The house was amazing. It was very clean (which is my highest priority when booking) The tennis court, pool and putting green were in great condition and the water slide was a fun bonus. The house was extremely well stocked with good quality items. I would highly recommend this property

We were happy with our choice. It was so much better than staying in a hotel. I think if I could quantify the price of the extra room and play space for the family it would be a bargain.

Our family had an amazing time together at this property. The heated pool was great! Learning to play pickleball was fun. The kitchen was top notch. We couldn’t ask for anything better regarding the property itself. Two reasons I give this a 4 star rating: 1. They had someone come twice to “measure” for a new grill due to the main outdoor grill being out of service. I was in that area when both individuals came and neither had any type of measuring device with them. 2. When a home costs thousands of dollars for just a few days I would think the owner could provide basic cable services. One nightly fee would probably cover the cost of cable for a year. This would easily be a 5 star experience for the money spent if it weren’t for these two simple things. A multi-million dollar property with no cable.

Overall, very nice property and property manager/owner was extremely easy to deal with, and communicated very well. The property was clean and well-maintained. Absolutely the best vacation rental I've ever been to. Highly recommend!

This property is absolutely beautiful. So spacious, clean, and just a perfect place for a nice getaway. The reservation company was so great and helped make stay unforgettable! My friends and family are still talking about this trip weeks alter! It was perfect!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The outdoor space is as advertised, with plenty of equipment for us to play pickle ball, basketball, shuffleboard, and more, plus a beautiful pool. It’s in a quiet suburban neighborhood. Perfect for our group and excellent service from the property managers.

This was perfect for our group. We needed a space for our work group for strategy sessions - the openness of the space and the technology available worked perfect. We will be renting again next year for the same use.

Considering this special place is just for you and your party, this property is hands down better than any resort you can find in the area...you get all the same amenities coupled with all the privacy one could ever hope for. The amazing pictures do not do the place justice. Sparkling and brand new interior with big bedrooms and new appliances. The backyard is ENORMOUS. The pool area is so expansive and the waterslide is a great touch. Not to mention, an amazing tennis court, basketball court, putting green and amazing covered patio. You are really in your own private world/oasis and we were sad to leave. The internet is high speed and works great but the TV situation is not ideal as they do not have cable and only Hulu, however they are up front about this so it was not a surprise. My family and I have been staying at short-term rental properties for our get-togethers for almost 20 years now and this was by far the best property we have ever had. RD and his team do a great job communicating and ensure their guests have everything needed during their stay. 5 STARS is not enough.

I am afraid to say how fantastic Antionette was, and how wonderful this home is, for fear it won’t be available when we return!

I can not say enough about this wonderful property. We were able to get the family together here during Covid and never had to leave the property. Our 16 guests ranged in age from 6 mo. to 65. We had plenty of space for all of us. The 6 grandkids loved all the outdoor activities-especially the slide! The adults played basketball, ping pong, pool, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard and practiced putting! We hired a chef one night and had a delicious candlelight dinner outside. The house was very well equipped with all the comforts of home. Antoinette was very easy to work with and was so accommodating. We have rented many vacation properties and this one was outstanding! We highly recommend this home!

We were a family of 15 ranging from 69 to 5 and everyone had a wonderful time. Antoinette was great to work with and was available immediately for any question we had. The home is immaculate and the kitchen was completely stocked with anything you could possibly need. The outdoor space was everything you could possibly want. If we could rate it higher than 5 stars we would! We can’t wait to come back!

Never have I seen this quality in a rental property.One of our guests is a professional chef friend who has cooked for Presidents, First Ladies, Senators and The Greenbriar. He said it was the best appointed home kitchen he has ever seen. While he orchestrated the over all menu many interested chipped in and learned from him.There was something for everyone. While some were in the kitchen others were on the tennis court then chilled in the outdoor room then to sink some putts.Some reviews said it is like a resort. I say it was better than a resort because it was your own private resort.Antoinette cares for her guests and her property like I've never seen.There was something for everyone.

This property was absolutely amazing! Everything on the listing was described exactly! This house couldn't have been more perfect for entertaining my clients for the weekend! We had personal chefs prepare all the meals in this amazing and fully equipped kitchen. Antoinette was the most amazing host and was extremely helpful on getting us situated upon check in. I will most defiantly be staying at this property again!

