The women tend to have attitudes, except the front desk especially the housekeeper , had an attitude,men staff were a 10/10

we have to reserve the 3 restaurant and we couldnt because they were small and many people do the same

The beach was very nice but the rooms are very dated and for the most part moldy smelling the furniture all needs to be replaced and is extremely distressed

This Resort needs a major redo with the interi or furnishings and the clean out of the ventilation systems only the third room from my standpoint was habitable after viewing to the had a deep smell of mold. The food was passable and the all-inclusive drinks at the beach were so small that was almost not worth even getting a refill. For the price paid we would have expected much more. The Saving Grace was the staff who were excellent and friendly

I liked the location

The rooms were outdated and the property had a weird mildew smell all over

The hotel was very nice and clean and friendly staff . The buffet option was ok as well

The commutation for the other dinner options was not clear or good. Did not get to enjoy any of them because the staff said they have met there quotes for the day .

Internet wasn’t working all the time

Room smelt bad, Paid for ocean view, however our rooms 620 & 619 were directly above the music stage, so every night until 10:30 to 11pm we had to endure poor talent and lots of shouting. Floors were always wet, AC only worked some of the time. limited hours to eat. Only 2 elevators per building, always waiting to get up or down. Food was poor quality. I would never return to RIU Palace ARUBA again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Pool was beautiful. Restaurants were very good

Rooms are humid with a very musty odor. I was aware of this problem based on other reviews. Not a game changer but disappointing for the price. Beds also not very comfortable and not up to par for a “4 star” location.

not many non alcoholic options . I enjoyed smoothies for breakfast and I wish they at least had that during the day. Pillows way too small. Food also could be a bit better. The most annoying was people leaving the towels on the chairs for the whole day.

Nothing to not like

I really liked the location and all the things to do in the hotel. I also liked how nice it was and how close it was to the beach.

The food was absolutely disgusting and most of it was hard to eat. I am not the only one who thought this. Also, an entire group of 150 people including me was blamed and “warned” for the behavior of a very small number of people. We were all served with warnings and the alcohol was taken from our rooms even tho we didn’t do anything. There was also security added to every floor at night because of a small number of people and the security was very pushy and annoying.
