The lady at the premises is owesome ..she knows how to talk with guests ..I spoke to her concerning my issue but I could see she couldn't say anything since she's just an employee..she is a good woman I forgot to ask her name ..She deserves to be an owner of the place ..trust me she's kind and awesome

We booked for the whole night but to my surprise the place only start check in at 14pm to 10am..first time to see such since I started using booking.com..if you want to check in earlier u need to pay R100 at the guest house what's that..I paid the whole amount of the whole night but I only spent an hour at the site bcos I only wanted to bath but only to discover that check ins start at 2..I called the number provided which was answered by a certain lady who i think is the manager who said I should top up R100 to check in earlier...imagine I have already booked for the whole night but only spent an hour and yet charged extra 100 bucks for checking in earlier than the mentioned time...The place is under renovations ..construction guys are busy making noise outside and if u want to sleep u can't sleep bcos of the noise outside..it needs to be closed until the construction is done to give guests peace...its a beautiful place when it's completely finished being renovated and it's located at a quiet place .

The internet connection was everything, Nyarai the host is such a lovely lady, and the cleanliness was exceptional. Would definitely recommend with no doubt.

The fact that in the family room we didn't have the fridge inside our room was a bit uncomfortable and having to share with other guests.

The place was modern and comfortable. Beds were comfortable.

The internet was an issue on the first night .. and there is no back up power for the loadshedding. They did advertise additional toiletries but were none available. There are no coffee facilities in the room but there is a shared kitchen with some in it

The only thing I wasn't happy about was the wifi because they knew 3 days prior to our booking that the wifi isn't working and they still accepted the booking. The wifi was a big part of me picking their accommodation

Comfortable and clean

Clean, Modern Finishes, Water Temperature 100%. The lady is super nice and friendly. Netflix & Youtube the best signal wifi is also very powerful. The stay was amazing. Definitely would come again.
