Apartment was well furnished, comfortable and had several items available that one might forget. Address was easy to find, but we were uncertain if we parked in the right spot and somewhat guessed where to enter. Would consider staying again if the need arose.

The property was easy to get to. Clear instructions on how to access the location. The property was clean and very comfortable (the a/c worked great). We really enjoyed our stay!

Great property and host! Loved all of the amenities & location. April was helpful with giving dining suggestions. This is definitely a five star place, however it is an apartment underneath a home, if that makes a difference for you.

Overall simply great experience. The booking and check in/out process seamless. Actually had no reason to reach out to the property manager. Worked well for two adults who were in town for a couple of days. The view from the deck looking south down the valley made for a nice end to the work day with a beverage. I also appreciated the amenity items fans, extra blanket, comfortable sheets, etc. Would stay here again is back in the area.

This was a fantastic location for my trip to Crater Lake. The property was clean and well maintained.

This was a cozy and very clean “interior “ place to stay. The host had plenty of nice thoughtful touches for guest. It was initially odd knowing we were in someone’s house, lower level, but we barely heard any noise from upstairs! The exterior was a bit messy and unkept, but did not reflect the interior at all, which was extremely clean!

We had a wonderful stay for four nights. The space is tastefully decorated and well appointed. We really enjoyed our time exploring Roseburg and the surrounding area, tasting wine, and enjoying the sun and had a comfortable space to come back and relax. Definite 5 stars

The location is excellent if you want to be close to downtown and close to the wineries. The space is awesome and nicely appointed. I must warn that GPS in the area doesn’t take you to the property. The host is delightful and very helpful. I recommend it!!!

Very clean and temperature was perfect for coming into after a hot day. Loved the waters in the fridge and all of the things to use on the kitchen.

We came from a family reunion that started in Port Orford. Tom and I then traveled to Yachats to play a couple of disc golf courses just north. We then traveled to Roseburg to our VERBO to play Whistlers Bend DGC and Riverfront DGC. We left the 70 degree Oregon Coast to 100 degree Roseburg. Upon entering our lodging, the temperature in our lodging was as cool as the coast. The amenities, privacy and views were the best of all our stays along the way. We absolutely recommend it!

We were just passing through for work and a little pleasure. We really enjoyed our stay at beulaire. It was very clean, and cozy. The view was great. We sat outside on a bench swing with a glass of wine overlooking Roseburg. Thanks for sharing your house.

Enjoyed the outstanding back yard. Attention to detail was spot on. Very clean and spotless. Decor was very nice. Left snacks and water for us and toiletries. Only draw back was getting to the excess to the entrance. Packing a suitcase up and down a small hill not easy for a senior.

My son and I had an amazing time in Roseburg. The apartment was perfect and very clean. We enjoyed the backyard and deck very much. The night view of downtown Roseburg was beautiful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We were under the impression that it was a single dwelling. Other than a very limited supply of hand towels, wash cloths, etc and adding a few more kitchen items such as a measuring cup for cooking, I thought it was very affordable for what was offered. The bathroom sink appears to not drain very well and should be addressed for future guests.

We enjoyed our stay with April very much. It was perfect for our house hunting trip to Oregon. The central location worked great to get everywhere. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. Every little detail was thought of including extra toiletries and snacks. I highly recommend this listing.

The property is on a hill with spectacular views. The space was very clean and easy to access. Both bedrooms were very nice and there was plenty of space to work and relax. The kitchen worked well and most of the pots and pans needed were provided. The backyard was spacious and well-kept and it was a sweet spot to take in the view. Messages with the host were easy and received prompt reply. The location was also near to downtown and it was a great place to range out from. Overall, it was a great space to be in and the host was very cordial.

We cannot say enough fantastic things about our vacation where we stayed in Roseburg. The space is absolutely spotless and clean, the bed was oh-so comfortable, the shower pressure and heat was amazing. We also loved every touch of interior design details within the home that made us feel relaxed and comfortable. The kitchen had exactly what we needed so that way we could enjoy our meals while soaking up the gorgeous view from the deck. April was incredibly responsive if we ever had a question - it was an absolute treat to stay here and we look forward to booking her place again for our next trip!
