We never entered the property because it misrepresented on the vrbo posting and I want a full refund. The property is listed that it is in a historic neighborhood but I have photos to show that this is an inaccurate description. A block over there are building that are abandoned and in disrepair. You have homeless people living on the street in front on them and we were NOT staying there for fear of our own families safety. The owner refund policy is no refunds a month before you arrive and refused to give us a full refund. Even the refund he agreed to give us was not what he promised. In addition, I called him prior to entering and seeing the property on our reservation day and we were told on the phone that he would be texting us a code to enter the premises at 4 pm. I didn’t receive the text nor an email until 1:45 am the following day. He states that we violated rules but we never even got out of the car on 10/7/22 and didn’t even have a way to access the property. All in all this was misrepresented and of course we were upset when we spoke to host on the phone. VRBO was not easily accessible nor helpful with the misrepresentation or refund.

Very cute mid-century modern home about 5-8 minutes from downtown! We really enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfortable, had most of the amenities we needed, and lots of areas to get ready for our nights on the town! It unfortunately wasn’t as clean as we had hoped (cobwebs, dust, hair in the shower, etc) and we were a bit concerned about one of the ceiling fans in the smaller guest room falling, but overall- not a bad house! The hosts were very kind and communicative & we greatly appreciated them letting us stay!

Amazing house, located very close to downtown and many other places. Communication with the owner was always fast and every instruction was always clear. They made sure the house was clean and ready to go even hours before check in so we could get there earlier if needed. Overall the house was very nice, looked exactly like the pictures, and was very private and safe.
