It feels good except for the creaking of the bed upstairs.

Clean and tidy. Only downside is kitchen drawers. Have to take care while opening. I recommend it.

Very disappointed that there was not a washer and or dryer! With going to the falls all day & 8 of us coming back socking wet would’ve been very nice to take care of things ,, Was shocked to see the neighborhood was so run down, the back door was broken and slammed every time you went out, the gate is broken, the toilet seat was loose we fixed that,

The house was just as described. It was a perfect location to the Falls. Host was great with communications the whole time. Convenient location to nearby shopping and dining. Overall was a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

When I started looking online for a place to stay, this listing immediately caught my eye. This was my first time booking a place to stay and let me tell you it was such an easu process. The location was so cozy and quiet. The listing was accurate, and when we arrived it was better than we imagined. My family and I had a blast and would book in a heart beat.

Super happy with our stay, very close to everything. Super clean, everything in the house work great. Nice home for families, Super cozy. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Pros: the house is located in a safe neighbourhood close to the Falls. Cons: the house does not fit 7 people - and everything is quite old. The kitchen was not properly cleaned. Also the host did not respond to our messages and we had to call him at the morning of arrival to get the details.

We were in town for a couple of nights on our way from CT to WI for a family reunion and decided to visit Niagara Falls on the way. This house was a great option for us. It wasn’t fancy or high-end, just simple and comfortable. Worked out great!

This property was thoughtful with their amenities. They communicated very well for, during, and after the stay. House was extremely clean and conveniently located. Would definitely recommend.

The property was nice and communication was great with owner. Only reason for not renting again is laundry. When you visit Niagara Falls, you will have wet closes to deal with daily. But we did find a very nice laundromat on Hyde Park just a short drive away.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and it was very comfortable for my kids and my 70+ year old parents. It is literally just 8 mins to the Falls. The property seems decently renovated and very clean. I did not see speck of dust anywhere … THAT clean! Living room had smart tv with all apps to entertain you & your family provided you have your own login password. Wi-Fi is great and the password gives you the first clue to host’s hospitality level :) 2 bedrooms are on main level and 1 bedroom on upper level (stairs are carpeted but little bit steep). For moms like me who like to cook quick meals for kids - the appliances are fairly new, CLEAN and in good shape. Bathroom had tub/shower combo with very nice shower head that actually has good water pressure. All basic amenities were well provided and parking is available too. Sergio was on top of everything and his communication was prompt - every question was answered within few seconds to few minutes (yes, that prompt!). Only thing I wish was a few more utensils/cookware - we were able to make do with what we had though. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay.

Brought my two daughters up to see the falls for the first time, found this little gem and it exceeded my expectations. Had everything we needed for our short vacation and allowed us to rest comfortably and cheaper than a hotel. Would definitely do it again. The property manager was awesome.
