House is updated and clean. Centrally located between Falls and Wegman’s!

Rental was very clean and roomy with many large windows allowing lots of daylight. The large and comfortable living room enhanced the family experience enabling discussions between family members. Kitchen was well equipped, and all appliances were clean and in good working order. The rental is in neighborhood bordering a golf course and was quiet and very close to Niagara Falls USA and the Rainbow Bridge to Canada. Excellent food shopping is found nearby. Back yard has ampule lawn space for games and contained a Grape Arbor which could hold a large table - in good weather don't miss this dining experience usually only found in European Chateaus with vineyards. The grape arbor which was fully covered with white grapes is very old and in excellent condition. Our VRBO Host Sergio was outstanding making the entire rental process very enjoyable.

My 3 siblings and I rented this house for a sibling reunion. We were all born in Niagara Falls, but live in different parts of the country now. The house was great for us. The 4 bedrooms made it possible for each of us to have our space. The location was convenient to the falls, to Canada, and to Grand Island where we grew up. We would definitely consider renting it again if we go back to the area again.

We enjoyed our visit from 7/15 to 7/21. The rental property was clean and roomy for the 6 of us, youngest turned 17 during our visit. Near Niagara Falls area and points of interest. We didn’t need anything but our host was accessible. The house was very well stocked with all the necessities. Kitchen was roomy and easy to cook in. Family room was roomy for hanging out together. Backyard was nice. Neighbors were friendly. Thank you Sergio for a pleasurable stay.

This is a charming house in a quiet neighborhood. It's near the end of a block that dead-ends at a golf course, so there is little to no traffic. The layout was perfect for our family, with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs, and a bathroom on each floor. The back yard is quite large and is a big plus. We really enjoyed out stay.

Everything was good except the heater was not working and we had to spend two terrible nights (we had the 1st night 93F and 2nd night 38F). A technician came in twice but was not able to fix the issue. And some of the rooms were full of bugs. What most striking was that the property manager couldn't even have words to apologize.

We found the property easily. We felt Sergio kept lines of communication open although we had no need to contact him. Everything was just as described on VRBO - no surprises. The trip to Niagara Falls was easy and quick as was seeing other points of interest in the area.

This house was the most well equipped i have ever rented. We travel a lot and use vrbo. This house by far was the best home away from home. I love to cook and the kitchen was so well equipped. The layout of the house was great as well. Bedrooms were spread out so everyone had their own space but lots of common areas to spend together. The yard was great and the neighbors are so nice. We chatted daily and even got some fresh tomatoes from her garden. Quiet street but so close to all activities. We had a few last minute family member join us but still had plenty of room. Thanks for enabling is to make some amazing family memories we will cherish forever...

We had a great time it is a perfect property,was very clean with a lovely kitchen and all new appliances. The 4 bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, for everyone to spread out and relax, We were a family of 8 and 9 year old kid. No-one had to wait to shower or use the facilities and there was always plenty of hot water, shower gel shampoon plenty clean tower and ...... We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! .This is such an amazing side ,relax ,quiet, nice neighbor, very close to the Niagara Falls, restaurant ,market, We cant wait to come back!
