Outstanding property. We stayed 4 nights. Place was perfect location. Walked to local restaurants. 15 minute walk to Riverwalk. 5 minute walk to some great local restaurants. Highly Recommend Rosario's! Great AC in house. Appliances all top quality.

We had a lovely stay here! It was great to be able to walk to Riverwalk and downtown. The house was comfortable and decorated in a charming way, had a well- equipped kitchen. And the pool was perfect for hot afternoons.

We had a great time on our stay in San Antonio. The Southtown area is a super convenient spot and an easy walk up to the Riverwalk area. It also offers plenty of great restaurant options just a few blocks away. The backyard area and pool were great for just sitting around and relaxing. The home itself was represented very accurately on line and fit our needs perfectly.

This home was very beautiful, updated, and perfectly fit our family’s needs. It was affordable and the owners were so kind and very responsive! We traveled from Alabama to San Antonio for a tournament, but we were also able to relax a few of those days. To me, I enjoyed the home as much as the trip itself! We were able to walk to many locations that we visited. Our kids loved the pool! The outdoor area is very relaxing. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this home!

This is definitely worth five stars! Lori and Christopher, super responsive and gave us great service. We had everything we needed! The kitchen was well stocked, as was the entire house. This rental met all of our expectations, and then some! Communication with Lori was very fast and helpful before and during our stay. The little splash pool worked out great as an oversized Jacuzzi dip every evening and the ambience of the hanging lights was very cool as well.comfortable bed, fairly well stocked kitchen, and excellent internet. Well within walking distance to the Riverwalk and Cycling. Great restaurants within a block. Just rent it and stop looking.

We absolutely loved our stay in this property. The house is exactly as pictured and described. The location is amazing. We could easily walk to many interesting sites, parks, and fantastic restaurants. A bike tour with Cycling San Antonio showed us exactly how amazing the location was as we learned all about the surrounding areas. Even our Uber drivers told us about more restaurants we could walk to. The house supplied everything that we needed to cook and stay there, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Close to most things to see within walking distance. Kids loved the pool. The king size bed was very comfortable, the double bunk bed not so much. Kitchen well stocked. Neighborhood a little sketchy but looks like some properties are being upgraded. Happy with our stay overall.

Very homely and comfortable! Wonderfully accommodating for our group of 9. Location is just far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to downtown attractions to not keep you in the car for long! Communication with the owners is very easy! We enjoyed a 3 night friends reunion in this adorable home! Location was perfect for walking to coffee shops and great restaurants, and the proximity to the river walk is nice

comfortable house in a great location
This house is almost exactly one mile from the Alamo, which is the center of lots of the tourist stuff you want in San Antonio. There are also lots of restaurants (pizza, Mexican, etc.) within easy walking distance. (even walking in 100 degree heat!) There's a grocery store a couple of minutes' drive away and the neighborhood itself is friendly and original. The backyard setup with grill, lounge chairs, and (small) pool was SO relaxing! I LOVE the location and neighborhood especially.
The house was spread out well for our family of 6 without feeling like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was modern and neat with a big deep sink; excellent for cooking.

Family celebration
This wonderful house perfectly met ALL of our needs. The weather ended up being a bit harsh for TX during our stay. We had to cancel some of our plans, but we enjoyed staying in and took advantage of the games, media options and the comfort of this house. The surrounding neighborhood has GREAT food options to enjoy.

Wonderful, quaint and charming bungalow!! We loved it here…close to everything and the perfect size and space for our family to spend Christmas together. Check in and out process easy and we found the place exactly as described. Hope to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful home walking distance to convention center
This place is a gem, we truly loved the cleaniliness, and amenities of this home. We were in town for a conference and were tired of paying way too much for a tired hotel room on the waterway. This home is walking distance to the convention center with restauarants literally around the corner. I will definitely stay here in the future for conferences in San Antonio!

This lovely house could not be more perfect!! Extremely well-equipped; kitchen to die for, beautiful, modern bathrooms, smart TV, Alexa, and a lovely swimming pool. There is a nice gas grill with gas in the propane tank! Just perfect. And immaculately clean! In a superb location a quick walk to La Villita and the Riverwalk. It was a perfect vacation for we women! I noticed lots of safety precautions that will be great for families with children.

Great location for my training
Each yr, I attend training at a riverwalk hotel. I hate staying there so I look for other cool spots. Lavaca casa is the place to stay. So convenient to everything you need, yummy restaurants & bars close by in a fun eclectic neighborhood. The house is decorated very cute with all amenities you’ll need. A cute little pool is a fun plus. I would definitely recommend Lavaca casa & we hope to visit again
