This condo was spacious and clean . Check in and checkout could not have been better . Beautifully decorated and views of beach and river ! One of the few with a pool and beaxh access after hurricane Cannot wait to go back !

That unit was magnificent and had everything we needed. The building is very nice and secure. The pool was open and warm. It could use a little bit more cleaning. upkeep, and shade, but overall we were happy with it. We’d come back!

Ocean Vista's is an excellent choice for a week on the beach with friends and family. My group has been coming here for 12 years on spring break. We had a nice view of the ocean and the river. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The layout was very nice and our group had plenty of room. Peggy was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely rent from her again!

My sisters family and my family which included all adult children enjoyed a relaxing stay in this spacious condo with spectacular views.

Our arrival was handled with ease. There was a repair necessary during our week and it was handled promptly and efficiently. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo on the beach with a great view. The parking is secure and there’s an assigned spot. Felt very safe within the building and parking garage. The kitchen was huge and great for family dinners. Luxurious feeling and very clean upon arrival. The only downside is there is a lot of loitering at the surrounding areas and not many options for restaurants or going out. As a group in our late 20s, we were surrounded by many people similar in age. We were warned about strict rules and quiet hours but this didn’t end up impacting our stay at all. Overall great vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation and we LOVE to stay at any of Christopher Paul's properties. The decor is always over the top..we look forward to staying here again. Thank you so much Christopher.

This condo was beautiful, great views and a great location. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware, etc. Overall we had a good experience!

Two balconies facing opposite direction (east & west) provided opportunity to view both the sunrise and sunset, depending on the time of day of course. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, beach, and surf. Visited several local restaurants and had a variety of restaurant choices close by. We'll be back as we loved this condo and vacation spot.

The condo was nice and had a beautiful view. But beware, they are privately owned and insanely overbearing. You don’t find out about any of the restrictions etc until right before arrival and at check in, which is absolutely ridiculous. Signed in with 7 guests , only got 3 fobs which are required to access everything including elevator access inside the secured access garage. They meet you out front after you call because you can’t go in the lobby to check in and then send you around to the garage-walk you to your parking space. Then you are required to be “shown” around the entire complex (almost like a abbreviated time share presentation-extremely aggravating after being in the road for hours). so you can learn the rules for each section (there are a ton) Only 2 cars-Period, no matter how many guests. Had to send vehicle info and everyone’s names before arriving. Can’t even walk into garage from pool without shoes, shirts, cover up etc and there is security to enforce that. No games in the pool even if your the only ones in there. That’s just the start of the crazy rules which maybe fine for living there, not for a vacation. If you are looking for a relaxing, fun environment for a laid back vacation-KEEP LOOKING elsewhere!

It was a beautiful property. We had a great time. The front door was hard to close. The storm that came through blew over many chairs. Only one broke as it was tossed up and fell to The ground. It was awesome! The beaches were beautiful. Thank you for The experience!

This condo is gorgeous! It was very clean and nicely decorated. The location is great, too! It's close enough to the busy pier area to enjoy the activities, but far enough away to avoid the noise and traffic. The kitchen is well-stocked, and we really enjoyed having our own grill on the balcony. The main balcony is huge and has direct ocean views. We enjoyed watching the night life from the side balcony that faces A1A. We were there during Truck Week, so there was plenty to see! We spent most of our time on the beach, but we did notice that chairs always seemed to be available on the pool deck. The property owners were very responsive to emails and text messages. I would LOVE to stay at this property again!
