If you are going to the falls, this is for you. About a five-minute car ride. Place was as advertised with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Family was satisfied with the accommodations. Not far from the wineries either.

The house was as described and worked great for our family. No complaints at all.

Our rental worked out perfectly for our 2 night visit to the Falls. My French family of four and I had enough room to spread out and kitchen was stocked enough to cook several meals. The location was fine for easy access to the Falls.

Big and clean place to stay for a family of 6. Only negative is no iron press board. No creamer for coffee. Bathroom had only men all in one body wash. More items to stack in kitchen and bathroom can make this place 5 rating stay.

To continue the theme, we also had issues with receiving the door code. Our code was even compromised during our stay and renters upstairs walked into our place while we were there. Owner was quick to apologize and issue a new code. To know ahead of time, there is not a full-sized fridge and you can feel the bed springs; not super comfortable. But, overall accommodations are nice, the place is clean, well maintained, the shower is nice and hot, and A/C is top-notch. Great location and is about a 7 minutes drive from the falls.

The house is very nice, plenty of character! It was well stocked with all the necessities (toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, plenty of towels and washclothes, cleaning supplies, paper towels, coffee filters and coffee!). The living room and dining room furniture is beautiful and very comfortable. We really appreciated that. The wood floors are gorgeous. The neighborhood is decent. A couple things that could be better. The kitchen has a mini-fridge. A full size fridge with a freezer would have been amazing for our family of 6. We didnt have room to store any food. The furniture in the bedrooms is very nice, however the beds are extremely uncomfortable. You can feel every spring. Add some hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, makeup bags, etc. We were also quite disappointed about the parking ticket we received. There is no signage telling you not to park on the side of the street the house is on. We got a $25 ticket.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The street is nice with well maintained homes. The area near the home needs some attention, those homes were beautiful in their day but has since been left unattended and not maintained as the neighborhood you will be in. We were a grandmother with grand daughters and arrived after dark, was very concerned that our access code would not be delivered as told and was unable to keep checking as I was driving. It did indeed come and access went well. The parking in the rear was well lighted. The only negative was when the upstairs people came home very late it woke us up from the sound of them entering the house, going upstairs and walking around. But regardless I would stay here again for it’s near location to the falls. The host communicates with you very well.

Went to Niagara with my girlfriend and our daughters for a mother-daughter trip. Check in was a breeze, the apartment was very roomy, immaculate and beautiful!! Beds were comfortable in large bedrooms with all the comforts of home. We were close enough to attractions for a short drive, but no traffic. James was quick to respond to questions and needs. I will be back!!

It was a nice home. Great location in Niagara Falls.

Overall we enjoyed, place is clean and close to falls. Rare to get 1.5 bath easy to get ready with children.

The property manager Mr. James was very polite and always reachable. He had done his best to give us a comfortable stay. Thank you for hosting us.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was safe. We were just a short drive away form the Falls. We came during the week and were able to cross into the Canadian side of the Falls without being in long lines. We had our own parking space in the back of the building. James is someone who really cares that you have a good experience at his property. We got a chance to talk to him in person. He is helping the neighborhood and is running for local office. He welcomes input to make your experience even better. (We hope he wins!!)

Overall a great stay with everything you need

My family and I had a very comfortable stay at this house. It had all the required amenities that we needed like towels, kitchen utensils etc. James was very helpful and easily reachable for any questions we had. We loved the fact that the location is in close proximity to Niagara State Park. I will definitely recommend it to my friends to wish to visit the area.

Perfect location for the falls. In a quiet neighborhood. We rented the lower unit for 5 people. Plenty of space for all of us. Had everything we needed for our weekend getaway! The unit was a lot bigger than we thought it was. We will be back!

We traveled to Niagara Falls for an overnight stay to see the falls with a group of friends. The location was in a residential neighborhood, a short distance from the falls. Definitely, would recommend to others.

Nice place to be.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Clean bathrooms, neatly arranged beds, good kitchen space. The dining room was well illuminated with good quality furtniture and the sun room was a bonus which we liked. The drive to the falls is less than 10 mins and that saved us a lot of time indeed.

Location was perfect for visiting restaurants, downtown and the falls. We did have an issue with receiving the message from Vrbo with check in information, but was able to call James and have him fix it immediately.

Property was very clean, comfortable beds, beautiful primary bathroom. Secondary bathroom always a bonus. Kitchen could use few more things, type of cutting board, electric kettle for tea lovers but overall sufficient for a short stay. Definitely would recommend this place for everyone visiting Niagara Falls. Joanna

Due to circumstances with lack of communication which was later explained we were not able to check in and stay the night. We were refunded for our purchase. However, driving to the property from the falls was very easy. Although you have to drive through a blighted neighborhood, the actual location and neighnorhood of this rental is neat and felt safe. The outside of property was well cared for and had newer construction done as well as a tall privacy fence. Parking was well hidden out back with adequate space for 2 vehicles. I did not enter the property inside but i am confident that it is as listed.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment. It was very spacious. You could tell the house has been remodeled- beautiful wood floors. I was also impressed with how quickly the owner responded to questions. I was a little worried about the check in process because nothing was posted until one hour before check in - but it all worked out.

We had a mouse which was gross. We had to keep our snacks in the microwave so the mouse wouldn't eat them. Also there were no wine glasses.

Very impressed with the home. It mirrored the pics online so what you see is what you will get. Stayed in the lower half and had no issues with the upstairs guests. Loved the half bath off living room. Only wish TV was bigger and higher on the wall. Felt safe the whole time. Very clean.
