We just stared at the water all week from the comfort of both patios. This may have been my favorite trip to the beach ever and I’m not sure I actually stepped on the sand.

We had a great family vacation in n Carlsbad. We had plenty of room for our family of four. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our four night stay. We hope to visit again!

Our stay here was excellent. The ocean view is spectacular and the home is very well taken care of with wonderful furnishings. We of course did not want to leave!

Really enjoyed the condo and beach access! Kitchen and baths were well supplied. Amazing views and comfy beds. Loved the downstairs couch. Overall, a very nice stay! A few items: night light needed replacing downstairs. Upstairs bed needed to be cleaned as well as front windows. Plumbing issue next door, north. (We are local Carlsbad folks that are owners too, so we thought you would like to know... ) Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This house is exactly as pictured. The unobstructed views of the beach are absolutely worth the price. Property manager was quick to respond to questions. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will for sure be back.

This property was a great place to spend a staycation weekend (we are from san diego). The place was just as advertised and had everything we needed. It was really cute and being right on the beach and so close to restaurants meant we didn't have to drive anywhere! We knew there was no A/C and although it was a very hot weekend we all were totally fine with the fans. The view and ocean air was wonderful. The only thing I could nitpick is the downstairs bedroom was a little cave-like because very little light comes in through the window. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great but the neighbors above us played loud music quite late at night. Everything else was perfect

This is a fabulous location in Carlsbad. Being on the beach with easy access to the ocean is a true benefit. Our family of 5 just spent our second summer in a row here and we are already planning for next summer. We love playing games in the upstairs living room with the door open and the sounds of the waves. We highly recommend this location and unit.

We had an incredible time at this beautiful property within walking distance to downtown Carlsbad (many restaurants) and it is right on the beach. Highly recommend staying here!!

Nice and clean. Amazing views. Directly on an a great beach. Great value for the price.

The unit was clean and well appointed. The location is great. The unit has living room spaces upstairs and downstairs with views onto the beach. We did not notice any noise from the other units. The unit had beach chairs, boogie boards and a spike ball game to take out to the beach. There is also a beach volleyball court right next to the complex. Carlsbad is very walkable and this unit is about a 1.5 blocks to Village Faire and about 2.5 blocks to the Carlsbad Village Coaster station. Our last few trips to Carlsbad we have taken the Coaster to/from San Diego and not bothered renting a car. Highly recommend this unit.

Good experience

This was an amazing home! Beautiful inside, lots of beach gear and toys for the family! The view is stunning, we even saw 2 whales swim by! The beach is just steps away. Home was very comfortable and had everything we needed! We would definitely stay again!!

The property was great and the process was easy. It was the second time staying there and we’ll likely book this location again.

This is a wonderful arrangement for a family of 5 and is ideally situated in Carlsbad. We never drove our car our entire stay. The beach front property is fabulous and loved sitting on the upstairs patio. Our family recommends this to anyone wanting a stupendous vacation in Carlsbad!

Our stay was amazing! The condo was perfect and is right on the beach. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, beach games and more for us to use. We couldn’t have asked for a better condo for our vacation. We accidentally left our IPad behind and they found it and are shipping it to us. Thank you!!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation! Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for anything better!

This property is perfection! My family of five stayed here while visiting family and we loved everything about this house! You can't find a better location than this, and the house was amazing! It was stocked with everything we needed to cook some meals and was close to lots of places to eat as well. The house has anything you could possibly want for a fun beach day! While we were there we contacted the management company about additional parking and extending our stay to late check out because we loved the location so much. Every time we contacted the management company they responded promptly and were very helpful! We loved this location and would happily stay here again. We would also stay with any of the other properties managed by this group.

If you know about Carlsbad Village, then you know how special the area is...it has some of the yummiest restaurants and nicest beaches within walking distance. It's a perfect area for families and those who just want to relax. This property has an amazing location..second to none in the area. Sitting at the end of the main street, you are within a 10-minute walk of most restaurants and shops and you are literally feet away from the beach (no need to cross a street or even a sidewalk...it's right on the beach). The gated access to the beach from the property provides some safety from other beach goers. The outside shower and foot bath minimize the bringing in of sand. The two levels of the property, each with a full bath, bedroom and fridge, allow a convenient separation of parties. The property included a few conveniences that were a bit worn from use (like beach items) and all but the main TV were small...but everything was great. The decor wasn't beachy but it was islandy and fun. There isn't heat or AC but the fans and open windows were enough for our visit. The bathrooms and kitchen were in great shape. Check-in and arrival were simple and the property management team was responsive. If we have the opportunity to return to Carlsbad, this property will top our wish list...if for nothing else than being so close to the village, the beach, and having amazing sunset views.

It was a great stay! This is right next to Carlsbad Village. Literal steps to restaurants, bars, a winery, brewery, and shops. The listing photos don’t do it justice. It’s gorgeous with TWO oceanfront porches, directly on the sand, and beautiful furnishings. Lots of towels, beach games, and a wine fridge too! We saw dolphins right as we walked in! Even my niece, who hates beaches, had a great time! Book it!!

A perfect stay in a perfect condo. The location is just incredible...beachfront with amazing sunsets every night. Close to every kind of dining imaginable. Comfortable condo packed with amenities for sun and fun. We loved walking the beach in the mornings, looking for rocks and beach glass. It's an easy walk to the village for coffee, treats, and delicious food. After spending the day on the beach, with the great chairs and toys from the condo, we relaxed in the beautiful space and played games as a family. We dream of retuning someday.

As I reviewed back in May, 2020....our stay was all that and then some. I love the ocean and having it right there, along w/ having direct access to the beach was a dream come true. The house was clean and well equipped. We stayed there for my 50th birthday, back in May. It was the special gift my husband gave me and so great to get to come back 9 months later. An unforgettable experience...
