We are a family of 4 who were in town for a concert at Nissan Stadium. The location is great. The condo was big enough for all of us. The place was very clean, and Traci was amazing to work with! We would definitely stay again!

Check in was so easy. The hose was so clean, parking was easy and covered. Walking distance from so many places and just far enough from broadway to walk or Uber/lyft and still see so many places! 1000% recommend!

Tracy was very prompt in replying to request to get the code to enter the unit. Washer/dryer not in unit but elsewhere so we did not use. Great location, but a lot of construction. Unit was very comfortable for 2 since only 1 bathroom>. Nicely decorated and spotless!

Great stay! My husband and I stayed with two of our teenage sons. Walk wasn't bad and the boys really enjoyed using the scooters that could be found everywhere. The beds were really comfortable. We also appreciated the little coffee station.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a very cute condo and extremely clean. We Ubered to Broadway every night and then we walked to 20 minute walk back every night. Didn’t have any problems.

The condo was cozy and decorated beautifully. Perfect for my husband and I. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the river sipping on our morning coffee watching the barges float by. The walk to Broadway was a bit longer than anticipated but we did it every day! We loved all the honky tonks. Bands incredible! We took in the Parthenon and it was incredible. Traci was a wonderful host, answering any questions we had prior to our stay. Thanks Traci for sharing your piece of paradise. 🙂

Great place that is close to Downtown fun and a lot of hidden gems in the neighborhood. Check out 312 pizza, the Neighbers Bar and Grill, and the couple of breweries within walking distance.

The location of the condo was perfect for quick access to downtown and Ubers were cheap because of it! Was perfect for a small group of 4-5. Very cute, well decorated, and a great location.

Convenient. Nice walk to Broadway and to farmers market, although would Uber at night. Apartment is clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Perfect size for 4 of us. Would stay again!

This property was great! The location, view and atmosphere we're everything! Perfect for a girls trip. Traci was an amazing host. Our flight was cancled due to the weather and she work with us to credit our night stay. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment was as described with many added features to give you that Nashville hometown vibe. So close to downtown Nashville, yet nestled away along the river to enjoy watching the tugboats with a morning coffee.

This was the perfect little place for a weekend girls trip celebrating my mom’s 60th birthday! The condo is beautifully decorated and has an amazing view of the river. Was stocked with necessities and even some extras! A 15 minute walk to Broadway. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. ☺️

We had a terrific stay at this property. The Riverfront condos are in a perfect location close to Broadway but also in a nice quiet neighborhood. The view of the river can’t be beat. Modern and clean, we will definitely book here again. And the bed was super comfy.

This was a great location, little too far of a walk for us but we seen plenty of people walking to Broadway from the building.
Place was clean, fun decor, and was exactly as described.
One recommendation would be less fragrant laundry detergent/softener.. probably most people like that, but some of us have sensitivity to those perfumes. I was pretty itchy the whole time. It smelled great, but my body reacts to it, and maybe others do also.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend and absolutely loved it. The place had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Plus it was within walking distance to where we wanted to be. Highly recommend.

Nicely decorated. Nice view of River. It was nice to get up and be in a quiet location compared to the hustle and bustle of Broadway street. Fan was available in the bedroom, plenty of towels, keurig w/coffee. Pull out sofa coach had a memory top for comfort!!
Sitting deck was nice. Door was hard to close. Either I’m a whimp or it may need “tweaking” so it slides easier.
Easy/safe walk during the day but I suggest a Uber at night.

A weekend get away for a birthday celebration with my wife. Close enough to all the action, but far enough away to avoid the chaos of Broadway! The perfect combo!
