We had a great stay! The house was great a centrally located close to everything. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend

Convenient location to restaurants in historic Sanford. Easy to Lake Monroe and I 4. There is no furnace heat and space heaters are provided. The a/c is ceiling fans and a room air conditioner with wall mounted ventless single room a/c in some rooms. Really cool weather and really hot weather will be difficult . As far as pet friendly - the yard is not fenced in. There is someone living in the backyard in a tiny converted shed type building - sharing same address.. as 1/2. There is really no grass just a minimal area with sand and dirt with fallen leaves. But- within a very short walk, there is a beautiful quiet park with concrete paths and pet friendly poo bags provided. We mostly walked there for “our business”.
The facility is mostly clean but very worn furniture . There is shower only- no tub. The kitchen has been updated and has full size appliances.
The house served our purposes of visiting family living in Sanford.

We stayed in Sanford for my son's wedding. This place was central to everything we needed including all the bars and restaurent.

Quiet neighborhood/area close to historic downtown. House has window unit with split units in bedrooms that kept the temperature pleasant with ceiling fans running. Bedroom ac units are noisy.

We stayed at the house for 6 weeks to escape our northern winter. We found everything we needed there for our stay.
The neighborhood was quiet and there were 2 parks nearby to walk the dog. We loved all of the beautiful old live oak trees in the area.
Check in was easy and the host responded quickly we we had a concern.
We enjoyed being there.

We were very satisfied with our stay and our host, Tom, was very accommodating. Just a little warning, (for senior renters) the sofa is very low with soft cushions (comfortable but hard to get up from)

This is a lovely cozy three bedroom and one bath house that is walking distance to downtown Sanford and all of its restaurants, breweries, and shops. There's also a wonderful dog park close by if you have a furry friend traveling with you. Check in is easy, the owner is responsive, and all in all it was a wonderful place to stay in central florida.

Myra was was a wonderful host who responded quickly. The rental was very reasonably priced. Also, it is in the perfect location. Walking distance to town, and the boardwalk. It was very clean also. Would love to stay here again in the future if we are back in the area.

The house is perfect if you are out and doing things, we went to the beach, boat rides, Universal Studious, and came back to a homey environment that was clean, comfortable, cool, without any issues! We enjoyed our stay and would use this place again without hesitation!

it is well-appointed even although it is an older house. It has 3 bedrooms which are rather small and only 1 bath. this being said, it is comfortable and very conveniently located for visiting Sanford.

Quiet
This was my first time renting through VRBO & it was an easy process. The house was awesome. It took a while getting used to the ac but after it was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet , it was really nice sitting outside on the porch at night in silence. Friendly neighbors too. The location was perfect , if we didn’t want to be in the Orlando area there was stuff to do near by that was just as fun. I would 100% book again

Quiet neighborhood near historic area.
This is what I was looking for. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to 1st Street restaurants and shopping. Property is comfortable and clean. Easy access to drive to Lake St. Mary. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
This was ideal for the girls weekend we had. Close to downtown Sanford, so we could walk or just a quick ride away. Nice quiet area, also made for a pleasant run down to the waterfront. House was clean, check in and out was easy. Couch was super comfy!

Convenient for hospital procedure
We stayed for 2 nights due to an outpatient procedure at the hospital in Sanford and the location was only 5 minutes away.

Spring Break Trip
We really enjoyed the location of the property. Within walking distance to historic district and especially close to a great playground for the kids. The front porch was a very nice bonus. We played games and had breakfast out there during our stay. Everything was included that we needed for an enjoyable trip. Thanks!

Unsatisfactory stay
I wasn’t going to submit a complaint but the owner never responded to my note. I will never return to this place. We arrived and it was 52 in the house. It was unseasonably cold but that’s no excuse for not having a heat source in the house except for the bedrooms and those heaters weren’t even turned on! We never could sit in the living room without coat and hats on. The kitchen is substandard if you intend to cook. The fridge doesn’t work properly, a stove burner is out, the cooking ware is awful, etc. Lastly, the heaters above the bed make an awful sound and it’s hard to sleep. We’ve stayed in many rentals over the years, and I’ve never complained. Do not stay here. There are much better places available.

Nothing not to like...
This little house has everything you could need to enjoy a couple of days or a couple of weeks in Sanford. The historic district is in dire need of accommodations, and it's nice to know this little house is there. Will stay again, if/when the opportunity presents itself. Also, good communication from the property manager. All around, a good stay.

Beautiful place
Beautiful home. We had everything we needed for our weekend. Went there to spend Fathers Day weekend with family that lives out in that are and this house was perfectly located. The host communicated with us the entire time. The home had games that kept our little ones busy and kept them from being on electronics the whole time. Overall beautiful and had a awesome time. Will be staying there again.
