Die direkte Strandlage war super, allerdings sind wir (mit Kindern), allerdings doch lieber an einen saubereren Strand gefahren. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag ordentlich gereinigt. Der Safe war inklusive.

Das Personal war nicht freundlich (bis auf 1 Ausnahme). Wenn man ins Hotel kam, gab es keine Begrüßung. Im Gegenteil: man wurde ignoriert. Es gab keine Kommunikation seitens der Rezeption. Die Isolierung des Zimmers war mangelhaft (bei Zimmer mit Meerblick verläuft die Promenadenstrasse direkt davor, wo sich Nachts auch mal die Proleten mit ihren Autos messen).Das Essen war immer dasselbe und uns persönlich schmeckte es nicht sonderlich, sodass man sich es hätte sparen können.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Wenn man einen Strandurlaub machen möchte, dann ist dieses Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.

Es gab nichts, was uns richtig gestört hat. Die Lage, das Essen, der Service der Mitarbeiter waren sehr gut. Die Zimmerreinigung ist nur „gut“, da hier unter den Betten nicht gereinigt wurde.

Close to the sea

The hotel is not more than 3 stars, the service is very bad,not so helpful, the cleaning service is almost missed, they forgot to clean the room some days. The TV and AC didn't work. Very disappointed!

Rooms need to be updated especially bathrooms, very clean but definitely not a four star in my honest opinion

The location was amazing. The first line and it’s really close to the beach, different restaurants, castle and other things. Fast check-in, even though we have arrived a little bit earlier. The room was with a balcony which is a big plus. The TV had a radio so it was pretty nice for me and for my friend. Sorry for neighbors 😄 Quite good breakfast. Sauna was nice also.

The safe was not working or we just didn’t understand how to close it, but there was not any instructions. Furthermore, shampoo and shower gel were together and practically there were not them. For the 4star hotel it’s a nonsense. The TV was really small even in my student residence it’s bigger. The swimming pool and a roof bar were original for Europe.
