The place is ok, its at the right place but the following needs improvement:
1. The bedroom smell is really not ok, please keep windows open when people leave
2. The kettle had an experiment done in it and it was past its expiration date - slimmy thing
3. The entering and exiting of the place is controlled by one person and waiting at the gate is not working and i wanna come and go as i want not feeling like i need permission
4. Bathrooms need some sticky-removal agent

OMG Mom Musa was amazing, she was helpful and friendly n really made sure i was comfortable, she would come check up on me from time to time just to c if i needed anything or if i was ok, she also made sure to show me when everything is situated in the kitchen, lol she was sad to c i bought papa cooking n salt fr myself among ther things and she told me i could have used the ones in the kitchen,
Definitely going back because of her💗
It was disappointing to find the pool dirty on the day of my arrival
But Mom Musa cleaned it n checked on it the hole night making sure that the following day it was nice n clean🫶🏾
Oh n other thing i didn't like but i understood was that my bed "Mattress" was covered in plastic, i couldn't sleep it was very uncomfortable because i turn like 10times at night n I'm a very light sleeper so u can imagine the hours i spent up😵💫

the property was clean and ready for my arrival. staff were friendly. if felt like being home away from home. quiet place to have a peaceful sleep away from heavy traffic in the city.

No breakfast but the facility has a spotless kitchen with all items to use
The opening in and out is a bit of an issue. only one remote so you need to wait at the gate BUT not for long.
Minor issue that can be resolved with a code to open as remotes also can disappear

The staff was polite and handy : Anna warmly welcomed us and Musa took great care of us throughout our stay.
The self catering kitchen was disappointing.

The caretaker that opened for us was very nice even though she invaded my sister's privacy.
1. There is only one remote. You have to request to be opened every time you leave.
2. House is not soundproof, the caretaker is on the phone on the loudspeaker all day.
3. Parties that end at 10 pm. There was a party that ended at 10pm which we were only told about in the morning. the music was loud, basically part of the party.
4. the male caretaker did not ask for permission to enter our room to fix the decoder. the man just entered and when questioned he answered that he didn't see us and continued instead of apologising and asking for permission.
5. the toilet leaks.

The ladies were very helpful and friendly
I initially booked to go to Sena guesthouse and was moved to Alu guesthouse with no communication.
Other than that hiccups, the ladies are the best

We really appreciate the friendliness and care given us by our host Moosa. She made us feel at home.
We didn't like that we had to leave so soon. We would have loved to stay longer, but we had to move on with our trip.

What a pleasant stay....thank you for the warm welcome and great hospitality definitely value for money. The staff was amazing, my girls and I felt at home. #A home away from home.
The place could do with new beds....A for effort in making them comfortable, but new ones wont hurt.
