Alles sehr gut, lediglich der für uns (Deutsche Urlauber) unglaubliche Umgang mit Plastik und dem ganzen Plastik Müll, war jeden Morgen schon etwas ungewohnt. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr umfangreich und wirklich mehr als ausreichend! Die Hoteleinrichtungen und Kaffeeangebot war gut, der Poolbereich war Super und sehr sauber. Toller Handtuchservice! Preis für Parken war auch OK, denke es waren 5 - 10 $ ....Das Zimmer war fantastisch und großzügig. Postitiv, fiel auf , dass dort als einziges Hotel auf unserer Reise auch Porzellan Geschirr und richtige Metallbestecke angeboten wurden !!!SEHR NACHHALTIG. DANKE

Petit déjeuner sympa avec choix varié, il y a de tout … Chambre spacieuse, le plus c’est vraiment le frigo car chaleur +++ cela fait du bien d’avoir des boissons fraîches à longueur de journée, sans forcément payer un supplément Chambres à 2 lits confortables Machine à glaçons dans le couloir Personnel sympa et à l’écoute On a pu garder la chambre jusqu’à 13 heures, et ensuite bénéficier de la bagagerie et de la piscine extérieure Piscine ouverte jusqu’à 23 heures ce qui laisse le temps après une journée d’aller se baigner, vu la chaleur

Navette normalement gratuite pour aller à Disney, sauf que le matin, impossible de se connecter, afin d’en bénéficier. Dommage. Du coup, à une demi-heure d’Universal Studios et 20 min du coup avec la circulation c’est un peu compliqué, il faut partir un peu plus tôt pour être à l’heure, hôtel, un peu excentré quand même. Cela vous coûtera 20 / 25 dollars par aller Au départ nous étions dans une chambre au deuxième étage, à côté de la climatisation extérieure. Un bruit de fou furieux, on a été replacé au sixième, ce qui était quand même beaucoup mieux. PS, merci à Love d’avoir été au petit soin avec nous !

The rooms are of a great size, extremely clean and the beds very comfortable.

There was no full length mirror and there was no safe which meant we took our passports and jewellery out with us every day.

Deveria ter um box ou a parte de vidro ser maior, molhou muito o banheiro. Fiquei 14 noites e tive que pedir 2x p/ limparem o apto de uma forma mais completa (aspirar o carpete e trocar o jogo de cama) pq elas só arrumam as camas e tiram o lixo qdo vc pede. Ai percebi q se não pedisse uma limpeza melhor, não teria. Os funcionários do café da manhã são ótimos, mas da recepção nada simpáticos, além disso filas p/ ser atendido na recepção , uma única pessoa na recepção independente do dia e do horário. Qdo o assunto precisava ser resolvido lá, já sabia q teria q esperar! Café da manhã bom já que na região é difícil encontrar café incluso, tinha frutas básicas banana, maçã e melão, achocolatado, café, leite, pães (bagels, muffins) cream cheese, pasta de amendoim, mingau de aveia, cereais, waffle do mickey e suas Caldas

Waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal hier. wir nutzen es um vor unserem Heimflug noch zwei oder drei Nächte zu entspannen Es ist ruhig , Frühstück sehr gut, essen und trinken ist fußläufig erreichbar, die Zimmer sind groß und die Poolanlage ist ebenfalls schön und alles ist sehr gepflegt

Très calme la nuit, la situation géographique très proche des Parcs Disney, le petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix, le Target à proximité pour faire ses courses, la machine à laver et séchoir de l’hôtel, la kitchenette et la taille de la chambre, la « vraie » piscine….

Nous avons été prélevés par erreur 2 fois du montant total de la facture (1 fois par Booking à la réservation en mars et 1 fois par l’hôtel sur place), sans prévenir, ce qui nous a mis dans le rouge à la banque…tout ça sans excuses de l’hôtel et avec la réceptionniste qui, clairement, n’en avait rien à faire et a eu un comportement très en dessous des standards 🤬😡. Sinon, il n’y pas de recyclage dans l’hôtel, ce qui est quand même très dommage en 2024.

The air conditioning was loud in the room and would wake me every time it turned back on - unfortunately there was no way to make the fan run continuously.

There is no fence that divides the lake from the park opening crocodiles

The hotel was brand new and spotless! The suites were spacious and extremely well appointed! We were visiting family, but its proximity to the Disney Parks would be a huge bonus in the future! We did go to Disney Springs for dinner and it was easy and quick! An added bonus is all the dining options and a Target in walking distance.

Honestly, everything was excellent! The only even slight bummer was the pool was so heavily chlorinated that our eyes were burning after a few hours of swimming. But I guess that's the tradeoff for a "family friendly" stay! The other thing for families to be aware of is our room didn't have a bathtub. Not a big deal for us since our son is bigger but for a family with tiny tots that might be a challenge.

The breakfast was decent! I’m not a buffet person, but this was well stocked and clean.

The shower was a little weird, because it didn’t have a door!

Location was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating for allergen information at Breakfast.

Breakfast was not so good. Egg tasted like rubber.

The room was really spacious and quiet, with the great kitchen and living room nicely separated from the bedroom and bathroom. I think the format and size would work really well for a couple or a solo traveler. The staff were also really friendly and helpful!

The complimentary breakfast was fine, with a selection of hot food, breads, and cereals, with plenty of space to sit too! My only complaint would be: if you have metal knives and spoons available, please don't give us plastic forks!

The property was clean.

The lights in the room won’t turn on if the master light by the door isn’t on. So if you have to go to the bathroom you have to turn on all the lights then go to the bathroom, turn on that light too. It’s crazy and wakes everyone up.
