We loved our stay here. The property was quite possibly the cleanest vrbo that we have ever stayed at. Our favorite thing to do here at the end of the day was to plunk our chairs in the river and watch our boys enjoy the water. I will rent from these owners again at any of their locations!

We have a family of 6 (4 kids under the ages of 7) and we had a great time. The communication was clear, excellent, and very helpful. The apartment was clean and in a GREAT location with river access, and a pool with 2 hot tubs. Schlitterbahn was almost walking distance as was the center of town. Highly recommend this location especially for families!

Our stay was great. Beds were very comfortable and the facility was clean and quiet. The temperature was at 86 degrees when we arrived. HOT!! The neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy though. Also, I’m not quite sure what the role of the security guards was. We saw them sitting in their car 90% of the time rather than walking the property.

Property was spotlessly clean. The large private park was a big plus. There's also a large 2nd floor patio with trees providing lots of shade. Really pretty view.

Stayed here Labor Day weekend! The home itself was up to date, was able to stay cool the entire trip and had all the amenities we needed! Plenty of towels, had beach towels as well, electric grill, floats and great access to the river! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to other people!

The 2 bedrooms were very spacious with 2 bathrooms. The living space was beautiful and felt like home. Also loved the view from the balcony. Plenty of room for guests to come visit. I highly recommend this place!

The description, location, and conveniences described in the listing were accurate and not missleading in any way. The property was only a few blocks from the Schlitterbahn water parks entrances, as well as several river tubing facilities. Enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Please was clean and organized. Nice view from patio. River walking distance on property, easy access. Bring all the outdoor family sporting stuff plenty of green-space for some fun family competition.

Love this place!! The unit we rented is on the 2nd floor. The elevator is at the end of the building next to it. Very easy to access it. The owner was easy to contact with any issues and responds very quickly with a logical solution. It has a beautiful view of the green property and one of the pools. There are 5 or 6 towels for the pool.The river access to this unit is great! Just walk up to Peace Street with your tubes (you need to bring your own) and jump in, float down to the stairs get out and do it again. Or stay in the water near the "get out" point and enjoy a cool river on a hot day. We will definitely be back!

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay and would stay here again! The condo was clean, in a fantastic location, quiet and roomy! The back patio was perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail. Right by Schlitterbahn and close to all the tube rentals!
The owners stayed in touch, checked on us and made the check in and out process very easy.
We truly enjoyed our visit!

This is a nice property for a New Braunfels stay. Close to everything, clean and well stocked. We had one major issue that couldn't be fixed while we were there. Just an FYI - The pools are really hot in the summer so not very refreshing but they are probably great in winter months.

We stayed at this condo for the weekend before the Fourth of July. Location is great! We had an extremely hard time finding parking at Schlitterbahn and decided just to walk from the condo. The walk took less than 15 minutes and was just down the street from where the condo was! The River access in the back of the condo was private and secluded and we enjoyed lounging out there. Grilling is conveniently located right outside the condo to the back and the elevator access definitely was useful. Would highly recommend this place!

Very clean and spacious condo. Very large balcony. Everything that you need to enjoy your stay is provided. We walked about 3/4 of a mile with our tubes and floated the river for about 1.5 hours multiple times at no cost. We drove about 15 minutes to downtown Gruene and about 45 minutes to San Antonio on two of our days. There is a cool little piano bar about 10 mins away and Schlitterbahn Waterpark is about 5 mins away. Overall, great location and we will stay there again next Summer.

Loved staying at the condo. We loved the distance to the center of town and everything around it including the park, children's museum and stuff to do with the family. My kids loved the swimming pool and seeing deer up close around there. The check-in was super easy and talking to the property manager was just a text away and they were super fast with a reply. I will definitely be booking here in the future, hopefully in the fall.

Great location for a long weekend in New Braunfels. Two bedrooms and two baths suited my family perfectly. Love being on the banks of the river with a great patio. During high season, I can see how this property could be very busy, but it was super quiet during our stay in mid-April. Will come again!

What a great place to stay! We will definitely stay here again. Close to everything in the NB area. The deer walking around the grounds was peaceful. Some reviews do not get the river access justice - very short walk to a great access point for the river (you can sit in the stream or swim around -just so relaxing) and you can go to the hot tub/pool right after that. Very impressed and very glad we stayed here!

First time to VRBO!!
This place feels like home and does not disappoint . The condo is beautiful, very clean, the furnishings are comfortable, the location is close to downtown, Greune, the water park, and the rivers. We enjoyed the property very much. There are many picnic areas to grill, a nice pool, and our children enjoyed going down the rapids on the river out back. The river was calm to swim in as well. The balcony overlooks the back of the property and there is always a nice breeze. We will be back. So blessed to find this property.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a great location- walking distance to the river, Schlitterbahn and downtown. The unit was very clean. The only thing that could make this unit any better are more comfortable beds as they are both very hard and very uncomfortable.

Gorgeous & Accomodating
We stayed with 6 friends and the place was such a hug. Super clean, had all essentials needed. Great amenities and owners were super responsive anytime we needed anything or had questions. Thorough check in & out instructions. Would absolutely come back here for our next stays in New Braunfels.

Other than a slight issue with the door code not initially working (quickly resolved), this condo was perfect for our trip. It was close to everything we wanted to do (rafting, eating, shopping), as well as within walking distance to river access.

Absolutely perfect rental!!!
This rental was absolutely perfect!! We went to Schlitterbahn two days, six flags for a day and Sea world for a day. We hit up the outlets and had a chill day. We have small kids so we weren’t planning on going to the river. But it was so calm behind the resort, we went. The kids had a ball. We loved this trip and plan to do it again. We will certainly book this condo when we do!!
