We felt as if we were at our own private mini resort! Great communication with property owner. Several beaches nearby, restaurants, shopping and plenty of fishing&snorkeling spots.

Wonderful location and excellent property. We had a few issues, boat lift broken, pool pump broke, it's a 3 mile plus walk to the beach, but... we would stay here again. Great place and lots of fun. All sorts of sea creatures come by too.

The house was perfect. Just as described. We loved the location-close to just about everything. Loved the screened in porch for wonderful evening cocktails. We used the pool everyday! It was awesome in the Florida sun. Also enjoyed the dock-we were very lucky to see a manatee swimming in the canal. Frank-the property manager/owner-was very easy to talk to. He checked in on us several times-very nice. All and all a wonderful stay! I would recommend this house! 5 stars!

The house had everything we needed for our two week stay. The owner was extremely accommodating when we needed some extra kitchen items for thanksgiving and had them shipped to us! We would definitely recommend to others!

House and location were perfect for our family’s get away. Very easy access to the ocean and gulf for fishing or cruising . All the amenities were just as described and in great working order. Will definitely go back. Frank was very easy to get ahold of pool issue when called. Thanks

Location was so convenient to the Atlantic Ocean by boat and the grocery store by car. There was a great area to wash the boat and clean the fish. There was plenty of space for everyone! The pool came in handy for the little one! The neighborhood is nice and quiet! Frank was very accommodating and so nice for checking in with us at the beginning and end of our trip! He will do what it takes for his customer’s trip to be wonderful! I would book this house again!

My husband and I were looking for a nice place to relax and we found it.. This property is in a great, and friendly neighborhood. The house was very spacious and nicely decorated, it had a screened-in balcony with very comfortable seating for our morning coffee and would overlook the deck and your own private pool with jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our time here and would defenitley stay again.

Only 5 minute canal ride out to Sombero Beach Canal via boat. A Florida Keys vacation is something everyone should experience!

The property had everything we needed to be able to go offshore, in the bay or the beach in a moments time. Long dock kept the teens busy catching snapper, cuda, shark and tarpon. Open concept was inviting for 7-9 we had in our party. Property manager was available and responsive.

We gave this week to our family as a Christmas present. Plenty of space for all. The separate room and bath on the first floor was perfect for one couple and gave privacy. We enjoyed the pool most every afternoon. Fished off the dock and even had a visit from a manatee. This home was close to everything. A wonderful little bar/restaurant on the water that we could walk to. Publix was very close. Great memories made with our kids, son in law and three grandsons.

Spent a week at the house and it was an amazing time! So peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be renting this house again (by far one of the best properties we have stayed out in our 4 years of coming to marathon)

The property was great and the host “Frank” was very helpful and communicated constantly during our stay his responses to text was almost immediate. The Location is perfect for fishing and services. Dock was huge and the pool was nice a little small but nice. The extras were a little scarce we had to basically buy everything, but with the Covid realities I can understand that. Overall a great place, great Host and awesome place to spend a week or two.

Great Stay, Frank was a great host!

Wonderful! We visited with our 2 adult children and their significant others and a family friend. Our group included 2 burned out healthcare workers and a 3rd grade teacher. This was just what we needed and everything we were looking for. The house was perfect. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, great outdoor space with the pool and dock and lots of palm trees. Very quiet neighborhood and very private with no houses across the canal. We rented a boat and the house was perfectly located for easy access to the ocean and the bay. Really fun little bar with live music just across the golf course within walking distance. Frank was helpful and checked in by text numerous times to see if we needed anything. Would absolutely rent it again! We were already thinking ahead to next year, but our daughter got engaged on this trip so now we have a wedding to plan, but we will be back!

This is an ideal place for a family vacation in terms of location and the house itself. The only room for improvement would have been better instructions for use of some of the facilities and more attention to necessary supplies, such as dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels and basic spices. From my experience, these basic items are usually provided. Otherwise, this was a great experience.

Nice property great for multi family vacation. Close to grocery and restaurants. Great launch for kayaking and fishing off the dock. The pool was nice and warm with beautiful landscaping. We were fortunate to see a dolphin and a sea turtle off the dock which thrilled the kids. Frank was very responsive and welcoming.

Stayed here for a week and everyone had a great time. Owner was very accommodating and the house met our expectations. Would recommend to others to stay there.

The house is roomy and in a great location. We rented a fishing boat for the week and it was great to pull the boat up to the dock right at the house. With a boat, open water access is so close to this house - it was great. The owner is very responsive and was available the entire time we were in the house. The backyard oasis and pool was wonderful.

What a great way to spend Thanksgiving! Our families had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Our favorite parts were fishing off the perfect dock, swimming in the pool, riding in the golf cart, watching the sunset at the nearby beach. Frank the owner is a great host and was very easy to work with. I would recommend staying here with your family! Great vacation spot, thank you.

What a wonderful place! The house, grounds, pool, dock and location were so great! On this canal, you fell that you're truly away from it all but you're so close to activities, restaurants, shopping, services and other fun things to do. The owner is so thoughtful and attentive and clearly wants to be sure that you have a wonderful time and that the property is perfect for you! Loved it!

Would highly recommend this beautiful home. Spent a week there with 3 generations of family and it was a perfect home with plenty of space and privacy for everyone. We enjoyed the golf cart and kayaks and loved the privacy of the backyard . The pool was perfect and the dock was an amazing feature if you enjoy fishing. We had a manatee come to visit on our last day and it was a memorable highlight for us all. The location is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood with a golf course across the street. Sombrero beach was 5 min away and is a great beach for snorkeling and swimming. Frank was an excellent host who was very responsive and communicative with us before, during and after our stay. We would stay at this gorgeous home again!

Overall a great rental! The location of the property was perfect. It was so close to Publix, Winn-Dixie and gas station. There's two different channels you're able to take by boat that take you either right out to the ocean, or the other has you coming out close to the 7 mile bridge so its easy to get around to the bayside. Property was everything we could have asked for. Only thing i could say is that the third bedroom with the pullout gets very hot when more than one person sleeps in there. Other wise everything we excellent. Frank was so easy to get in contact with before and while staying at the property. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Frank :)

This property was great! The pictures didn’t do the house justice. The MIL suite downstairs is great for multi families. Perfect location to keep a boat plus access to the waterways. The golf cart was a nice bonus to take to the grocery store or grab lunch at a restaurant near by. Only issues we saw were the propane tanks weren’t filled, minimal cooking utensils, the room off the kitchen had three beds and the AC didn’t flow well to it and no broom. After checkout, we also received a call we left too many trash bags full of trash in the trash cans outside for pick up. Which we were nice enough to pull by the road for pickup, but this wasn’t acceptable. I was told he’d get charged for the disposal of the trash and wanted to know what he should do…. I politely explained we took the trash out Thursday and checkout is Saturday so of course we’d have more in the bins after emptying out the fridge, coolers, etc. He didn’t understand, but he said he’d figure it out. Other than that, we enjoyed our time!

We had a great family vacation to this house. Plenty of room for all of us. The kids enjoyed the pool. Close to Publix and shops. Easy access to the ocean as well. Frank was an excellent hoist and easy to get in touch with. Another great trip in the books.

Over all great week!

The property and our stay was wonderful! Our host (Frank) was very responsive and even called to check in on us a few times. There is a lot of space and all members of our party slept comfortably. We were able to fish off the dock and in the afternoon a manatee would stop by for a drink of fresh water from the hose. All in all it was a wonderful trip and we look forward to getting back to the Keys soon.
