We had a great stay with friends in the house. It was perfect for a large group of couples. Lots of rooms all with access to the outside pool area.

The house was lovely. Tons of room for our group of 11 to spread out. Pool and hot tub were great especially with the views of the mountain. Close to town and airport via car. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked and when we didn't have a coffee grinder they delivered one within the hour. Also we were there during citrus season and they had an orange, lemon and grapefruit tree that were delicious.

It is all available at the PS Perfection. The perfect house for a family gathering and celebrating. The kitchen is ideal for those that like to cook or others that prefer to have food catered. The rooms/bedrooms/baths are generous in size and have updated appointments. The grounds and pool sit in the center to create a mini oasis. Add to that the peaceful mountain backdrop and together it is perfection!
High marks to VACASA for critical communication, a fully ready house, expediting entry and exit. Only negative: No Music-There should be a defined time range so guests can celebrate in a reasonable fashion without infringing on others.

This house and service was great. I’ve stayed at many homes in the area and this one is in the perfect location, has a great layout for a group, had easy check in and check out…just awesome. We will be booking this house again.

The home was perfect for our group of 7 ladies. We all had a place to sit at the counter, dining room, in the living room and around the pool. The kitchen was large enough for us all to be preparing food together! We loved the pool and the spa. All the rooms were just right for our group. The grocery store is within a mile. Downtown was super close, as well as the airport. Would recommend this property to others!

The house was gorgeous! Great furniture, lots of space, and beautiful. The pool/spa was wonderful! There were a few strange aspects though: there were workers onsite when we arrived. One worker entered the house without our permission or knowledge. Yard workers also came on site without advance warning one morning. With glass doors and large windows showing right into bedrooms and bathrooms this was very inappropriate. The house also had a strange smell which we had to air out.

This is the second time my family rented this home for Thanksgiving week! It’s a beautiful mid century home with all the amenities you will ever need!! We are big foodies so a properly stocked kitchen is a must and this place has everything you will need!! Beautiful, clean and historic you won’t be disappointed with this stay!!! Thank you for another great memory!!

We had a wonderful stay at the house. There was plenty of room for all of our family member. Pool and yard were excellent. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and prepare meals. Host was prompt to answer any questions we had.

Palm Springs perfection absolutely lives up to its name! My family spent a week in this beautiful home celebrating our parents 63rd anniversary as well as a family reunion. The home is large enough to host an extended family and everyone has adequate sleeping space! The lawns are well manicured and the pool Is Spectacular! As you are lounging in the sun there are frequent visitors in the form of hummingbirds feeding on the beautiful flowers surrounding the pool area! The kitchen is Well-stocked and would make any gourmet chef happy! Many memories were made this week at this beautiful home!

We had a great time at the house for our group of 11 -- the house was even bigger than we expected, and it's just great to have so many bathrooms to match the bedrooms. The living space is also huge to gather together.

Fantastic Property for a large group
The property is very conveniently located in the heart of Palm Springs with close proximity to all cities and golf courses in the valley. Beautiful 7 bdr home with 7+ bathrooms, fully upgraded with a pool, hot tub, bbq and many amenities. perfect place for a family / friends reunion. Our group loved the place and enjoyed our stay. The check-in / check-out process was very easy and the property mgmt. team stayed in touch with us throughout our stay. Kudos to Vacasa for doing a great job. Thank you.

We had a decent-sized family gathering here and loved it. The pictures don't do it justice. It's immaculate, spacious, well-decorated, and stocked with pretty much everything you could possibly need. Pool and outdoor area are great too. The noise ordinance is out of their control but do note that it's incredibly strict - not something we ran into problems with but you should not plan on hosting a party there or playing any music outdoors at all. Location is great too, as the neighborhood was super nice to walk around and on a quiet residential street, but also not too far from downtown. We hope to book again!

There was 7 parking spots listed on the confirmation/posting of the property. Owner of the property kept calling us and harassing us about us having 7 cars parked and kept threatening to evict us. Worst experience ever we even complied with the no noise after 8pm rule and were still being harassed. I will never book this property again. Also house had a awful smell maybe owner should try using some air freshener i mean he should have some decency to make it smell good. Overall the owner of this property ruined my experience and trip.

The house was so spacious. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely. The kitchen has everything we needed… it’s not easy making 11 people happy enough to want to come back but this house accomplished it.

Loved the space this home provides both inside and out. It is beautifully appointed, yet very comfortable for a family gathering like we had. It offers one of the best equipped kitchens I have stayed in at a rental home. Also loved that the home was immaculate upon our arrival, which is always the best welcome.
