The apartment was great and just as advertised. Things were spotless upon checking in and having 3-levels allowed for separation of living and sleeping areas. Location was convenient to downtown and centrally located. Would definitely stay again.

The place is very nice. The owners keep in touch and suggest places to eat and to go. During the day the neighborhood is a really nice place to explore. At night, there is a lot of loud street racing and a couple of dance clubs that really thump the walls..

We had a great time in Utah, this condo was 30 minutes from Park City Ski resort. Full kitchen, nice beds, and laundry! We even brought our cat. We will stay here again..

The location was great - not too far from downtown or the airport. The rental was stocked with everything you could imagine! Loved being able to park in a secure garage. The only downside was that there were a lot of stairs that are difficult for older people. Also the huge plant in the living room was in the way of the TV but we just maneuvered it so it was mostly out of the way.

The home is clean, well equipped, and a close walk to restaurants and shops. The garage parking is definitely a plus. We enjoyed the small outside balcony in the mornings before we started the day.

Enjoyed our stay here. Location to downtown SLC was super convenient. Close to coffee shops, eateries, and easy to come and go from the condo.
Condo is as advertised. Not the fanciest of places, but nice enough for a weekend stay. Garage was tight and unit is 3 stories (aka lots of stairs). Clean and well organized.
Good for the money. I'd personally go for a larger master bedroom/bathroom if I were with my partner and especially for a longer stay. Great for how we traveled (1 adult, 2 teenagers).

We absolutely loved this space in the heart of downtown SLC. It was central for us as far as location and close to freeway on and off ramps. At this time… there is road construction. It was not at all inconvenient as far as getting anywhere driving or walking, but it was noisy. Plus the regular city street noise. We highly suggest ear plugs but don’t let it deter you from staying here. It was clean and well appointed… perfect fir two visiting the area. There are two identical bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and queen size beds… very comfortable. We did call our host when we first arrived as we had trouble opening the garage… most likely user error… and he was able to open remotely. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Great centralized location, short drive to anywhere you would want to go. Very clean and comfortable place as well. The host is very responsive and helpful which was great as this was our first time in Salt Lake City and they sent a bunch of recommendations for stuff to do around the city. Would definitely stay here again

My friend and I were in town for the Kilby Block Fest and just needed a place to stay for evenings after our daytime activities. The condo was very clean and had just about everything we needed (except for scissors in the kitchen to cut off our wrist bands). The location is was perfect for us! Close to restaurants and the festival location. The only complaint we had was construction and traffic noise during the night, but the fans in the bedroom helped drown it out until we fell asleep. Loved the fans! All in all, great stay. Would stay here again!

Great spot, centrally located about 30 minutes to the major mountains and canyons. Plenty of restaurants and a brewery just down the street. The set up was ideal for skiing, the downstairs has plenty of space to put all your gear and a washer and dryer. having a garage was an added bonus for sure. Good layout with everything you need beds were comfortable too. Would definitely stay again!

Mother/Daughter Visit
Great location. Very nice to have a garage, but we’re super glad we had a pretty small rental car to fit in the garage. Everything was very clean. Nice modern decor.

Less than impressed
Filthy kitchen and bathroom floors, dirty bed sheets, blood on the bathroom wall. Many homeless people hanging around the building begging for money. Did not feel safe in the neighborhood at all. Not a pleasant experience

SLC Getaway
Wonderful downtown SLC experience. We loved the proximity of this home to places like City Creek mall and Temple square. Check in was seamless and the unit was very clean.

A Motorcycle club, which has been there for a very long time, lives on the same street that are very noisy at night. On top of the major street off the other bedroom where there is street racing going on all night. Also, you are right next door to a gas station/liquor store where the homeless are drunk 3am fighting with each other. At check out the owners made additional charges to the renter which was not accurate. Said I stained their duvet cover and there was dog hair which I paid a dog fee upfront to have my dog stay with me. Took advantage of me for additional charges. Not worth the late night noise and the additional charges at check out but the house was decorated beautifully.

Girls Trip
This property is extremely clean and fully stocked with good quality soaps, paper goods, and lots of blankets! GREAT SHOWERS!! It is on a noisy street with loud cars when trying to sleep, but is quick access to anywhere in the city! Easy to check in and out too! And the living room couch couldn't be comfier!

Bad experience
When we got to the property it was already rented to somebody else.
The told us that they could offer us another property but only for one night and we were suppose to stay 3 nights. We were not agree because we had important appointments the next day and we couldn't be moving places. the owner or manager agreed to return the money but did not cancel and the web page did not allow us to do so. We had to go to a hotel and spent two days trying to contact VRBO to solve the problem and get our money back.

Clean and cute place
Loved the place. Cute and very clean. But…..Very loud neighborhood. Right next door to a very busy gas station. People on the street of all hours in the day…esp late evening and early morning. Had to sleep with loud white noise playing to drown out the chatter and music from outside. Other than that it’s great!

Perfect girls trip location
I loved how clean and simple the home is. It was a perfect location to do all the things. BONUS: Roku remote for a perfect girls night in! We could not have been in a better place! Check out procedures were so easy and the directions to check in and out were very clear and thorough.

Condo Just Like Photo
Check in was easy. Kitchen is well stocked. Lots of fun restaurants in the area. Communication with with owner was a bit slow. Condo is on a busy street. On Saturday there was a great deal of street racing so sleep was difficult to come by. Garage is very small so be careful if you have an SUV. Would stay again if it were not for the noise.

Clean and Updated Condo
Centrally located Condo near 9th and 9th, Liberty Park, and downtown. Garage was great though this would not fit a large SUV or truck. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. And for a hot summer visit, the AC kept the condo extremely cool and comfortable. A superb location to explore all parts of SLC. Would stay here again.

Central Salt Lake City Townhouse.
We stayed for three nights while helping our grandson move. We were so happy to find a place so clean that allowed pets. Our outside hunting dog was happy each night in her kennel in the garage. The place was comfortable and almost new. Really appreciated the new appliances, especially the coffee bean grinder. All the kitchen pots, pans, dishes and glassware appear new. Glad for the pizza cutter and cheese grater as we used them. Hope it is available for our next visit.

Spring Break Ski Trip
This was our first trip to Ski Utah a d we were looking to stay central in SLC and drive to the resorts. This was a perfect location. It was close to restaurants, coffee shops and downtown. The townhouse was perfect for our family of four. Thank you!!

Overnight trip to Salt Lake
We wanted a place that was within walking distance to good food, parks and downtown. This place was clean, quiet, and super convenient. Gotta check out Chip Cookie for the cookies 300 feet away from the front door.

Great Home Base for Adventuring
We rented this place for our ski vacation and it was just what we were looking for. The neighborhood is a little colorful and there's a lot of road noise from the street facing bedroom but all things considered I'd be happy to rent this place again.
