A great place for my family and grandchildren.

The house is totally adorable. Cheryl takes excellent care of this property. The bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. Cheryl also was really thoughtful when she stocked the house. I especially appreciated the coffee maker and supplies! The bathrooms were stocked with towels and toilet paper, as well as soap. She even had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in both full bathrooms. I was most impressed with the fenced in backyard. The fence is gorgeous! I brought my dogs with me since I was having work done in my home. I live locally, and was challenged to find a comfortable place for Both my son and my dogs. Cheryl was also very responsive when I reached out for questions. She worked with me in my unique situation to make sure I had a safe space. I can’t say enough about this property, the owner, and the space itself. When I have more work done on my Fort Mill home, this will be my absolute first choice!

the owner takes excellent care of the property and clearly cares about the tenants. Very responsive, cozy, my kids were happy, the dogs had ample space to run. Really a great place for our family to crash while we’re in between housing.

The stay was good. Its just the property was not as tidy as expected.

This was our second stay!! Everyone had a great time!! The backyard and games are wonderful for teenage boys!

It’s one thing to find a pet friendly property, but one with a fence is a unicorn. It made my stay so much less stressful than traveling with pets usually is. Everything was as described. Owner was responsive and through. Would love to stay again if business brings me back to Charlotte.

Overall, I thought this property was great. The communication with the owner was excellent, the setup of the home was nice and the book with a list of "things to do" was a nice touch. The ONLY issue I had was the next door neighbor's dog. I've never heard a dog bark so much. This dog would literally bark for 5 hours straight (I am not exaggerating). Anytime we went to the backyard, or got in the car, or just stood outside, this dog would bark until we went in the house. Super annoying. If you plan on leaving the house early and being away for most of the day, you will have no issues. But, if you plan on spending time around the property during the day, you will have to deal with the dog barking. We had to turn the TV volume up just to block out the noise. I feel bad adding this because a neighbor's carelessness with their pet should not take away from the overall quality of the property and the great owner of this VRBO. But, I feel it is necessary to add my honest opinion.

This is my absolute favorite house to stay in when in Charlotte. The hosts are exceptional and the experience is always outstanding!

Perfectly fit our needs

We travel tons and because our family is so large (7 young kids) and we often bring our dogs (2 golden doodles) it’s important that we find a place with plenty of space and a nice fenced in yard! We don’t bother with hotels anymore. This adorable home was nicely decorated! PLENTY of sleeping spaces for my children with TVs in every bedroom. The TVs were a huge hit with the kids and a larger than expected fenced in backyard for the dogs was a pleasant surprise for all of us! We would absolutely stay here again in the future! We did not cook during our stay but based on the rest of the home I would guess the kitchen is well stocked. The hosts were super friendly and always available when we needed them. Thank you for having us!

This property was everything I needed and better. Plenty of space, nice backyard for the dog and kids to play in. In better weather, the outdoor sitting area would be so nice. I come up to visit family once or twice a year and this is the first place I wanted to stay in again.

The place was great for our family. Good location, nice and quiet. Host was welcoming and quick to respond.

Beautiful and clean home. Our family of 13 fit perfect and still had privacy. Neighborhood was excellent and easy access to highways and different locations. Will definitely be back here on our next trip to NC/SC..

Property is very convenient to Carowinds, grocery stores & gas station. Great place to stay for a Carowinds trip.

Perfect place for us to stay with our dogs (truly a fenced yard) while we waited for our permanent home to be ready. Great location too!

Great communication from start to finish. Cheryl was prompt with responding and answering questions. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to Carowinds. We had plenty of room for my family of 13.

Our party of 9 included two brides-to-be looking for their wedding gowns with the support of family members from five states. This house was perfect. Everything was even better than the photos. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. There was even cornhole and a lawn version of connect four to occupy the 8 year old flower girl. Thanks for a great house to relax in after BOTH brides found the dress of their dreams.

Was amazing! We had dogs and it was so accommodating for us! Would love to revisit!
