Location, capacity and vista

Hall outside was in need of new carpet (stained) and new paint. Inside needed some work too. Curtains missing from tracks, wall dents, dishwashing machine not cleaning, had to reset the power circuit for some power points on arrival.

Really nice room, comes with a parking space and excellent location. Amazing views of the city and the beach.

massive apartment for our big family and beautiful view of surfers paradise and the ocean

a bit dusty but don’t want to complain

Amazing Views, super spacious apartment in the heart of Surfers paradise.

The apartment was not as clean as we would have hoped, there was old lollies and rubbish next to the main bed, outdoor table was dirty from previous guests, carpets old and not very clean, tiles very sticky, tiny cockroaches at night. No cleaning supplies what so ever, so we had to buy our own scrubbers, cloths and spray&wipe. The sheets were very thin and cheap, no mattress toppers or even protectors on the beds. Beds and couches were all very hard and cheap. The furniture shown in the photos is not the furniture we had during our stay.

Nice location within walking distance to the beach and surrounding shopping area. Very nice view from the room. Great price.

Room maintenance wasn't bad by any means but could use a few touch ups

great location and night time view is amazing

place is dirty. we had to buy dishwasher tablets, chux, laundry detergent. Tiled floor was sticky. The place needed a vacuum but the vacuum cleaner is crap. No dustpan. This is not the place to bring a family, this is a party house. there’s a couple of boob and bum cheek prints on the uncleaned windows. furniture is falling apart.
