Location very close to city centre. Ideal for being close to concert at stadium. Check in team very friendly.

We were told we had extended checkout until 1pm due to complications, (called ahead to use facilities which weren’t available) we were still woken up by housekeeping early on despite this. People talking loud outside the hotel room on telephones, no consideration for other guests even when asked to move.

Location is central Cardiff. The hotel and room were clean and the staff were friendly. Check in was efficient. Comfortable air conditioning in room with a comfy bed and delicious hot chocolate available in reception.

Room was tiny especially for a double. Hardly any room to move around or to put things down. Did the job for our requirements for a one night stay but any longer would have been too long. Would still stay there again but only if no other affordable options were available in central Cardiff e.g. on the day of a concert in the stadium.

The bed was comfortable but too small for a couple (we are both quite small) . Bathroom was fine. Everything was clean

2 towels in room for 3 guests (even if you're a couple, who actually wants to use a damp towel after someone else?!) Yes, I was able to get an extra one from reception but please do not claim it is your policy to only supply 2 for a triple room because of reducing your carbon footprint because most, if not all guests, will want their own towel. Oh, and a hand towel or 2 could be good too! 2 hangers in room so couldn't even hang a jacket each No free standing furniture like a table(!), drawers, shelves, cupboard. Literally nowhere to put clothing! No hooks anywhere which would've helped. Only cubby hole areas in headboard and "wardrobe" type thing recessed into the wall. No tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. Sorry, but this is STANDARD even in budget hotels. Disgusting to expect guests to wake up, dress and go to reception and get tea to take back to bed (and get charged £2 for?! Seriously not ok)

Comfy beds

They would charge an infant as a full adult so basically their bed would just be empty but paid for. I forgot a bag but they won’t even talk to me, I had to send a friend over to the hotel to talk to them.

Very Central and convenient.

No sign in the front showing reception also where to park your car for few minutes to pick up a key or drop off your hand carry luggage unless, I missed an info.

Staff were all lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Coffee machine was great quality. Very clean, great location and very good value for money.

We didn’t have a small/hand towel for drying our hands. Extra pillows in the room would’ve been good but I’m sure they would’ve been provided if requested! A bin in the main bedroom space would be useful.

Just that it was close to city centre

There were marks on the bed, hairs on the sink and lots of bits over the floor. There were toothpaste marks on the mirror and loads of dust on the bed frame. Also I requested a double bed and the bed was not much bigger than a single.

Perfectly adequate for a short stay and only a 5-10mins walk from the centre of Cardiff No frills and somewhat compact, but clean, quiet and all you really need if you're travelling light and need a room for a night or two.

No onsite parking, but apparently there is a discounted rate for the nearest NCP.

Spacious, the toiletries in the bathroom were nice, and the staff were great too! It is very convenient for the Queen Street Station and all the shops! A huge mirror in the room with great lighting was great for putting on make-up.

Mattress on the bed was too soft for me, the bed was really low, the bedding was a little dirty.

The EasyHotel, 2-3km from Cardiff train station, is walking distance from Cardiff city centre, though certain routes there are poorly lit after dark. Reception is bright, with friendly and helpful staff. I had a budget double room, which was clean with comfortable bed + duvet, though little added space; no bedside table, desk or seat. Coat hangers were provided and a wall- mounted TV. Well appointed, bijoux-sized bathroom. I paid an added £2 to have a room WITH a window. Eco- friendly door key-cards.

There is limited space in the room, but this is budget accommodation and these limitations are reflected in the price.

The staff was always pleasant and professional also Nicola was extremely helpful

Taxi found it difficult to stop outside as double yellow lines. Staff were not present at desk on departure. Room card did not work at first on door to corridor. Nowhere to put anything down in the room, no tables etc.

Tutto perfetto, stanza pulita, silenziosa e funzionale. Staff accogliente e gentile, mi hanno offerto una stanza con finestra pur avendone prenotata una priva di finestre. Eccezionale rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Niente di particolare

Buen hotel ubicado relativamente cerca del centro, fácil acceso a las habitaciones. Personal bastante amable. Habitaciones cómodas con camas cómodas. Internet adecuado. Baño suficientemente amplio y cómodo. Para quién va en coche ofrecen un descuento en un garaje relativamente cerca a 11 Libras 24 horas.

No desk in room to do a little laptop work

I stayed in your hotel 14/12/23-15/12/23. My room (102) was dirty (see attached images) and the other room on the booking (314) was incorrect and left my mother to change rooms (on her birthday!) at approximately 23:30.

Budget accommodation, bed and bathroom, very clean and comfortable , checking in.and out a breeze , friendly staff , 10 min walk to centre of Cardiff, used Bolt app for taxi
