We loved this location, the walk into town was easy, and the unit was impeccably clean. Our communication with Jordanelle was quick and very helpful. I am sharing this with our out of state family because this unit is just perfect!

We had such a wonderful time staying at this property with my in-laws. The place was very clean and it was very apparent the owners put so much thought into every little detail. It is within easy walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in downtown Estes Park, and it also a very short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. We spent hours playing games around the table (we brought our own but there is a cabinet full of games at the property), and found the kitchen very well-equipped to make breakfast one morning. The hosts are very communicative and helpful - they have an entire binder of suggested things to do and see. We loved both their recommendations for breakfast and dinner. Overall, it was an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this spot!

Very nice clean property close to downtown Estes. Many shops and restaurants. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Beautiful area with wildlife randomly in neighborhoods even. The only drawback this time around was all of the construction being done in the area. Otherwise, great time. Great place!

I’ve rented from VRBO for at least 20 years and this might be the best place we’ve stayed. It was beautiful, well equipped and perfect for my husband and I, who live in Austin, TX, to share a weekend with our granddaughter and her significant other who live in Wellington, CO.

My first time staying at a VRBO, but will not be my last! Everything was excellent. Property had everything we needed, even for a 14-month-old. Very clean, very modern and all the conveniences of home.

My wife and I and our grown sons and their wives stayed at this ideally located home in Estes Park. It is only a 5 minute walk to downtown and on a quiet road. There was lots of parking and it is easy to get to. We stayed 4 days and had a wonderful time. The home is very well appointed and is just like the photos. We highly recommend this place for your stay. We hope to be back soon.

We enjoyed our stay at Elk Run. The condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and in a great location close to everything. I would definitely recommend staying here if you plan to visit Rocky Mountain National Park since it’s just minutes away.

Took mom to enjoy the beauty of Colorado. Location was perfect and convenient to all activities. Great views. Herds (12-14) of elk grazing 6 feet from our front door every morning. So clean and cozy!! Jordanne always responded to anything in a matter of minutes. Well stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed the gas fireplace on the cool mornings.

Booked this condo so that my family and my fiancé's could meet prior to the wedding and eat at all the places we have booked for the weekend! It was nice to be close to the down town area. The home itself is cozy! The bedding was so soft and comfy too :)

Cozy, comfortable condo - just like a well-appointed home. Ground level with lovely patio. Easy access to river walk that leads into town. Comfy beds and well-stocked kitchen. We look forward to many more visits.

Best VRBO host ever! Everything was spotless and the host went above and beyond and thought of everything you could need and then some. We were so thrilled to have our dog accompany us on this trip too. Will definitely book again!

The property is great! Well appointed kitchen, 2 baths, 3 bedrooms with 4 beds, dog friendly, and a great set-up to play board and video games for a guys weekend! Jordanne is a wonderful and communicative host. This was our second time staying here, and we're already looking forward to another stay next year!

Close to the park and downtown, clean and comfortable

Our family of 5 adults and two young kids stayed. It was so helpful to have the high chair, toys and dog crate. Very convenient to downtown and RMNP entrance. Clean and a fully-supplied kitchen made cooking easy. Great communication also.

This house has everything you could need. Every question we had was answered in minutes.

It was nice to have the space to relax after a day in the Rockies. Great communication, easy stay and the elk did not disappoint.

This was a great place for our family. Our 4yo LOVED the kids room with the stuffed bear. This was a great place and our family loved our stay here. It is walking distance to downtown, but it is not pedestrian friendly to get there. You have to walk along a high speed road with no sidewalks and cross without a crosswalk before getting to the more walkable areas of town. Its no issue for adults, but if you have small children, driving to the downtown parking is probably better.
