We loved the space, large fully stocked kitchen, lots of sleeping space. Loved the upper sun deck., great to have morning coffee, play cards after beach and watch fireworks 🎆

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay at this location again!

This unit is in a great location and close enough to Portland to go back and forth if you need to.

There were so many disappointments we had in this stay. To start with there were no toilet rolls in any bathroom. Dishwasher was left with dirty dishes, only 2 trash bags were kept so we ran out of it. We had to go to Walmart which was miles away to get basic things. When called for help, there were only automated voice mails and texts. And then when finally we got to talk to someone they asked us to purchase those things. Maine door was not getting locked and there were no instructions. Overall we didn’t enjoy the stay at this house and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Tourist season was over. Not a lot was happening in the area but we enjoyed the peace and quiet at the beach. The thing we most enjoyed with our stay was the second floor balcony over looking the ocean. We spent as much time as we could up there. The view was amazing and it was so peaceful. We totally enjoyed our stay.

This is a rare gem in Old Orchard Beach: a 3BR that is east of W. Grand Ave (ie very close to the beach), an easy walk to Palace Playland, far enough from the pier for an uncrowded beach, with a real kitchen, laundry, and partial A/C, that accommodates a Fr-Tu stay (units this size are usually Sa-Sa rentals, which makes no sense to me: why not Fr-Fr?) Bonus: the rooftop deck has a fantastic view. Also, thumbs up to the folks at Vacasa.
One note: we looked all around, but the only outdoor spigot is reserved for unit #5, so there was no easy way to wash the sand off our feet.

I was disappointed at the amount of cob webs everywhere and I had to sweep on piles of sand. One HUGE pole just left sitting in the corner. The kitchen needs some essentials. Hiw can you provide a place that sleeps 10 but only provide 6 forks? No cookie sheets which are vital when serving and cooking for large groups. No spatulas other than the metal grill one. Those will destroy your coated frying pans that are there. The location was perfect and the size of the condo was just what mynlarge family needed. We will be back but now know to bring my own kitchen supplies

The furniture upstairs looks like it was picked out of a dumpster. The cable did not work all week. There was a hole in the wall in the upstairs bedroom.

This place was much bigger inside than pics show and it was very clean and comfortable. Just a block from the beach and a couple blocks from the fun (and noise) of Old Orchard Beach, we could walk to the ocean, restaurants, lots of shopping, and all that Old Orchard Beach offers. The beds were comfortable and the house is well-stocked. 9 of us had plenty of room!

Just a block from the beach and a couple blocks from the fun (and noise) of Old Orchard Beach, we could walk to the ocean, restaurants, lots of shopping, and all that Old Orchard Beach offers. The beds were comfortable and the house is well-stocked. 9 of us had plenty of room!