I have rarely been "wowed" when renting a STR but this place changed the game! The photos and description of the property don't do it justice, it's even better in real life! Upon entry the grandeur of the property is just wonderful. The private front courtyard is inviting, but entering through the front door into the main family room just knocked our socks off. This place is built for entertaining. Every inch of the house was decorated to the nines with Restoration Hardware furnishings and high end designer touches. Excellent separation of space for sleeping but common spaces for gathering. And the kitchen---if you love to cook this place is heaven. EVERYTHING is provided from serving platters and juicers and InstantPots to multiple sets of plates and bowls and enough silverware for an army. Our party of 13 didn't even put a dent in the kitchen amenities. And the IceMaker was a hit with all of the cocktails being made. We haven't even begun to talk about the outside... It puts 5 star resorts to shame. Seriously. Tall private walls all around the property, mature landscaping, water misters that make you feel like you're on a tropical island, fully lit tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard, corn hole, table tennis, billiards, and MASSIVE pool with waterfall and slide. Oh yeah, and the gathering areas outside are just as impressive as the inside ones. We had a progressive dinner at all of the different dining areas of the backyard, lol! It's also so big we had to call each other on our phones to locate where everyone was, lol. Best use of an acre that I've ever seen. The only problem with the house is having to sleep. You want to utilize every square inch of it every minute of the day. Antoinette was a wonderful host and met with us to show us the in's and out's of how the home equipment works. She's super helpful and responsive and has really done just an amazing job with the home. I am already looking at re-booking this property in the near future and would highly suggest everyone to take a look at the Sutton and book it! You will not be disappointed. I have very high standards when it comes to travel and hospitality (I usually stay at St. Regis or Four Seasons resorts or high end equivalents), but The Sutton just took top spot. I'm ruined for luxury standards from here on out, lol!

Perfect in every way.

We were very anxious about moving forward with our visit to Scottsdale given all of the Covid news coming out of Arizona. The owner Antoinette was so incredibly patient, understanding and responsive to all of our calls and really eased our worries leading up to the trip. When our group finally arrived at The Sutton there are truly no words to express how blown away we were!!! The pictures are incredible but they honestly don’t do it justice. Our group of 13 (6 adults, 7 kids) were in absolute heaven the entire week we spent there. This is five star luxury taken to a whole new level. Better than any luxe hotel we have ever stayed at and this is a discerning group. It is equally amazing for kids and grown ups alike with all of the comforts and fun all rolled into one. The grounds are incredible from the tennis / basketball court to the pool with waterslide and all of the accessories and equipment you can imagine. So many areas to hang out, our group spent hours outside swimming, playing tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, ping pong, pool and just relaxing. Even with the crazy high temperatures in AZ the misters that lined the yard cooled us down. Seriously no detail in this house was overlooked. Inside we couldn’t be happier, every room suited our group perfectly. Beds were incredibly comfortable, the bunk room was so fun for the kids. We cooked the entire week and the kitchen is not to be believed. Many of us could be cooking all at once and it was stocked beyond our wildest dreams with every tool and gadget you could ever want for. The BBQ was also completely next level!! Aside from the house itself, Antoinette the owner was wonderful. She went above and beyond to make sure the house was spotless and sanitized days before our arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. She was super quick in responding whenever we had a question throughout our stay. This house was the perfect quarantine getaway. It's not a question of if we will go return it’s a question of when!!

We had a magnificent Scottsdale getaway with our adult children and friends at this outstanding home. The home owner, Antoinette made the entire experience lovely! She responded swiftly, and was incredibly accommodating. She greeted us upon arrival, and provided a quick tour and overview of this very user friendly home! The home is immaculate and the attention to detail is over the top. This home is super stylish, welcoming and very comfortable. The outdoor gathering spaces are dreamy and the outdoor activities are endless! Think of this home as your own private resort. The owner has thought of everything to make your holiday perfect!

Awesome Place

I can't say enough wonderful things about Antoinette and this property! We had the best time at her home a couple of weeks ago; in fact, we didn't want to leave. The home is beyond immaculate and well-designed. Beds and sheets amazingly comfortable and everything top quality. Upon check in, Antoinette had a lovely gourmet gift basket waiting for us and even dolls for our 5-year old daughter. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We literally felt like we were in our own luxury resort! We could go on with the accolades. This is our first experience where the home and overall property were more amazing than the photos. We cannot wait to return!

From the first moment of booking all the way through the stay she makes you feel like part of her family. This home has become our family's happy place and we cherish the memories made there

Just spent a weekend here celebrating my 40th bday with 12 other people and had the most spectacular time. This was the greatest house we’ve all ever stayed in and the owner couldn’t have been more gracious! The large pool, tennis courts, outside patio are are all amazing. This has to be one of the best houses to rent in all of Scottsdale. It’s modern, clean, spacious, fun, and truly amazing. The owner is super helpful in suggesting places to eat, visit and enjoy. The interior is super modern with high end finishes. I wish we could have stayed longer. If you’re visiting Scottsdale, look no further, as this home is true paradise!!!

Incredible home for large family vacation. Our group included 15 - grandparents, children, and grandchildren - ages 6-20. There were activities for everyone - tennis, pickle ball, ping pong, pool table, basketball hoop, shuffleboard, and heated pool and spa. Kitchen was amazingly equipped - 3 different types of coffee makers with pods and coffee beans. Great outdoor seating area and heaters, fireplace, and large grill. Antoinette was friendly and oriented us upon arrival. She was instantly available, but home is very user friendly and we were self sufficient. We hope to revisit.
