Very clean - great pool and access to beach. Kitchen well stocked - wonderful washer and dryer! Had a great family vacation! Location to shops and restaurants great!

My family stayed here the week of Memorial Day. We had 4 adults and 2 kids (9 yo and 13 yo). The location was perfect and the beach was beautiful. Donna was very responsive and accommodating. I let her know that we would be arriving prior to the actual check in time and she did her best to get us in the condo early, which we greatly appreciate. The condo and the property in general were both clean and well maintained. I really did not like that they do not have grills on site. Also, the multiple codes to get around the property were a little annoying. However, neither of these things would stop me from booking this unit again. We would definitely stay here again.

After we figured out how to get in things were great. Luckily we had our grandson for tech help. The property was beautiful and the views outstanding. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Located close to everything we would stay here again and highly recommend to family and friends

The condo was perfect for our family. We had a 1 yr old and the first floor was great to have. The beach and pool were easily accessible—right out of the condo. It was a beautiful and roomy place. The views of the ocean were great. Debbie was awesome to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would stay there again.

This property is one of the best furnished condos I have ever rented. Everything looks well put together unlike other condos where the furniture and appliances are a mix-match of different styles thrown together. I was also impressed with the responsiveness of the property management company! The person I was communicating with was returning my messages in no time! That in itself was a great experience to me! My guests and I were very satisfied with the unit overall except for a few things! ;-) A good number of the electrical outlets throughout the property cannot hold a 2-prong phone charger. The internal springs inside the outlets that clamp on the prongs on a plug are pretty much shot in many locations. This is only an issue with 2-prong devices and cords, and it could be the result of the continuous renting/use over the years. A rental unit needs to have commercial grade electrical outlets and not those cheap contractor grade types that are just good enough to meet code. The property did have some USB chargers around, but my devices/cords were not compatible with them. The middle room needs some darker curtains as the outside building light right by that room's window makes it looks like you are sleeping with a 40W lamp turned on. Some type of window shade might be great! The TV remote in the room with the queen size bed needs to be replaced as not all functions seem to be working. Would I rent this property again or recommend it? Yes, I would! :-)

The property was clean,spacious and very well maintained. The view was very nice. Very close to restaurants an shops.

We've stayed at Emerald Isle many times and always love it for the location (walkable to everything) and heated pool (since we often go in the off-season). This unit was great; the massive couches were awesome and there were plenty of beach toys for my 6-year-old as well as an umbrella, a float, and many other useful items. The only issues were the master bath door wouldn't stay shut, a fire alarm early one morning, and difficulty getting the gated entry system to work (we have issues with this system every time we stay there). But none of those things would deter me from staying there again. Overall it's a great place to stay!!

This was a good place for us to relax when in town for a nephew's wedding. The rental agent was very helpful and responsive.

We loved this condo! It was clean, spacious, updated and overall wonderful!! 5 stars! The living room furniture was super comfy. The location was great, walkable to all kinds of restaurants, bars, and shops. Our family of 6 loved it here! We will be back!

Super clean, conveniently located, easy beach access…this place was great! We cooked 3 meals a day in this well furnished kitchen. Pools were pristine also! Comfy beds and an cozy couch made for a very relaxing few days for our little family.

The property was absolutely beautiful, easy to find and easy check in. Donna was an absolute delight to work with, she was available every time I contacted her and made my vacation wonderful in every way possible.

The condo is beautifully decorated, with a large den that seats many. All beds were comfortable with nice large bathrooms. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry were well appointed (way beyond the norm). I loved being on the first floor especially with our 7 yr old granddaughters. The pool and beach are literally steps away. They have 2 large pools, hot tub and plenty of lounge chairs and table sets. The balcony is a good size with lots of seating. The view is beautiful! I loved the location. We walked across the street every night to eat, get Icecream, and shop for souvenirs. Lots of restaurants to choose from. You can’t beat this location! Donna was super fast to help us with any questions and got back to us immediately if we needed anything. Will, who set up our chairs every day, was wonderful! This was our first time staying at Emerald Isle and our first trip to Pensacola. We will definitely be back. Book the condo! You won’t regret it.

Good location, clean house, everything meet the expectations.

The condo was beautifully decorated and equipped with more high end kitchen ware than most! The living room was very comfortable and spacious. We rented several units for a family vacation and everyone could comfortably come eat and hang out in this unit. The location (2nd actual floor) was very convenient. While others were waiting in the lobby for the elevator you could just take the stairs! Book it!! You won’t regret it!!

This was a really terrific place to stay! My friends and I came for a girls weekend, and were really happy with the property. The condo itself was beautifully appointed, and it’s location to the beach was awesome. Also, the owner was fantastic about communicating with me. I will definitely look this owner up again.

Ms Donna was amazing! Condo was very nice and clean. Our only complaint would be the security codes to get in the gate, front doors, back doors, and gate at beach access. Was very aggravating. Would not stay there again because of all the access codes. We was not the only guest struggling with access. We along with other guests learned very quickly to wait on someone coming out the doors to go in. And we would get lucky here and there and follow a car through the gate. So for security purposes, the access codes are not really effective.

Me and my family stayed here for a short getaway and we had the best time! The condo is very clean and cozy and we were able to walk to most of the restaurants and shops!

The description is very accurate. This is a beautiful condo with easy access to the beach. The living room is so cozy with the extra large comfortable sectional. It has everything you need with many extras including blankets, games, books and more. My elderly mother said she "felt like she died and went to heaven." Would stay hear again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Working with Donna was great. The condo was clean and well stocked for a family with young children (packnplay, beach toys, high chair) The beds were soft and comfortable.
